Давно не было моего фото в ленте 😜 Я к вам за мотивацией )) Хочу возобновить свою привычку рано просыпаться и отправляться на пробежку. Ничто так не мотивирует, как публичное обещание!!! Говорят, что привычка формируется за 21 день, поэтому я обещаю в течении 3 недель каждый день вставать и выходить на пробежку в 5 утра. Документировать все буду в сторис. У каждого обещания должна быть «цена слова». Discipline and consistency are not my strong suits. Truthfully I don’t think I’ve ever done anything for 21 days straight (besides eat and sleep) and on June 1, I embarked on a journey of #21daysofrest. Well let me tell you, I may have set out on June 1 but I didn’t even actually take off until June 5. Every step of this 21 day journey has been about releasing perfection and just moving forward. There were days I laid on dirty carpet with legs up a wall, days where I used old hideous beach towels as my bolster, days where I didn’t even rest at all and watched Netflix instead...through it all, I have had to let go of what I wanted it all to *look* like. I’ve had to lay on the ugly beach towel, let go of not doing it perfectly, let go of how it looks and and just melt into the rest. And in the end, it has always felt glorious and restorative. Every. Single. Time. It truly isn’t about perfection. Would I like to experience what 21 consecutive days of a healthy habit feels like? Yes. But the lesson and the message here is about something bigger. I plan to continue my days of rest beyond this 21 day imperfectly perfect journey. Let’s see where the acceptance, the stillness and the healing takes us. 📷: @kon_tam . I started coloring few years ago & have always enjoyed the process cuz it's therapeutic & helps me to enter into "another world" for a short moment, forgetting about the stress & problems faced in real world. I wouldn't say it's running away from reality but sometimes we just need a break & this activity helps exactly that. .
