Happy foodFriday y’all! • em_hops introduced me to tarkaindiankitchen 2 weeks ago & I’m still thinking of my custom made lamb korma 🤤 • I really like Indian food, but my Midwestern roots run deep so my spice tolerance is nonexistent • To be able to customize the level of spiciness in a delicious dish makes me a very happy customer! • Also excited that they have gulabjaman • Their mango lemonade is absolutely delicious too! So I’ve been to the indianbrewery a few times and have always been happy with the food. Absolutely adore the Indian fish and chips and highly recommend if you like a bit of spice 🌶 I had gulab jaman and ice cream for dessert and it wasn’t that great, I swear I could taste a hint of onion as if the plate hadn’t been washed properly and the taste lingered 🤔 I would definitely recommend this place for the savoury stuff but maybe go elsewhere for dessert. .
👀 3/5 💰 4/5 👅 3/5 (would be a 5 if I’d only had the main)
Quite a hype over this place. Range of food was good, and the shop was modern and vibrant. But also very small, crowded and the food was below average. All tasted like frozen food. Tea was ok, but already had sugar in it - unsuitable for diabetics. Basically a desi mcdonalds - quick, frozen & not very satisfying. 2/10.
Our most popular Indian dessert freshly made by our talented chef gulabjaman
Our first ever dessert set up! The groom gave us a colour theme and left us to do the set up. He had no idea what the wedding cake would look like, or what desserts would be on the table! So thank you ansarrrr for trusting us with your big day!
