Un bel risottino ai fiori di zucca ci stava proprio. Il mio orto ha deciso di regalarmi dei fiori che nonostante il maltempo hanno retto benissimo. 1/² cipolla, un po' di pancetta, il riso tostato fino a 3/4 di cottura con on aggiunta un po' di brodo ed infine i fiori a striscioline. Homemade Granola💕 🇬🇧Find the english recipe in the comments⬇️ Das erste Mal eigenes Granola gemacht und es hat super geklappt! Ich habe es leider 1-2 Minuten zulange drin gehabt, deshalb ist es nun recht dunkel geworden- schmeckt aber trotzdem total lecker! Das tolle ist, dass ihr mit den Zutaten total flexibel seid und einfach alles reinmischen könnt, das ihr mögt! Wird sicher nicht das erste mal sein, dass ihr hier ein paar Variationen von mir seht! • Was ihr dafür braucht: • ♦️150g Glutenfreie Haferflocken ♦️50g Sonnenblumenkerne ♦️15g Sesam ♦️20g Mandelblättchen ♦️1Tl Zimt ♦️1Tl Kakao ♦️60g Flüssiger Honig ♦️55g Kokosfett ♦️30g kokoschips • Zubereitung: Den Ofen auf 180 Grad Umluft vorheizen. Alle trockenen Zutaten zusammen mischen. Das Kokosfett erhitzen, bis es vollständig geschmolzen ist. Nun den Honig und das Kokosfett zu den trockenen Zutaten dazugeben und am besten mit einem Kochlöffel gut verrühren. Nun das Müsli auf einem Backblech mit Backpapier verteilen und für 10 Minuten in den Ofen geben. Nach den 10 Minuten das Müsli wenden und dann nochmal ca. 12 Minuten backen. Seid vorsichtig, bei den letzten Minuten der Backzeit kann das Müsli schnell zu braun werden und schmeckt dann schnell leicht verbrannt. Wenn es fertig gebacken ist aus dem Ofen nehmen und vollständig abkühlen lassen, erst beim abkühlen wird es knusprig- also nicht wundern. Als es abgekühlt war, habe ich noch Kokoschips untergemischt. Nun könnt ihr es in ein luftdichtes Glas oder eine luftdichte Dose füllen, das Müsli hält ca. 1-2 Wochen. Nevaditos Ingredientes: - 120 gr. manteca cerdo ibérica a temperatura ambiente - 1/2 cucharada sopera aceite oliva - 75 gr. vino blanco - 330 gr. harina normal - 40 gr. azúcar - 1/2 cucharadita de sal - Azúcar glas para espolvorear Elaboración: Ponemos todos los ingredientes en el vaso menos el azúcar glas y programamos 10 segundos a velocidad 6. Ponemos la masa en un film transparente y reservamos en la nevera 20 minutos. Precalentamos el horno a 170º. Pasados los 20 minutos sacamos de la nevera y colocamos entre dos papeles film, estiramos la masa con un rodillo pero dejandola un poco gruesa. Cortamos con un molde y vamos colocando en una bandeja de horno sobre papel de horno. Horneamos unos 30 minutos más o menos, hasta que empiece a dorar pero no mucho. Low Carb Ragu 😋 ​ ​What you will need: ​ ​• 1 tsp ghee or organic coconut oil half a medium sized red onion, finely chopped • 200g lean steak mince • 1-2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped ​• 1 large red chilli, sliced • 3-4 closed cup mushrooms, sliced ​• 1 tbsp tomato purée • 9 baby tomatoes • ¾ tsp Italian seasoning • pinch of salt and pepper • 1 courgette, spiralized or cut into long thin strips ​ ​What you will need to do: ​ ​Melt the ghee / oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. ​Add the onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes. ​Add the steak mince and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring. Add the chilli and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring. Add the tomato purée, tomatoes and seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, bring a small saucepan of water to the boil. ​Add the courgette, reduce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until tender. Buona domenica! Oggi cornetti sfogliati, ma con un metodo velocissimo! 🔸️🔹️🔸️🔹️🔸️🔹️🔹️🔸️🔹️🔸️ TROVATE la ricetta NELLE STORIES o SU valecucinaefantasia Ingredienti 250 grammi di farina Manitoba 250 grammi di farina 00 200 ml di latte 125 grammi di yogurt bianco 12 grammi di lievito di birra secco 2 uova 50 grammi di burro morbido 100 grammi di zucchero semolato + quello da mettere tra una sfoglietta e l’altra una grattata di buccia di arancia o limone a piacere PROCEDIMENTO Per prima cosa sciogliere il lievito nel latte tiepido insieme ad un cucchiaino di zucchero e lasciarlo riposare per 10 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto. Nel cestello dell’impastatrice mettere le due farine, le uova, lo yogurt, lo zucchero semolato, la buccia grattata di arancia o limone, ed il latte con il lievito, far lavorare la macchina usando il gancio per gli impasti almeno 15/20 minuti, l’impasto dovrà essere elastico e staccarsi dalle pareti del cestello. Mettere il composto ottenuto in una terrina coperta da un panno e lasciarlo lievitare fino a farlo triplicare di volume, a me ci sono volute tre ore, ma molto dipende dalla temperatura che avete in casa. Trascorso il tempo di lievitazione, dividere l’impasto in 8 panetti dello stesso peso, stendere i panetti in 8 sfogliette sottili e tonde, mettere la prima sfoglietta sulla spianatoia infarinata, spennellarla con il burro morbido cospargerla con lo zucchero e coprire con un’altra sfoglietta, continuare in questo modo sovrapponendo le altre sfogliette, l’ultima NON deve essere imburrata e cosparsa di zucchero. Con il mattarello a questo punto stendere le sfogliette creando un unica sfoglia di circa mezzo centimetro, e ritagliare degli spicchi arrotolare gli spicchi su se stessi partendo dalla parte più ampia, mettere i cornetti sulla leccarda rivestita di carta forno e lasciarli lievitare un altra oretta. It’s usual for me at this time of year to start thinking about how I can prepare for the year ahead. One of the things I like to do before the holidays is clean and clear my pantry. I take stock of what I have, check sell by dates, and I make a list of the things I need to make use of. I use this list in my menu planning in the weeks ahead to make sure nothing goes to waste. It’s a good discipline to do this at least twice a year - quarterly is even better, but I don’t find the time for that with a 3 year old in the house. I have a lamb shoulder in the oven today, which takes very little preparation, and I don’t have to do anything to it, which gives me the time to tend to my pantry. Here’s the recipe (sort of): 1 small lamb shoulder (or a piece) 1/2 bottle good drinking red wine 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 2 cups fresh chicken stock 1 red onion, quartered 1/2 head garlic A handful of fresh rosemary Salt and pepper Cover with foil, shiny side inside. Roast at 120 degrees Celsius for about 6 hours, until falling off the bone. Rest, covered with foil, while you prepare the sauce. Who else is up for a delicious Sunday-challenge? 💪🍰 I'm so proud to present these Danish cakes (Træstammer), which I make WITHOUT using cake leftovers as an ingredient (which is often storebrought and of low-quality 😐). And did I mention that it is a no-bake 🎂? 😉 The chocolate-cakes are covered in a thin layer of airy butter cream and a firm layer of marzipan. The ends are dipped in dark chocolate, providing a nice finish 🍫. Fit waniliowy mus kawowy ❤💪 Potrzebujemy: ▶️kawa rozpuszczalna o smaku waniliowym 3 płaskie łyżeczki ▶️mleko 0,5%200 ml ▶️miód 15 g ▶️skyr naturalny/każdy inny jogurt 150 g ▶️żelatyna 10 g (rozpuszczona w 70 ml gorącej wody) ▶️słodzidło (kilka pastylek) Żelatynę rozpuszczamy w gorącej wodzie i czekamy aż przestygnie. 🇬🇧 Quinoa & oat porridge with pumpkin On the poll everyone answered that they would never tire of pumpkin 🎃 apart from 1 person 😱 (you know who you are). So here's another way to utilise it Recipe: • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa • 1/2 cup jumbo oats • 1/4 cup roasted pumpkin (pureed) • 1/2 tbsp nut butter • 1 tsp cinnamon • squeeze of date syrup (or other) • dark chocolate buttons • mylk of choice ▶️ Add the quinoa and oats to a sauce pan and just cover with mylk. Mix it and let it sit (off heat) for 10 minutes. ➡️ You can get ready for work in the meantime 😉 ▶️ Turn on to a low flame and add the rest of the ingredients apart from the choc. ▶️ Cook for about 5 minutes. ▶️ Serve with choc on top so it melts slowly into the porridge 😋 〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️ 🇪🇸 Crema de quinoa y avena con calabaza En la encuesta todos menos 1 😱 (sabes quién eres) votaron qué nunca os podrías hartar de la calabaza 🎃 asi que os traigo otra manera de utilizarla Receta: • 1/2 taza quinoa cocida • 1/2 taza copos de avena enteros • 1/4 taza calabaza asada (hecho puré) • 1/2 cda crema de frutos secos • 1 cdta canela • sirope de dátil al gusto (u otro) • botones de chocolate negro • leche vegetal ▶️ Añade la quinoa y la avena a una olla (con el fuego apagado) y llena hasta la misma altura con leche. Mézclalo y déjalo reposar 10 minutos. ➡️ De mientras te puedes preparar para el trabajo 😉 ▶️ Enciende el fuego y añade el resto de los ingredientes menos el choco. ▶️ Cocina unos 5 minutos a fuego lento. ▶️ Sirve con el choco encima para que se derrita lentamente 😋

Пирог-решётка со шпинатом и фетой◾Lattice pie with spinach and feta 🥧 Я вернулась😅И хочу поделиться рецептом этого вкуснейшего пирога, ингредиенты➡️800 г шпината, 150 г феты, 2 ст.ложки сметаны, 30 г слив.масла, 2 яйца, специи - соль, перец, розмарин и зира😊Тесто: 250 г пшеничной муки, 200 г сливочного масла, 4 ст.ложки сметаны, разрыхлитель и немного соли. Всё что тебе понадобится это➡️ 1) замесить тесто, скатать в шар, завернуть в пищевую плёнку и отправить в холодильник 2) в сковороде растопить сливочное масло, затем добавить шпинат, готовить до уменьшения в объёме 3) взбить яйца+сметану, затем добавить шпинат, фету и специи 4) тесто делим на 2 части👉одна немного больше другой👉большую часть раскатываем, выкладываем в форму, сверху начинку👉вторую часть теста раскатываем, нарезаем на полоски и в виде решётки покрываем пирог сверху 5) ставим в разогретую духовку ( 180 градусов ) на 60-80 минут ⏰ Приятного аппетита 😋 P.S Забирай рецепт и чувствуй гастрооргазм 🤤 ______________________________________________ I came back😅And I want to share the recipe of this delish pie, ingredients➡️800 g of spinach, 150 g of feta, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 30 g of butter, 2 eggs, spices - salt, pepper, rosemary and zira😊Dough: 250 g of wheat flour, 200 g of butter, 4 tablespoons of sour cream, baking powder and some salt.
