I was recently shopping at bristolfarms and I came across these Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Pieces by littlesecretsco. I am always looking for better alternatives in ingredients for some of my favorite snacks and I was so happy to find these little guys! I decided to make these beyond delicious and soft Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies with Peanut Butter Pieces! I honestly have to say, these are the absolute best cookies I have ever tasted! Enjoy! 🍪 - Preheat oven to 350F. - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - In a large mixing bowl combine 1 cup peanut butter with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Thoroughly mix for 1 minute. - Add 1 egg and 1 tsp of baking soda along with 1 tsp vanilla extract. - Pour in 1 cup of littlesecretsco Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Pieces. Thoroughly mix for 1 minute. - Take an ice cream scooper and scoop dough and place onto baking sheet. - After all the cookie dough pieces have been added to the baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes. - Allow cookies to rest on pan for 5 minutes before placing them onto a wire rack. - Serve up and enjoy! 💙Recette Blue Cupcakes✨🧁 . . Comme promis la recette de mes cupcakes tout chocolat en version plus légers et moelleux à souhait🙊...C’est par ici mes beautés🧁🍫😻⬇️‼️ . ‼️Identifie quelqu’un avec qui tu aimerais partager ces cupcakes🧁😋‼️ . ✨L’idéal pour un petit plaisir sans être dans l’excès car la base des gâteaux est très peu sucrée, sans beurre et sans œuf mais ça reste bien sûr une recette plaisir😇. En revanche moins calorique comparée à une recette de cupcake habituelle☺️☺️!!✨ . . . 🧁Recette🧁 . 1️⃣Pour le Gâteau: Dans un récipient mélangez 335 ml de lait de votre choix(moi j’ai mis du lait de soja vanille) avec 1 cuillère à café et demie de vinaigre blanc ou de jus de citron et mettre de côté. Pendant ce temps là dans un récipient mélangez 215 gr de compote de pomme sans sucre ajouté et 112 ml d’huile de coco fondue. Puis battez bien le tout, il faut que le mélange soit mousseux. Encore dans un autre récipient mélangez 225 gr de farine, 80 gr de cassonade, 60 gr de cacao amer en poudre, 1/2 cuillère à café de levure, 1 cuillère à café et demie de bicarbonate de soude. Ensuite Incorporez petit à petit les ingrédients secs aux ingrédients liquides en alternant avec le mélange lait/vinaigre (ou citron). Bien mélangez pour obtenir une pâte homogène. Pour finir huilez avec de l’huile de coco des moules à muffin et versez la pâte. Enfournez environ 15 à 20 min selon la puissance de votre four à 175 degrés. 2️⃣Pour le Topping: Dans un récipient versez une boîte de mascarpone, 1 cuillère à café de vanille en poudre et 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre glace. Pour la couleur bleue j’ai mis quelques gouttes de colorant alimentaire. Puis passez le mélange au batteur jusqu’à obtenir une consistance crémeuse. Vous pouvez le mettre au frais le temps que les cupcakes refroidissent bien. 3️⃣Pour finir: Mettez le topping dans une poche à douille et garnissez le dessus de vos cupcakes puis décorez les selon vos envies😻😻!! . . . ❓❓Alors qui va tester...😇😇🧁🧁❓❓ . . E quando a receita não dá (tão) certo? Acontece, né gente? 🤷🏻‍♀️ ⠀ Ontem foi meu aniversário (🎈🎉) e queria fazer um bolo bem fácil e cheguei até essa receita de pão de ló de liquidificador do site Amando Cozinhar. ⠀ Bom, essa foi uma receita cheia de primeiras vezes: primeira vez que fiz um naked cake, primeira vez que usei uma fôrma de bolo alta (12cm), primeira vez que fiz pão de ló. ⠀ Optei por um naked cake porque acho lindo e também porque no auge da minha inocência achei que seria mais fácil de decorar/montar - e claramente estava errada hahaha ⠀ Mas sobre o bolo: ⠀ Pão de ló: a massa ficou muito gostosa porém pesada, não ficou fofinho. Talvez se eu tivesse dividido ela em duas partes isso não teria acontecido (como essa fôrma é mais alta o centro do bolo demorou super pra assar e acabou ficando demais no forno) - vou testar essa massa novamente pra confirmar a minha teoria. ⠀ Ah! O bolo ficou infinitamente mais gostoso hoje 😋 ⠀ Recheio de leite condensado e morango - já vimos uma receita parecida com essa por aqui só que essa versão é ainda mais simples. I’ve wanted to give this recipe a go for years and today I finally got round to making it... . jamieoliver Lamb with chickpeas, yoghurt and tray-roasted veg from Jamie’s Dinners page 242. . This has to be one of the of quickest and tastiest Sunday lamb roast you will ever have the pleasure of cooking and eating. Everything cooks together and it’s in and out of the oven in 1 hour. . The lamb was incredible, a whole leg of lamb deboned and butterflied open. Then marinated for 24 hours in a paste made with coriander seeds, garlic, fresh coriander, fresh mint, chickpeas, lemon juice, yoghurt, salt and pepper. . I’ve never made leg of lamb this way but I most definitely be doing it again and having a play around with different flavour combinations. . Years ago I was introduced to potato pizza here in NYC. I was no stranger to potatoes and bread. I used to (I mean I still do if no one is looking) dip my dinner rolls in the mashed potatoes at Sunday dinner. ⁣ ⁣ The Pizza Patate from Sullivan Street Bakery was something different though. Thin slices of potato almost melted on to thin, crispy dough with plenty of olive oil, onions, some herbs and salt. Wow, this was revelation. Not only did I get to eat potatoes on my bread but I didn’t have to hide it!⁣ ⁣ I wanted to create a recipe with some shortcuts. 🇧🇷 Hoje eu vou dar uma sugestão bem diferentona para um bolo: pistache com azeite de oliva! Sim, azeite de oliva também pode ser usado na confeitaria no preparo de doces e sobremesas, inclusive já experimentei sorvete de azeite de oliva e é uma delícia! Este bolo é super simples de fazer, não vai manteiga ou óleo, fica fofinho e nada seco, leva somente o azeite como gordura e o pistache que combina bastante, para cobertura existem algumas opções como cream cheese, açúcar de confeiteiro ou chocolate branco, minha escolha foi um ganache de chocolate branco. Tudo harmonizou muito bem e finalizei com pedacinhos de pistache picado. Acredito que se você quiser superpreender alguém com uma combinação inusitada, esta é uma boa aposta! A receita deste bolo de outras postagens que acabei atrasando, vão estar nos stories logo mais. Bom domingo e uma ótima semana a todos. . . . This cake has no butter or usual vegetable oil, just olive oil, and it turns out a very moist and fluffy cake, and the pistachio goes great with it. For topping this cake, you can rather have a cream cheese with confectioners sugar, or just confectioners sugar with some lemon juice drops or white chocolate ganache, which was my choice. Everything perfectly combines and for a nice look I added some chopped pistachios! I believe this is a good recipe if you want to make something not that common yet very tasty. Aloha🤗 Ich hab's schon wieder getan - ich hab wieder Pizza gemacht😜🍕 Wieder Teig selbst gemacht aus Vollkorndinkelmehl & Tomatensoße auch wieder frisch gekocht🍅 ..einen kleinen Unterschied zur letzten Pizza gibt es aber - heute ist das Ding komplett vegan🌱 ..ist sogar ein veganer Fleischersatz mit drauf, aber da das Zeug immer so teuer ist, gibt's das recht selten😅 ..dann veganes grünes Pesto, für das ich mich halbtot suchen musste🧐 - aber das war zum Glück nicht irgendwie teurer, als normales grünes Pesto.. schmeckt auch gleich.. Check out this Chicken and Tomato Curry recipe 🍅 👇 Ingredients: - 2 tbsp vegetable oil - 450g chicken breast, cut into cubes - 1 onion, chopped - 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped - 1cm piece ginger, peeled and finely chopped or ground ginger - 2 tbsp Madras curry paste - 400g tin chopped tomatoes - 300g basmati rice Method: 1. Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a large casserole dish set over a high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 mins until golden and just cooked through, then remove and set aside. 2. Put the remaining oil in the dish. Add the onion, cook for 3 mins until soft, then add the red pepper and cook for 2 mins. Stir in the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 secs. Stir in the curry paste until everything is well coated. 3. Pour in the tomatoes along with 200ml water. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat, cover the dish and leave to simmer for 10 mins until the sauce has thickened. Return the chicken to the dish and cook for 5 mins, uncovered, until piping hot and cooked through. 4. Meanwhile, cook the basmati rice following pack instructions. Всем 👋 Сегодня рыба с картошкой в фольге и в духовке🎉 Ингредиенты: 5-6 средних картофилен, 2 не больших лука, 1 морковь 🥕 половина лимона, 3-4 скумбрии, можно 1 помидор 🍅 соль, перец, подсолнечное масло и фольга😉 Блюдо готовится порционной. В один лист фольги кладём половину рыбы, немного мелко нарезанного лука, моркови через крупную тёрку, картошку и несколько кусочков лимона. Солим, перчим и сверху чуть поливаем подсолнечным маслом. Фольгу сворачиваем и ставим на противень или сковороду. Все порции выкладываем в форму и запекаем в духовке до готовности. ⠀ ⠀ P.S. Это блюдо очень удобно взять с собой или подавать на стол. Ich lieebe Ravioli, aber es geht immer eewig bis die Dinger fertig sind... Jetzt hab ich kürzlich was Cooles entdeckt, nämlich Ravioli Schablonen, mit denen das Ganze viel schneller geht. Mit einem Wisch nach links kriegt ihr einen kleinen Eindruck davon, das funktioniert. (Ist übrigens kein bezahlter Post oder so, einfach nur ein Tipp...) 💁🏻 Das Einzige was ich bei meinem Schablonen-Modell ändern würde, ist die Füllmenge. Ich würde gern ein klein wenig mehr Füllung in meine Pasta-Taschen packen, das ist aber auch das Einzige, ansonsten habe ich mega Freude an dem Ding. Übrigens kann ich auch verschiedene Formen damit fabrizieren wie Blumen, Rechtecke, Herzen etc. Dieses Rezept (Zitronen-Ricotta Ravioli mit Zitronenbutter) wird übrigens auch im ersten Cookinesi Kochbuch «Fürobigchuchi» vertreten sein, das schon in 10 Tagen im Handel erscheint! . . . I have my kitchen back 😍 I’ve not been able to post in so long as I’ve been living out my hallway whilst our extension was being done... so it felt so good to have my friends round last night and be able to cook for them ❤️ Butternut squash and spinach rotolo, all made from freezer ingredients so super cheap to make! Recipe from an old Jamie Oliver book I found in the charity shop. Double win!

The Blackthorn Restaurant and Pub on Buffalo’s South Side. tabetha_and_Co and I stumbled upon this place today by searching where foodnetwork Diners Drive-ins and Dives visited while in Buffalo, and this seemed up our alley. ⠀ Walking in the door this place had a familiar Irish Pub feel to it where you immediately felt welcome, despite this being our first visit and being 160 miles from home. We ordered “The Triple D Platter, which is a collection of what guyfieri sampled while he was here.It’s a mini sized Beef on Weck, crab cake, house made tater tots and Irish beer soup.We added the corned beef and cabbage egg rolls and the cheese and herb stuffed banana peppers. Everything was amazing. ⠀ The place had a steady stream of neighborhood regulars ages 23-83 coming and going and everyone was sure to say hello to the owner behind the bar who had a traditional Irish name Hugger, but everyone called him “Hug”.Hug knew how to pour a pint of Guinnessus proper.As most old neighborhood pubs, the wood above the bar was blanketed with hundreds of police and fire department patches from all over the country.Interesting story behind this place. If you’re ever in Western NY I highly recommend.

Chicken quesadillas in my cilantro/garlic/lime marinade with roasted red pepper quinoa. A house favorite. Recipe for the marinade is in my previous post if you want it! I’m working on my “iMovie skills” so don’t mind the awful video.

Hot damn this is good. Tonight will be chicken thighs marinated/grilled in an amazing sauce. I use cilantro, fresh garlic, red onion, limes (zested and squeezed), ground cumin, sea salt and black pepper. I throw it all in the processor with avocado oil and blend well. Then I use 3/4’s of the sauce to marinate and baste while the chicken is cooking and reserve 1/4 on the side for drizzling and dipping after it’s cooked. You can eat the chicken alone, or make tacos or quesadillas with it which is what we’re doing tonight!

So here they are, egg muffins with chorizo, red peppers and black truffle burrata cheese. tabetha_and_co said they remind her of me, a little awkward looking, muffin top spilling over the sides a little, but taste pretty good once they hit your lips. I didn’t “love” how they came out, so I’m gonna have to tweak the recipe a little. Definitely need more cheese, add milk and do regular bake instead of convect. Still not bad for my first try making these, I mean we can’t knock them all out of the park, right?! 🤷🏻‍♂️
