Hi everyone! College has been crazy and I am still trying to adjust to all the work I have to do this year. Nursing school is hard😖 I am reminiscing over my summer trip to Boston where I got this yummy “icecream”. pressedjuicery is my new favorite dessert place I’m so sad they don’t have one closer to me. Their juice freezes are made from simple ingredients (this one has cacao, almonds, vanilla beans, dates and sea salt) all pronounceable so you can feel good about your sweet treat! I topped mine with coconut shreds, chocolate chips and cacao drizzle- can you tell I’m a chocoholic?! I also picked up some yummy juices to store in the fridge. If there is a pressed juicery near you 1) you are lucky and 2) go get some juice freeze you won’t regret it. .

i used to be really embarrassed by how much i eat. like MAN I EAT ALOT. and sometimes i still am. i would eat a normal dinner, then crave snacks not even an hour later. i used to think i was just binge eating and would be so hard on myself. i would try to snack in private so no one could see how much i was actually eating and bc i was embarrassed and ashamed. i always compared what i was eating to what/how much my friends were and it never ended well.
im not saying im perfect about this now, but what i AM saying is that there’s no reason for you to compare what you eat to what anyone else eats. your bodys are different. different heights, weights, muscle, activity level, etc. your friend may sit a desk job all day, and you might be running errands all day ON TOP OF training for a marathon. of course youre gonna eat more!! and not even that, but you may THINK you see everything your friends eat.. but you really dont. so save yourself some stress and just focus on YOU and YOUR BODY. and i promise you will be 10x happier. make it a goal this week to listen to YOUR body’s needs🖤

To start: I made one cup (dry) of @_365everydayvalue___ Arborio rice following the instructions on the back of the packaging (you don’t make it like normal rice!!!!) Let your rice cool and then mix in:
1/2 C watuseefoods chickpea crumbs
1/4 C kitehillfoods ricotta
1/4 C almond flour
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
Once mixed, form into one inch balls and spray lightly with olive oil.
Air fry @ 400 for 12 minutes flipping halfway through 😋

Blueberry Smoothie Bowl😍
This bowl was much needed after the few hot days we’ve had☀️Although I could eat smoothie bowls anytime of the year, anyone else? In this bowl I have frozen bluebs, frozen mango, frozen strawbs, frozen banana, and a splash of almond milk. I topped it with a fig, peanut butter, fresh bluebs, and traderjoes granola.
