For about two years I’ve completely avoided all dairy, but I’ve been experimenting with lactose-free versions of what used to be my favorite foods. I grabbed some LF cottage cheese and LF siggisdairy yogurt and have been enjoying them with fruit as a snack. Den Frust einiger Athleten bei dem Gymnastikball konnte ich nur wenig nachvollziehen 🤷🏻‍♂️ Die, die nicht beim Ninja Warrior Germany Casting dieses Jahr dabei waren ⚠️ OK. Die konnten es nicht wissen. Da der Ball aber im Repertoire der Liga ist, war es klar, dass er immer wieder auftauchen wird. . Alle die beim Casting dabei waren, WOW ❌❌❌ Sorry, aber die haben es schonmal machen müssen und wissen, wie der Ball reagiert. Klar ist er anders aufgepumpt, der Boden variiert usw., aber man kennt die Bewegung, die Reaktion des Balls und die Punkte, auf die man achten muss❗ . Zudem war die Platzierung richtig gut gewählt 💯 Weder war man dort noch super nervös, 😬 wie am Anfang einer Stage, noch total platt und konzentrationslos, 🥵 wie am Ende einer Stage. Demnach gibt es dort meiner Meinung nach kein Diskussionsbedarf 🙅🏻‍♂️ . Sucht also den Fehler nicht bei anderen, sondern fasst euch selbst an die Nase👃🏻 und macht es in Zukunft besser. Das werde ich auch tun. ☮️

transformationtuesday . Just over 15 months into my weight loss journey & I’m still trying my hardest . Currently 6 stone 5lb down - doing an ok job of maintaining the 6 & a half stone target weight 🎯 . I’ve tried to be as open as possible about how distorted things are for me atm - with wanting to drop a bit more weight but my head just isn’t in it . For me target is a safety net, something to give me a bit of control , something for me to cling onto when I don’t feel strong enough to continue what I started - so far it’s doing it’s job . It’s Keeping me in the 11s but also helping me to understand how things can spiral out of control if I don’t try to build on the progress that I’ve made throughout my journey . I’m NOT where I want to be. I honestly think it will take ages to get there but does that even matter? . Main thing is keeping on track to ensure that the picture on the left doesn’t become a reality again . ⚡️To-Do List Transformation ⚡️ we all lead full lives and it’s easy to find yourself with a long to-do list and anxiety about the to-do list (and anxiety about anxiety over the to-do list, for the lucky ones 🙋🏻‍♀️) most of us can’t throw away our to-do lists but we can start to transform them. as a mom, I find myself most crazed about my to-do list when I feel like life (aka my kids) get in the way and I can’t check off my boxes ✅😡. why I’m crazed about that is a separate post but let’s just start with rearranging our lists. try these new categories either on paper or mentally when you look at/think about at your list today: I MUST - these are VIP spots. if you don’t do these things there are sizable consequences. be VERY selective and protective with this section. notice what you might automatically put here that may not deserve a spot. today my only “i must” is to show up at work. I WANT TO - give yourself at least ONE every day. think self care. and self care doesn’t have to cost a thing. nap, read, sweat, watch your fave show, etc. today my “I want to” is to have coffee with a friend. I SHOULD - this section may be the longest in your list right now but i am willing to bet you don’t call it this. replace your “shoulds” with two different section titles: I CHOOSE TO - these are not I MUST but they’re adulting things that when done make life flow more easily and give you a sense of accomplishment, but they’re a choice. Your world will not crumble if you don’t do these. IT CAN WAIT - it’s ok to have tons of reminders. make this section the longest and maybe even move it to another place so that you don’t look at it every time you see your to-do list. you may be surprised how many “shoulds” can wait. If they can’t, think of them as choices that make sense to spend time & energy on.

Day 14/66 of forming my new habit of moving every day at least 15 minutes. A nice loop around the neighborhood on bike with this cutie 25min/5 miles. Some days I can get a full workout in and some days it’s just a brisk walk with the family or the dog! Either way it feels great!
