KRUSZANIEC Z TRUSKAWKAMI🍓 ✅pół kg mąki ✅kostka margaryny Kasi ✅3 łyżki smalcu ✅5 jaj ✅3 łyżki cukru ✅szklanka cukru do białek ✅3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia ✅3 czubate łyżki kakao ✅paczuszka cukru waniliowego ✅truskawki (około 300 g) - można zastąpić innym owocem __________ Przygotowanie: 🔹mąkę, margarynę, 3 łyżki cukru, smalec, żółtka i proszek do pieczenia ugnieść w dużej misce lub na stolnicy. 🔹podzielić ciasto na 3 części, dwie część połączyć razem z cukrem waniliowym, ugnieść i ponownie podzielić na pół, do trzeciej części dodać kakao i podzielić ją jeszcze na pół. 🔹jedną waniliową część ciasta kruszymy na blaszkę (ja ścieram na tarce😁), na to kruszymy część kakaową, na to umyte i przekrojone na pół truskawki, na to ubite na sztywno białka ze szklanką cukru, ponownie warstwę kakową i na samą górę waniliową. 🔹wstawić ciasto do rozgrzanego do 180 stopni piekarnika na 30-45 minut. Had this protein brownie after lunch today for a #snack 🥰 didn’t even look at the values. 💪🏻 Had an appointment with a social worker today which went really well, & I’m going to be getting some extra support every Monday which is good but scary as I will be out my routine. 😱 We talked about my autism & anorexia history & how things are now. 🌼 I was really nervous about it but it all went really well in the end & the lady that came was really lovely. ❤️ Just sitting getting Pixie cuddles before me & my mum pick up my sister from school. ❤️ Really not sure what to have for dinner tonight but determined not to let it lead to restriction. 💪🏻 Just got to keep going. ✨

You 👏🏻 are 👏🏻 allowed 👏🏻 to 👏🏻snack 👏🏻Snacks used to be SO scary for me. I thought I was only allowed to eat “real meals” and snacking made me somehow a failure because I didn’t have the willpower to go between meals without food. I literally went like 7 years without snacking. 😭 now though? I live for snacks! I feel so much better when my body is consistently fed! I have more energy and I don’t think about food ALL DAY LONG leading me to get nothing done because I can barely concentrate on anything else. I honestly used to think I just had a “food addiction” because I always thought about it. I literally planned my whole meals for a week and had them written down in a note on my phone. Insanity and exhausting 😅 can you relate? I know now it was because I was 1. Hungry and 2. Restricting myself and following rules around when and what I could eat! When our brains sense restriction of any kind (even if you’re not underweight or malnourished) they are biologically wired to fixate on that thing that we are restricting! We do not lack willpower, our bodies are just doing their job and keeping us from perceived starvation! 👏🏻 so now? I snack! And guess what? I no longer think about food all darn day. 🙌🏻And you can too ☺️ do you struggle with a “food addiction” and always think about food? 🤔 . Today is Day 3 of ALL IN. I definitely ate more yesterday than the first day—maybe 4000 calories—but I think I need even more. I’m experiencing what’s called extreme hunger. My lower abdomen constantly feels bloated from the excess calories, but my stomach constantly feels hungry. If you’re wondering why I’m doing this, it’s to get healthy. I’m a mess after years of caloric restriction for contest prep and then running 45+ miles per week earlier this year, plus coming off of hormonal birth control in January. Birth control definitely masked a lot of my symptoms, so unfortunately I didn’t realize what I was doing to myself until this year. Now that I’m off BC, my skin, hair, bones, energy, mood... everything is fucked. You know how the saying goes, “don’t believe everything you think”? The same goes for food and body thoughts! Question the noise in that beautiful head of yours 🧠 ⠀ The next time a negative, judgemental food or body image thought pops in your brain, ask yourself:⠀ Is this true?⠀ Where did this idea come from?⠀ Who profits off my insecurity?⠀ Does this thought serve me?⠀ So, the next time something like “I can’t believe I ate that food, I’m so bad!” enters your thoughts... Reality check ✅ “I’m not a morally inferior person for eating food of any kind”⠀ Reframe ✅ “that food was delicious and now I feel satisfied. My body knows what to do with it”⠀ Get curious ✅ “I wonder why I was immediately critical of myself for eating it. That must be diet culture at work”⠀ The biggest step is bringing awareness to these thoughts and calling them out for what they are- just thoughts. Just because you think it, doesn’t make it true! 💗⠀

🍔BIG MAC SALAD🍟 • This beautiful bowl of health was fantastic. 3oz 96/4 lean beef 1.5oz velveeta 2% 6oz ore-rida steak fries Pickles, white onion, ice berg lettuce Seasoned my salad with everything seasoning and Montreal steak seasoning. 70g fat free thousand island Not pictured: loaded up with ketchup and mustard • I’m obviously a huge fat of meal prep but I cannot bring myself to prep potato’s into fries myself. Most freezer fries have an incredibly short ingredient list and you just have to balance in 3-6g fat macros, I know for some that’s the difference but for me saves a massive messy fry prep headache.🤷🏼‍♂️ • If anyone has a tip for low fat favorite freezer fries lemme know! • 80C/14F/35P Calories: ~600 • • •

Week 8 Day 4 (53/84) Day 1 of cage construction done! The garage is a mess so dont mind that 🤣 Let me tell you it's been a journey 😂😂 We basically put everything on backwards the first time around, had to take a part back to the shop because there was a dent presenting part of it fitting together (but got it fixed 😋). Tomorrow we'll be putting on the lat pull down and row attachment and I'm so glad we did it this weekend because I'm starting my promotion (which means 5 days a week at one job rather than 3) and given that my right hand helping me with this working weekends I dont know when I would have got it done. The most exciting part about me working out in this cage tomorrow? The pull up bar! WHY I'M NOT A HUGE SUPPORTER OF THE WHOLE 30 DIET.⠀ .⠀ Don't get me wrong. I am a wholehearted believer in the power of food to change someone's life. I did the study. I believe the hype. And I LOVE the idea of eating a super healthy diet just for 30 days so you can get a taste of the power of food.⠀ .⠀ But a healthy eating program that you don't do long term because it doesn't fit with your life (hello difficult to follow Whole30) is a big fat waste of your time if you're wanting to see a change in your body + your approach to food by this time next year. ⠀ .⠀ It's not that I don't advocate for crazy healthy eating. Hallo Tagebuch! - Gestern war ein scheiß Tag. Und ich dachte mir so:,, Heyyy, es kann doch eh nicht mehr schlimmer kommen, also geh ich einfach zur Geburtstagsparty..." Ich war seit Jahren nicht mehr auf einer Party/Feier, oder was auch immer... - Naja, ich habe mich getäuscht. Es kam noch schlimmer. Ich kannte kaum jemanden, fühlte mich mega unwohl, und wollte einfach nur im Erdboden versinken. Aber ich hab mich gezwungen zu bleiben, denn ich dachte, dass es daheim nicht besser werden würde. Aber guuut. Nach einer Weile, als alle schon etwas angetrunken waren, haben wir angefangen richtig viel zu essen. Später zog dann ein Gewitter auf (wir waren am See an einer Grillstelle), wir packten die Sachen zusammen und liefen zur Freundin im Dunkeln und teilweise sturz besoffen, nach Hause. Dort ging die Fresserei und trinkerei dann erst so richtig los. Ich dachte mir nur noch so:,, Es ist eh alles vorbei, ich will sowieso sterben, da kann ich mich ja grad so richtig gehen lassen..." Nach und nach kam ich dann doch auch ins Gespräch mit den anderen, einfach weil alles lockerer war und ich meine soziale Phobie so gut wie vergaß. Nach ca. 8 Stück Kuchen, 3 Semmel, 3 Würstchen, Marshmallows, Chips, 1,5 L Orangensaft und Wassermelone ging ich dann auch irgendwann gegen halb 3 nach Hause. Wäre auf der leeren Straße ein Auto vorbeigefahren, hätte ich mir ernsthaft überlegt, vor das Auto zu springen. Marmelade-/Nutella-/Käsebrote, alle Packungen Kekse, Chips, Milch, ... Als ich mich vor Schmerzen und Übelkeit kaum noch bewegen konnte, schleppte ich mich mit aller Mühe und schweißgebadet zur Couch. Dort schlief ich dann gegen 4 Uhr, als die Schmerzen etwas nachließen, ein. 5 Uhr wachte ich auf, ging erneut in die Küche aß weiter, und verzog mich diesmal in meinem Zimmer im Bett. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Thank you all so much for you’re support on my last post, it feels good to have so many people supporting me & listening to me about what’s going on. I was really anxious to let everyone know I’ve been struggling, the ED was so convincing that I shouldn’t & I should just keep going & restricting & everything will be great. (wtf😂) I have realised that the behaviours I have been engaging in have been wrong & that it’s all the ED getting to me, but I can’t let this happen. Not again. The urges may be higher & I may feel vulnerable but I can get through this little blip. No more weighing myself. No more counting calories. No more punishing myself. I’ve had a chat with some amazing people & needless to say I am feeling a little better already. 🥰 Honestly ED’s can happen to anyone at anytime, & we must all take care of ourselves, who cares if you don’t have a flat stomach, you’re thighs touch or you’re not the ‘skinniest’?! Every night I go to bed and the thought of relapse is there. Every night. Some nights its stronger than others. Some nights its weaker. It all depends on what I'm going through on a day to day basis. But that's what recovery is. It's about making that decision consciously every morning you wake up. It's about deciding to keep fighting and carry on no matter what. If I relapsed i would of just been to Germany and gotten engaged. I wouldn't of started masters degree. I wouldn't of got a job. I wouldn't of made new friends. I wouldn't of raised almost £400 for Macmillan but here I am. Fighting for every day. Because every day is a fight. It's up to me every day to look in the mirror and decide that my lumps and curves are worth every inch of recovery. I still body check but I dont compete with my self. Some habits are hard to break. It's just a comfort with no meaning now. It doesn't mean if I cant fit my hands round my thighs I'm not worthy anymore. It just means it was something I did to distract my self and pull my self back into reality for a second. I'm never done. I'm always fighting. Because I'm not as weak as my eating disorder. I am strong and I am brave. Lunch out today with my grandparents was actually so lovely. They travelled all the way from their little town (Nannup, which is 35 minutes away) to come see me ☺️ they’re actually the sweetest 💕 - I got a toasted feta and roast veggie Turkish bread roll 🌯 + an almond milk latte too ☕️ usually I get the roll made without the mayo + pesto because I was always scared of the ‘extra calories’ that it would mean I’d be eating. But today I ordered it WITH them because honestly it tastes so much better and I can’t keep listening to this nagging little voice in my noggin 😅 so that was a little win for me too 😊 I hope everyone else has had a good day too 💖

SWIMMING IN CHOCOLATE PROATS 🐚 - I love a good pun. AAANNNNYWAYS moving on... @guylian.deutschland is one of my all time fave chocolates so when I saw this cute bar for sale in my corner shop I HAD to grab one. This morning seemed the perfect time to have some celebratory glucose on oats as I’m hitting light deadlifts for the first time since my back injury a couple of weeks ago 🙌 - So I cooked the oats with water on the hob, removed from heat and stirred in @myproteinuk @trustedbysport Elite Chocolate Whey. Transferred to a bowl and stirred in some @sweetfreedomuk, finally topping with the Belgian chocolate bar. Pure and simple unadulterated bliss. Still in France enjoying the sun, swimming and baguette 🇫🇷🥖 I feel like I haven't shared much about myself in the past months yet I've gained many new followers, so here's a picture of me + some random facts to get to know me a bit better! 1. I'm 22 years old, turning 23 in less than a month 2. I finish my Bachelor's in one year. Currently I'm doing an internship in HR/recruiting, but in my Master's degree I want to specialize in Business & Sustainability or CSR (so this insta and blog is just something I do on the side). I'm still dreaming of opening a café or restaurant one day though ☺️ 3. Sports are my passion, especially running, hiking, functional training and swimming. I've run Half Marathons in the past and I definitely want to run a full Marathon in the future (not for a few years though) 4. I do believe pineapple belongs on pizza 🍕 5. I go to bed early so I can wake up early and I am very serious about that schedule ☝🏼 6. I have three little scars on my face from being bitten by our first dog when I was a kid 7. I lived in Vancouver & Vancouver Island, Canada for a bit after graduating high school as well as during my semester abroad last fall, fell in love with the country/area and dream of moving there in the future 🇨🇦 8. Lucky for me I never liked cheese 9. I'm a very positive person and pretty much always look upon the sunny side of things 10. I seriously enjoy cooking for/hosting others, which goes hand in hand with my dream I talked about in the second fact. Cooking up a three-course menu and spending hours in the kitchen is fun for me! Here’s my gripe about the wellness industry. So many recipes are inaccessible for a lot of people. They’re unaffordable and unachievable. 💰 💰 💰 So many people don’t have the money to buy certain ingredients. I honestly can not afford to shop at all of my favourite food shops. I have to buy small ingredients once in a while. * However, let’s look at this bowl of oats. The figs were REDUCED price. The blueberries were REDUCED price. Oats are affordable. I seasoned this one with a sachet of Liebkuchen spices that I was gifted at Christmas. And the @fuel10k Chocolate Peanut Butter was on offer at the store for £1. (Also very tasty but could afford to be more chocolatey) * My tip for you is - *Look for things on OFFER *Buy frozen fruit *Check out the REDUCED section - it’s a haven. *Attempt to bulk buy when you can. * Eating well and eating healthily shouldn’t have be unaffordable for everybody. Het is weer tijd om aan het werk te gaan👩🏻‍🍳 Gisterenavond nog even telefonische werkbespreking gehad, want mijn baas zit nu in het vliegtuig naar Spanje 🙈 Dat betekent dat ze deze 👆🏻 gek er dit weekend alleen voor staat🙄 (gelukkig is de man van mijn baas wel in de buurt en kan ik altijd bellen hihi😊) Gisteravond alles besproken voor het weekend, dus dat gaat goedkomen💪🏻 Vandaag hebben we een lunch met borrel voor 15 personen en rond 14 komen er ongeveer 40 man voor koffie/thee en mijn versgebakken kersenplaatkoek🍒 Dus we beginnen zo gelijk met bakken, soep maken, fruit snijden en broodjes smeren👩🏻‍🍳 Vrijdag en zaterdag beide een bbq (en gewoon lunch en borrel voor gasten) en zondag een grote lunch. Voor de bbq's hoef ik gelukkig niet de avond te blijven alleen wel alles voorbereiden en klaarzetten natuurlijk (de man van mijn baas doet de rest, anders worden het wel hele lange dagen🙄) Maarja eerst vandaag doorkomen! Scroll for #recipe 🤩👇🏼 Repost @whatiateforbreakfast 🍓 ・・・ Raspberry & white chocolate pancakes 🥞 Recipe: 🥞 Blend 40g oats with 1/2 tsp each of baking powder, vanilla extract and sweetener/sugar, 1 egg and 60ml milk. 🥞 Separate the mixture into 2 bowls. Add a handful of chopped raspberries to one bowl and mix, and the same with 2 chopped squares of white chocolate to the other. 🥞 Heat a pan with a little frylight/oil then spoon in the batter, using 1 tbsp of mixture per pancake. 🥞 Cook for 2-3 mins until small bubbles start to form on the surface, then flip and cook for a further couple of mins. 🥞 Stack 'em high and go to town on your toppings (for the drizzle, I melted 2 squares of white chocolate with 1 tsp milk, drizzled half over the pancakes, then added more crushed raspberries and drizzled the rest over. I had a list in South Korea of things to do and one was ‘eat fried chicken’ (I remember watching a YouTube video and some guy said that you MUST eat fried chicken in South Korea, so obviously I had to follow what he said). * * * On our last night we went to a place called Chicken Bus where they make all types of fried chicken and other fried goodies. We shared the cheesy chicken (omg 🤤), coconut shrimp and I think the other was honey chicken 🤔, oh and we also shared chips (this was another situation where we had no idea how big the serving sizes were and they turned out to be gigantic 😂 🤷‍♀️) and our final bottle of grapefruit soju. They also bring you other goodies to share including coleslaw, these weird stick shaped crackers and pickled beetroot. Very tasty but in small amounts, especially the cheesy chicken which was very rich!

Training like a girl😛💪🏼 I’ve lost a fair bit of weight and muscle these past few weeks cos I haven’t been tracking my food. So... I’m back to tracking these past few days and have increased my calories to about 2000-2100 depending on upper/lower/rest days. The split I currently follow is 5x a week: 2x days - Glutes/Hammies 1x day - Quads 1x day - Shoulders/Triceps/Abs 1x day - Back/Biceps/Abs It’s been working really well for me so far :) Party tonight!
