Pan de Camote (Batata) 🍠 Un pan suave, dulcecito y esponjoso. Contiene camote o batata y le va muy bien la mantequilla. Ingredientes: ½ taza de agua tibia 2 cdtas de levadura instantánea 1 taza de puré de camote 2 huevos ½ taza de azúcar 1 cda de sal ½ taza de mantequilla suavizada 5 tazas de harina y adicional para amasar 1 huevo batido Preparación: 1. Mezclar en un tazón pequeño el agua con la levadura y dejar que esponje por unos 5 minutos. 2. Batir el camote, los huevos, el azúcar y la sal. Agregar la mantequilla. Batir nuevamente y agregar la levadura. Agregar la harina poco a poco hasta formar una masa espesa. 3. Amasar sobre una superficie enharinada, hasta obtener una masa que se desprenda de las manos. Colocar la masa en un tazón y tapar con paño o film. Dejar que duplique su tamaño por 2 horas. 4. Trabajar un poco la masa en la superficie enharinada. Formar bolas y colocar en una bandeja engrasada. Barnizar con huevo batido y llevar al horno a 200°C por 40 minutos. 5. . Kayaknya udah lamaaa banget ngga bikin roti isi. Tadi siang udah kepikiran banget pengen roti isi kelapa karena liat explore, tp tepung komachi-nya abis, udah semingguan belom 'kulaan'. Super sencillito, larga, si, pero es que merece la pena... de verdad💙 . 🍞PAN TIPO HOGAZA DE TRIGO SARRACENO🍞 📝INGREDIENTES 250g de harina de fuerza . 250g de harina de trigo sarraceno medsuperfoods . 10g de sal . 320ml de agua tibia . 7g de levadura seca o en sobre (la receta original lleva fresca, pero no tenía así que le puse seca, también vale) . 10g de azúcar . 👨🏾‍🍳 1. Disolver la levadura y el azúcar en dos cucharadas de agua. . 2. Mezclar los demás ingredientes en un bol junto con la mezcla anterior. . 3. Amasar durante 10 min y dejar reposar con un trapo tapando el bol 1 horita (FOTO5) . 4. Pasado el tiempo, amasar durante 10 min de nuevo y dejar 2 h reposar (FOTO6) . 5. Pasado el tiempo (FOTO7) Habrá triplicado su tamaño. Sacarlo del bol, darle forma en la bandeja del horno y Meter al horno sobre papel al al y un poco de harina para que no se pegue. Sí, el de la nueva pava eléctrica y tostadora familiar estilo vanilla cream de Oster que nos tiene tan 😍😍😍 vive siente disfruta OsterLatino Oster Ahora sí, les recordamos nuevamente el paso a paso: PAN INTEGRAL CON SEMILLAS Ingredientes: Harina integral  1 kg. Levadura seca (en polvo)  1 sobre (10 gr.) o fresca  1 cubo (50 gr) Sal  20 gr. Aceite oliva (o girasol)  2 cdas. Agua tibia  500 ml. Mix de semillas  150 gr. Preparación: En una batidora con gancho (puede ser a mano) colocar la harina, las semillas, la sal y mezclar. Agregar el aceite y la levadura, amasar y añadir de a poco el agua tibia. Seguir amasando unos 10 minutos más y dejar levar por 1 hora. Sacar el aire a la masa (desgasificar, presionándola con las manos un poco) y colocar en los recipientes, previamente aceitados. Dejar levar 30 minutos más. Pintar con leche y colocar semillas por encima. Llevar al horno por 25 minutos aproximadamente. Salen 2 panes grandes. Dejar enfriar y listos los panes para disfrutar!

Primo pane cotto in pentola 🤸‍♀️🥳 sono rimasta sul 70% di idratazione 💦 osero' di più la prossima volta 😇 1 kg di farine miste (tipo1 segale orzo integrale crusca) 1 manciata di semi oleosi 700g di acqua 180 g di lievitomadre 2 cucchiaini di sale integrale 1 cucchiaino di miele acacia mielizia_conapi Olio q.b. Sciogliere il lievito con 600g acqua e miele. Versare le farine e i semi. Portare lentamente ad incordatura versando a filo il resto dell'acqua. Incorporare il sale. Far riposare in macchina 15 minuti. Rovesciare in una capiente ciotola unta e praticare 3 serie di pieghe ungendosi le mani. Ad intervalli di 30 minuti. Rovesciare sul piano infarinato e fare l'ultima piega a libro. Trasferire in frigo x 12 ore. Riprendere l'impasto fare un'altra piega a libro e rimettere in frigo per 8 ore. Preriscaldare il forno statico a 250gradi con una grossa pentola all'interno per 30 minuti. Dare la forma al pane e rovesciare nella pentola. Mettere il coperchio. Cuocere per 20 minuti. Poi altri 10 minuti a 220gradi. Togliere il coperchio e proseguire altri 20 minuti. Completare a 180 per 15 minuti. Round the dough and let it rest to relax for 15 minutes max, devide the dough ( me @ 34 gr for 14 balls) and fill it with slice banana. Let it proof for 45 minutes ( me: one size bigger than before). Fried it in a lot of oil for one minutes for each side until golden brown. Levadura seca (en polvo)  1 sobre (10 gr.) o fresca  1 cubo (50 gr) Sal  20 gr. Aceite oliva (o girasol)  2 cdas. Agua tibia  500 ml. Mix de semillas  150 gr. Preparación: En una batidora con gancho (puede ser a mano) colocar la harina, las semillas, la sal y mezclar. Agregar el aceite y la levadura, amasar y añadir de a poco el agua tibia. Seguir amasando unos 10 minutos más y dejar levar por 1 hora. Sacar el aire a la masa (desgasificar, presionándola con las manos un poco) y colocar en los recipientes, previamente aceitados. Dejar levar 30 minutos más. Pintar con leche y colocar semillas por encima. Llevar al horno por 25 minutos aproximadamente. Salen 2 panes grandes. Dejar enfriar y listos los panes para disfrutar!

Ingredients ° 500g all purpose flour (about 3 2/3 cups) ° 350ml beer at about 100°F (about 1 1/2 cups) ° 10g kosher salt (about 1 tablespoon) ° 6g active dry yeast (about 2 teaspoons) ° 55g coarsely grated parmesan cheese (about 2 ounces) ° .5 to 1g freshly cracked black pepper (about 1/2 teaspoon) Instructions 1. Preheat grill to 475°F with a pizza stone in place. Start the preheat process after your dough has been on its first rise for about 30 minutes. 2. Combine everything but the beer in the bowl of a stand mixer and stir together. Add the beer. Knead with the dough hook for 5 to 6 minutes until the dough is pulling away from the sides of the bowl cleanly. Remove dough to a greased bowl, cover with plastic and let rise 1 to 2 hours until at least doubled in size. 3. Remove from bowl and form into a tight dough ball. Dust with flower and cover with towel and let rise for another 30 minutes. 4. Transfer to a wooden pizza peel dusted with flour, score the loaf, and transfer to the pizza stone on the grill. Cook for about 30 minutes until golden dark brown on the outside. If you want to use a temperature reading, cook to about 200°F internal temperature.

RYE BREAD RECIPE One of the best smells has to be freshly baked bread. And the taste of a warm crusty loaf is simply divine. This loaf will cost less than £1 and it’s 100% wholegrain, Uh hello 😍 yes please!. Check out my saved stories and you’ll see our attempt at a thebodycoach quick recipe video (we need some practice 😜) INGREDIENTS 500g finely milled wholegrain rye-flour 4 dl water 12 g salt 1 tablespoon sourdough starter. This is very easy to make (just flour and water and leave it to do it magic) have a google and there will be lots of detailed explanations about what it is and how easy it is to make. METHOD Mix 200g flour with 4 dl water and 1 tablespoon of sourdough starter in a bowl and cover. Let sit till it’s bubbling (16-22 hours) Mix in rest of the flour (300g) with the salt (12g). Stir for a few minutes. Make a ball of the dough and sprinkle with flour, place it in a bowl and cover with a tea towel, let it rise for 1-2 hours. Bake in oven at 200C for about 20-25 minutes. Pãozinho para fazer em casa! Receita e passo a passo⬇️ ⠀ Utensílios:⠀ - Balança digital - Vasilha para misturar - Placa Assadeira - Saco plástico(cobrir a massa) ⠀ Receita de Pão Macio (Sem Lactose): ⠀ 300g Farinha de Trigo Suprema Pastel⠀ 5g Fermento Biológico Seco⠀ 30g Açúcar⠀ 5g Sal⠀ 50g ovo (1)⠀ 100g Água Gelada⠀ 30g Azeite ⠀ - Misture todos ingredientes até formar uma massa. ⠀ - Sovar(amassar levemente) um pouco,rolando a massa para frente e para trás. ⠀ - Cobrir com saco plástico e deixe descansar por 15min. ⠀ - Repita este processo de sovar e cobrir com saco plástico 3x,num total de 45min de descanso na massa. ⠀ - A massa deve estar bem "lisa",faça o teste para ver se o glúten está bem desenvolvido. Passe óleo na mão e estique a massa até formar um "véu". ⠀ - Dividir a massa em pedaços de 50g. ⠀ - Bolear a massa dividida(fazer bolinhas). ⠀ - Colocar na placa assadeira. ⠀ - Fermentar em local fechado por 2h:30min,ou até dobrar de volume(pode ser dentro do forno desligado). ⠀ - Assar em forno pré aquecido a 180•C,por 18min ou até dourar.(na metade do tempo,vire a placa dentro do forno para o pão assar por igual). ⠀ - Resfriar por 15min,e pronto!😋🍞🍔🌭 ⠀ Não é difícil! I have finally mastered the art of baking sourdoughbread ! (Well at least, I think it looks and tastes good!) . I followed theclevercarrot sourdough bread recipe, but like any other recipe, I made my own adjustments: . 🛸Step 1: Making my sourdough starter, Starchy, was such a pain in the ass! While most blog articles said that it would take me just 3 days for my sourdough starter to be active and bubbling like Satan's volcano, Starchy was just dead and smelling like one 🤢 But after 7 days, voilá! He decided to become alive! Thank God I couldn't take the smell for one more day 😂 . 🛸Step 2: I mixed Starchy (300gr) with warm filtered water (👁️) then I added the flour (1kg) and salt. (In this step I used my trusty Kenwood, or as I call it the Ferrari for baking) . 🛸Step 3: Let that sucker rest, till it grows twice its size. I covered it with a soaked kitchen towel and left it inside my oven, since he needs a warm fuzzy place (don't we all 🙄) . 🛸Step 4: 12 hours later, badabing, badabun it's time to check on your dough, cut it up (which always stresses me out and I make a mess in my kitchen), let it rest again and bake it! You want it nice and crispy outside and soft, cheewey on the inside. . I will attempt to make this a weekly thing. We will see how that goes! . Pocket of happiness in a puffed pita bread! Yep, all 12 of them ballooned! 😍. . PITA BREAD . 350 grams All Purpose or Bread Flour 90 grams Atta or Whole Wheat Flour 1.25 tsp Salt 1 T Sugar 2 tsp Instant Yeast 285 grams Warm Water 1 T Oil 1/2 cup Extra flour for kneading and dusting table (you will use less than half only). . 1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon until a shaggy mass is formed. You can also use your hand (leave your other hand clean). 2. Continue mixing until a sticky ball of dough is formed. Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface (or to a stand mixer if using one). 3. Knead with one hand for the first few minutes. It will be quite sticky. Sprinkle with a little flour to help with the stickiness. 4. After 4-5 minutes, the dough should be a bit less sticky and your hand will have less dough sticking to it. You can use both hands now. 5. Continue to knead dough for another 4-5 minutes until it is smooth and supple, but still a wee bit tacky. 6. Transfer to a lightly oiled bowl and cover with cling wrap or a plate. Let dough double in size, about 45-60 minutes. 7. Transfer dough to a floured surface and roll it into a long cylinder. 8. Cut into 12 equal portions (about 62 grams per piece); roll each portion into a ball; cover and let them rest for 10-15 min. 9. Dust work surface with flour; working with one ball at a time, flatten and roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1/4”... . 10. Transfer rolled out dough to a floured surface; cover with a towel; continue with the rest of the dough balls. 11. Let rolled out dough rest for 20-30 minutes. 12. Heat a cast-iron/carbon-steel/non-stick pan. When hot, cook one pita dough at a time. 13. When surface of dough starts forming bubbles, flip it over. The second side is when the pita balloons and forms a pocket. 14. Transfer pita to a plate with a kitchen towel. Cover it with the towel while you finish cooking the rest. 15. Campurkan susu full cream, gulpas, skm, garam, vanilli, santan dan keju, aduk rata 2. Masak diatas api kecil sampai hangat 3. Kemudian masukan larutan maizena, aduk rata 4. Masak lagi sampai mendidih dan meletup2. Lalu angkat dan matikan api kompor 5. Its rich creamy texture will rejuvenate you as it melts in your mouth. Ingredients 1 1/2 cup milk 6 bread slice 1⁄2 cup powder sugar 1⁄2 cup sugar 2 Tbsp water 2 eggs 2 tbsp melted butter 1 L water Method Grind 6 bread slices to powdered form. In a bowl, mix 1 1⁄2 cup milk, 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1⁄2 tsp vanilla essence, powdered bread. In a pan take 1⁄2 cup sugar and 2 tbsp water. Heat it till you get thick brown sugar syrup. Pour the sugar syrup in the pudding tray and rest it for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture in the tray. Cover the tray with aluminium foil and cut slots as shown. Pour 1 litre water in a pan. Keep the container inside it and cover the pan with lid. Heat the pan for 2 minutes on high flame followed by 45 minutes on medium-low flame. Remove it upside down in the plate. Your bread pudding is ready.
