Dejar de lado. En un pequeño procesador de alimentos (el mío es 3 tazas), procese la coliflor hasta que se descomponga y se parezca al arroz. Dejar de lado. En un tazón grande, batir los huevos. Agregue la espinaca, el pernil, el arroz con coliflor y sazone con una pizca de sal y pimienta. Mezclar bien. I’m so grateful I can use food for medicine for my T2D. This meal will barely move my BG and has enough healthy fats to keep me satiated probably till the end of the day. I will probably have a kale smoothie for lunch to get my greens tho. I love the keto lifestyle. I have been keto for over 6 months and it keeps getting easier. Hace tiempo que uso la cúrcuma más que nada para darle un poco de color a los panes, pero hace mucho que no lo hacía con un pan de masa madre. Es realmente muy poco lo que uso, y con eso solo, tiñe muchísimo. Me sorprendió además, que ese poquito, haya dejado tan esponjoso al pan, además del amarillo de la miga. Muy bueno. Para los que tengan ganas de experimentar también les dejo la receta además del video: Está en gramos y porcentaje panadero: (800g de masa) 90% harina 000 (375g), 10% integral (40g)
, 20% masa madre (80g), 2% sal (8g)
, 70% agua (290g). La cúrcuma es tan poca, que no influye en la fórmula. Yo le coloco apenas media cucharada de café. En un bowl colocamos el agua y le agregamos la masa madre (TIENE QUE ESTAR 100% ACTIVA), mezclamos hasta no dejar grumos. A continuación le agregamos las harinas, la cúrcuma e incorporamos los ingredientes. No debe quedar harina seca. Cubrimos con un trapo y la dejamos descansar una hora. Es fundamental que procuremos una temperatura ambiente de 25°C, lo que nos ayudará a levar el pan correctamente, de lo contrario todo demorará bastante más. Pasado ese tiempo agregamos la sal, disuelta en un par de gotas de agua y comenzamos el amasado. La idea es no desgarrar la masa, ni romperla, ya que lo que buscamos a partir de ahora es generar una red de gluten, la que nos ayudará a mantener la forma del pan. Después del amasado comienza la 1er fermentación, lo que llevará unas 4-5 horas (25°C). En ese período deberemos realizar pliegues a la masa cada 30 minutos aprox. unas 3 veces. Les recomiendo ver el video que subí sobre ese tema. Una vez que la masa llegó a un volumen aproximado de 70-80% de crecimiento, desmoldamos con cuidado y formamos el pan sin desgasificar la masa. También ya subí un video formando panes, que les servirá de guía. Luego pasamos nuestro pan a un banneton, canasta o bowl (con trapo y harina de arroz) y lo dejamos volver a crecer por unas 2 horas (25°C) (2da fermentación), hasta verlo crecido. Mientras precalentamos el horno a 220-250°C y usando una olla de hierro (dutch oven) o bolsa de horno (hay video también), lo horneamos 20' tapado y otros 20-25' más destapado. Gluten Morgen a todos.

Tell me, what is one of your favorite grab and go breakfast? _ Apple pie chia seed pudding parfaits Makes 4 Chia pudding 1 cup salbachia chia seeds 1 13.5 oz can full fat coconut milk 1/3 cup manitobaharvest hemp seeds 2 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 Tbsp date syrup (sub maple syrup or honey) 1 tsp primalpalate apple pie seasoning 1 tsp cinnamon Sautéed apples 1/2 Tbsp fourthandheart vanilla Madagascar ghee (sub coconut oil) 2 opal apples diced (sub any apples you prefer) 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup salbachia chia seeds 1 tbsp date syrup (sub maple syrup or honey) 1 tsp primalpalate apple pie seasoning 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp filtered water Instructions 1. Add all ingredients for chia pudding to a blender, blend on low, and set aside. 2. Add ghee to a pan and heat ghee 3. Add diced apples, date syrup, and seasonings, sauté for a few minutes 4. Add in pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and 2 tbsp of water and mix 5. Layer your chia pudding and apple mixture 6. Store in fridge overnight

If you’re unsure of anything of your life at the moment, here’s a little slice of heaven that I’m SURE will brighten up your day... at least if your like me, for the 5 seconds it takes for you to put back a thick slice. My family and friends are already requesting that I make more, I’d say it lasted a good 24 hours 😂. This is a take on my classic paleo banana bread up on the blog, made gluten free and with only sweetened from the bananas and chocolate chunks of course... never go easy on chocolate. Life’s too short. I was lucky enough to get the perfect thick slices using my Japanese steel kamikoto knife set 🔪. I never realized how much of a difference a truly good knife made in all my cooking adventures... safe to say it’s like Christmas morning every time I use it. Also, each blade pays tribute to the centuries-old craft of knifemaking, and is handcrafted with attention and care,making me feel extra special as I slice my bread 😭😭. In a large bowl mix together all dry ingredients, excluding chocolate and set aside. In a separate small bowl beat the eggs until uniform and set aside. In a medium sized bowl mash the bananas until you form an even runny texture with a few chunks. To the bananas add eggs and vanilla and whisk together to combine. Slowly add in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and evenly mix. Then gently fold in chocolate. Transfer to loaf pan and top with more chocolate if desired. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a fork comes out clean. Once done baking let cool completely before slicing. Recipe keeps well stored on the counter for up to 3 days and in the fridge for up to a week!
