At the gym and online, I often get asked, “I work out X times per week. Is that ok?”
I can never answer that question without knowing exactly what you’re doing in each session. If you work out three times per week, are you doing push/pull/legs or full-body sessions?
This seemingly small difference affects (1) how many sets per muscle group you do every week and (2) how many times per week each muscle is trained. These two aspects are HUGELY important for strength and size gains.
