🌟 FINAL CHECK IN RESULTS 🌟 . I LOST A STONE! 🥳 . Six week ago I was so unhappy with how I looked, my relationship with food, I had lost my confidence with my body, my clothes were tight, I rarely went to the gym .... six weeks later with the help of my online coach coachedbykerr I am over the moon with what I have achieved .... I can physically see a difference as well as feel it mentally. After losing 6 stone I never thought I would have the start of abs on my tummy or a perky bum or even a thigh gap!! Blows my mind but I am so dedicated to improving my self I will make it happen!! I am physically stronger and fitter as well in my mind! So the results...... •lost 7.5 inches all over my body. Yes that is bloody 7.5 inches, like what the fuck!! 🤷🏻‍♀️I was so nervous to post this and I still am feeling some anxiety about it, it’s not easy putting yourself out there on any platform, but Ya girl has before and afters too! I had PCOS, Diabetes, Bell’s palsy, Iristis, and a Lupus Scare! all from being unhealthy, not taking care of myself and being overweight. My BSL’s were at 370!!!! Halloween themed chocolate orange chickpea brown-blondie🎃👻 *5 syns or 120 calories per blondie 🎃🖤* Recipe 👇🏼 Ingredients Two cans of chickpeas (blitzed in a food processor with 4 tbsp of water until its like a paste) 3 tbsp of sweetener 4 tbsp of honey I used beehype_honey 2 tbsp of calorie free vanilla drops/syrup I used vanilla drops from skinnyfoodco ( you can add more if you like it really sweet) 10 tbsp of almond flour 1 tbsp of orange flavouring Orange food colouring Black food colouring 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp of baking powder 10 segments of terrys chocolate orange (4 cut up into small pieces and added to the brownie mix, the remaining 6 cut in half and saved for topping) 🥜🥜🥜🥜🥜 Method 1. Mix all the ingredients (expect the colouring, orange flavour and cocoa powder) in a bowl until smooth and combined 2. Half the mixture and add the orange colour and flavour To one half and the cocoa powder, chopped chocolate orange and black food colouring to the other, mix well 3. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and put the mixture in, alternating the orange and black to create a marble effect, flatten out evenly 4. Bake in the centre of a preheated oven (190 degrees) for 20-25mins- they will start to crack and turn golden brown on top 5. Remove from the oven and whilst they are still hot place chocolate orange segments onto the top and press them into the brownies (careful don’t burn your fingers) 5. Let cool slightly and then cut into 16 squares Please note 📝 I did not syn the chick peas, as one is such a tiny amount of chickpeas! But if you syn them don’t forget to add the syns!

MONDAY MOTIVATION || today is the start of the mf8challenge and I couldn't need it more! I've really struggled with the 'off-plan' mentality since Wednesday and am confident I've consumed double my calorie target everyday. My last low was Wednesday and I'm 6lbs heavier now, yes it's mostly just bloat and water retention but it's hard to not let the little voice tell you you've ruined all your progress 🤦🏼‍♀️ I should have banked calories and I should have been more prepared but I've learnt my lesson and my head is back in the right frame of mind this morning.
