Remained rather uninspired last night so put together a vegetable stir fry with noodles. It was fairly tasty but I’m becoming rather tired of the same old things day in day out. I’ve just started using the VNutrition app to see if I’m eating enough of the right food. It seems I’m missing enough protein, omega 3 fats, iodine and selenium. Must try harder 🤓. Off to stock up on linseed, hemp seeds and chia seeds for omega 3, Brazil nuts for selenium and pulses, tofu and cashew nuts for protein.
