Creamy chocolate chia seed pudding: Here’s an easy meal prep to fuel you for your day! You can make a big bowl for multiple meals!!! 2 cups vegan milk of your choice 1/4 cup coco powder 1/4 cup maple syrup (or sweeten as desired) 1tbs vanilla Dash of Himalayan sea salt and cinnamon or pumpkin spice mix. 1/2 cup chia seeds Mix all the ingredients except the milk and chia seeds first. Then slowly add the milk as you mix with a fork or a whisk. Once you have a chocolate milk, then add the chia seeds. Stir every 10 mns until solid, then refrigerate. I love this recipe because I always loved chocolate pudding. Now I can have a rich chocolate pudding, conscious free. While I'm thinking about how to making better croissants, here's coconut yogurt chia pudding in case you think I only eat breads and chocolate ( which is not totally untrue🤭). It's an old photo but the same as what's in the fridge. 🥥🥛 . 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk ( the cartoned coconut milk in the refrigerated section of the store, not the ones in the can), 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt, 1/4 cup chia seeds and 2 tbsp maple syrup. Combine and let sit overnight. Put it in individual jars and they are ready to be topped with bananas or whatever fruits I have on hand plus granolas.
