It’s Monday, a day most might dread. This year it’s been my favorite day of the week, because it sets the tone for the whole week. So far today I was able to get up to enjoy some breakfast and coffee while baking some sourdough loafs. Started some new dough for the day. Read aloud to the kids from our current reader. Got the kids settled into their copywork and decided that was an opportune time to squeeze in today’s workout- quick and done! Will finish up the kids school work this, photo editing and dough making. Feeling productive on Monday makes the rest of the week feel manageable. How would you say you view food? Prior to when I started my fitness journey I viewed food as a way to solely bring me comfort and I struggled a lot with binge eating. When I started my fitness journey and began to lose weight I had a friend/mentor say that we eat to live not live to eat. I agreed with at the time but not everyone can be that strict with food. For me after a while it created some disordered eating habits that I’ve been able to unlearn. Which I think is so important especially since I’m planning to compete in a bodybuilding competition in the next few years.People come from different seasons and different cultures and not everyone is going to view food the same way you do. ryantilp

Animate y hacelos, quiero ver sus producciones 📸 😊 🍓Torre de pancakes 🥞Ingredientes: (3 unid) 1/2 taza de harina integral, 2 cdas de cacao amargo en polvo, 1 huevo + una clara, polvo de hornear una cdita, ralladura de naranja c/n, miel 2 cdas, 3 frutillas, un puñado de arándanos, para la cremita de arriba: 3 cdas de yogur natural + canela + 1 cdita de miel. 🥞Procedimiento: Colocar huevo + clara + ralladura + miel en un bowl, batir. Ir agregando harina poco a poco, espolvoreándola para que no se hagan grumos, agregar el cacao amargo y polvo de hornear. Mezclar con batidor de alambre o batidora hasta que quede una preparación homogénea (consistencia semilíquido espeso). Esparcir rocío vegetal sobre una sartén. Tomar parte de la preparación con un cucharón o cuchara grande, colocar sobre la sartén y cocinar de ambos lados.
