Anything is better than nothing! ⛹🏼‍♀️ EAT WELL. The easiest way to lower your calorie intake without tracking them is to eat whole foods! Fruits, veggies, meats, and unprocessed goodness 😻🥦🍓🥝 Cook your own meals and KNOW what’s in your food! Anything you make at home is likely to be better than something you buy out. - BE CONSISTENT. Don’t stop. Don’t “start again on Monday” if you slip up. If you eat a bad meal or miss a work out it’s not the end of the world! That’s LIFE! We can’t train every day and only eat veggies all the time (how boring!). If you decide to have a treat or a rest day then that’s fine (in moderation) but get right back on track the next meal and train again the next day 💪🏼 It’s what you do MOST of the time that matters! 🏋🏼‍♀️

Beautiful Autumn 🍂🍃 Der Herbst hat so tolles Saisonales Gemüse zur Auswahl ☺ Diese Woche habe ich zum 1. Mal die Saison ein Gericht mit Rosenkohl gezaubert. Rosenkohl fand ich früher nie so richtig klasse. Mittlerweile habe ich ein paar Rezepte gefunden, wo er richtig gut schmeckt 💚 Das Gericht sieht vll nicht so ansehnlich aus, da die tolle Cashewsahne im Ofen richtig schön 'sticky' geworden ist, aber es schmeckt sehr gut 😉 Rezept: 1. Cashewsahne vorbereiten: 100g Cashews 10 min in warmes Wasser einweichen. Zusammen mit 180ml Wasser im Mixer zu 'Sahne' verarbeiten. Kokosöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen 1 Bund Lauchzwiebeln Ca 200g Rosenkohl Ca 500g Champignons (Habs nicht gewogen, schaut nach eurem Gefühl) Mit dazu geben & anbraten oder dünsten Mit Sojasauce ablöschen Gut pfeffern 1 Packung Gnocci oder Ähnliches nach Packungsanleitung zubereiten Das ganze in eine Auflaufform geben Cashewsahne übergießen und ca 3/4- 1 Glas Wasser dazu geben. Sweet Potatoes • Himalayan sea salt and black pepper • 400° for 25 minutes • Had to let my husband step in and help me finish chopping, but we have a little attempt a “meal prepping” with this pan of roasted sweet potatoes. 🍠 Proper diet is key for Fibro patients and it doesn’t look EXACTLY the same for everyone. I’m whole food plant-based which means basically a “vegan diet” but I don’t consume caffeine, sugar, alcohol or even dairy. Are there occasional exceptions to this? For me, there are very small exceptions here and there. Super moist, soft and perfectly spiced pumpkin cake baked in nordicwareusa Wheat & Pumpkin Loaf Pan. 🥰 . . . Ingredients 2 cups all purpose flour 3/4 cup sugar of choice 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice . 1 can (15 ounce) pumpkin puree 1/2 cup dairy free yogurt 1/3 cup plant-based milk 2 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 cup coconut oil . Preheat your oven at 170c. Prepare the baking pan; brush pan softened dairy free butter spread using a pastry brush. When pan is completely greased, sprinkle a couple of spoonfuls of all-purpose flour into the bottom of it. Tilt the pan, tapping to move the flour over the sides and tap out any extra flour. Set pan aside. . In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin spice. Set aside. . In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin purée, yogurt, milk, vanilla and coconut oil. Whisk until smooth. Add in half of the flour mixture and gently fold the mixture with a spatula to incorporate. . Add in the remaining flour mixture, and fold the mixture with a spatula until smooth. . Slowly pour the batter into prepared pan. Tap gently against the counter to release air bubbles. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove pan from the oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack. 🐠🥔 My microwave broke a few weeks ago. So I was torn do I replace my microwave or do I replace it with a toaster over/air fryer. So I bit the bullet and bought the toaster oven/air fryer. I AM OBSESSED with the air fryer. So I decided to go old school fish and chips, but I added a little something extra to give it ya know, spice. 🔥⠀ .⠀ 🐠🥔Fish and Chips (Serves 4)⠀ .⠀ 📏 1 lb Tilapia (or any other light fish) sliced into 4 filets⠀ .⠀ 📏 1 cup chickpea crumbs (these can be found in the gluten free section of the grocery store) or gluten free panko crumbs⠀ .⠀ 📏 1 tbsp old bay seasoning⠀ .⠀ 📏 2 russets potato sliced into wedges⠀ .⠀ 📏1 tbsp olive oil ⠀ .⠀ 📏1 pinch of salt⠀ .⠀ For the Tartar sauce⠀ .⠀ 📏 1 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise⠀ .⠀ 📏 2 tsp sweet relish⠀ .⠀ 📏 2 tsp sriracha⠀ ⠀ .⠀ Directions 📝⠀ .⠀ Toss sliced potatoes in a bowl with olive oil and salt⠀ .⠀ Add potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook on 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Mezcle todo con mi máquina batidora de cuisinartarg 2. Llevé a moldes para horno. 3. Cocine durante 25 minutos a fuego medio y listo! (Comprobar si ya están clavando un cuchillo en su centro y si este sale seco están para disfrutar😉) Arriba hice un delicioso frosting de chocolate 🍫 : - 1 batata 🍠 cocida (si conseguis boñiato/ papa camote/ o batata zanahoria con el nombre que lo encuentres, mejor) - 2 cdas de aceite de coco - Entre 1/2 - 3/4 de taza de leche vegetal - 1 tabla de chocolate fundido al 80% sin azúcar drcacaochocolates 1. Healthy Zuppa Toscana Soup Ingredients: Ground Chicken Italian Sausage 4 slices of Bacon Onion 4 cloves Garlic 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 4 cups Chicken Broth 1 cup Coconut Milk 4 cups Kale 1. Cook Italian Sausage in large pot on medium heat. Remove and place on paper towel to “degrease”. 2. Cut bacon into bite size pieces. In same pot, put bacon in and cook on medium heat till brown. Remove and place on paper towel to “degrease”. 3. Dice onion. Put onion in bacon grease pot and cook on medium heat. Add garlic and cook till onion is transparent. 4. Add red pepper flakes to pot with 4 cups of chicken broth and turn on high heat. 5. Dice potato into bite size pieces. Once broth is boiling add potato and cook till potato is tender about 10 minutes. 6. Add coconut milk and Italian sausage to pot and reduce heat to low. 7. Add bacon and kale. Cook till kale is bright green. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and Enjoy!
