Lo sapete già! 5 INGREDIENTI & UN BICCHIERE PER MISURARE più frutta fresca a piacere!!Ricetta da salvare sotto così non dovete cercarla nei vecchi post! Buona merenda! Love, Stella ❤️⭐️🙌🏻 . . . Ingredienti: . . 2 bicchieri abbondanti di farina a piacere (noi senzaglutine di grano saraceno) 2 bicchieri di latte di riso (ma regolatevi voi affinché la pastella sia della giusta consistenza) 2 uova bio (facoltative nella versione vegan) 3 cucchiai rasi di zucchero di cocco o di canna 1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci 2 cucchiai di cacao amaro . Facoltativo: 1/2 cucchiaino di vaniglia in polvere olio di cocco o niente per ungere la padella antiaderente! . . . Metti tutti gli ingredienti insieme in una ciotola capiente e amalgamali con la frusta, a mano, fino a ottenere una pastella omogenea. In base al tipo di farina potrebbe variare leggermente la quantità di latte, tienine un po' da parte che eventualmente unirai all'ultimo, per evitare di dover aggiungere farina! . Nel frattempo scalda una padella antiaderente rotonda. Ungi con olio di cocco, versa un mestolo di pastella, quando il pancake fa le bolle giralo e cuocilo ancora uno o due minuti! Si preparano in un attimo, senza pesa perché si misurano con un semplice bicchiere. Almond Blender Cake with a White Chocolate Frosting... Blender cakes are most fascinating! More so if you own the new hamiltonbeachindia Juicer Mixer Grinder which is formidable in this category! The more you use it, the more it grows on you. It does all the hard work, with ease & precision, presets thrown in for dry or wet mixes. Soon you have a cake as delicious as this. And so pretty too! The almond was ground to a fine dry mix with the flour within about 30 seconds, the batter blended beautifully, ghee & all, in another 30! Then all I needed to do was fold the dry and wet mix together, transfer it to the tin & pop into the oven. On the other side, this beautiful bundt which was dressed up with a simple white chocolate ganache, fresh organic rose petals & slivers of pistachios! How easy does that sound? Recipe follows! SayHelloToPerfection ProResultsAtHome JuicerMixerGrinder HamiltonBeachIndia Ingredients Dry ingredients 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour 2 tbsp cornflour 1/2 cup whole almonds 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda Pinch salt Wet ingredients 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp almond extract 1 1/2 cups sugar 100 gm clarified butter/ghee, melted, room temperature 2 eggs 1 cup boiling water 1 X 10" bundt cake Place almonds in the dry grinder jar with 1/2 cup plain flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt. Process until ground fine. Sift into a large bowl with remaining flour. Reserve. In the blender jar, add all the wet ingredients EXCEPT the boiling water. Blend to mix well. Add the boiling water in the end, and blend for 15 seconds. Turn this into the bowl with the dry mix, and gently mix to bring everything together. Turn into a greased & floured bundt tin. Bake at 180C for 40-45 minutes/ or until the tester comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting. Topping 100g white chocolate, finely chopped, room temperature 50 ml fresh cream, warm Rose petals & pistachio slivers Pour the warm cream over the chocolate and let sit until it melts. Whisk gently until smooth. Pour over cooled cake. Garnish with rose petals & pistachio slivers.

When growing up, I never liked pizza. I think it was because I once got sick from Pizza Hut pizza and there was NoooOooo turning back! 🙈 . This pizza has a garlic cream sauce, smoked Gouda cheese, crispy prosciutto, charred sweet corn, sliced hot peppers from the garden, Pickled onions, and basil! It was delicious! 🍕🤤 . However the real star here is that baking steel from bakingsteel. It works MAGIC in my oven! It gets the bottom nice and crispy and puffs up the dough just enough to form some bubble around the edges. I made. I'm probably about to commit blasphemy by saying this but I wasn't really wowed by this burger. Do you mooshu? When I was 14, I accompanied my dad on a business trip to US. It was the first time I stepped in the land of USA... I loved everything that I saw, experienced and felt there. It was so foreign, so different, strange and so interesting! But one thing really puzzled me greatly. It was the chinesefood served there. My dad took great delight in introducing me to chow mein, lemon chicken, mongolian beef and mooshupork. It was americanized Chinese food. I loved ordering mooshu the most because it was so fun to eat. Chinese pancakes, hoisin sauce and a meat & veg stir fry. What’s not to love about it? Wrap everything like a burrito or popiah and eat with your hands. Today, I decided to recreate that childhood experience with my version of mooshu chicken. You know those dishes where no matter how hard you try, there's no making it look good? I can name a few 😂 and this one has to be one of them. This is Malfouf Khart, which basically translates to chopped cabbage. It's a pilaf of chopped cabbage flavoured with all the same ingredients used on stuffed cabbage rolls: garlic, cinnamon, cumin, lemon. Yet a spoonful of this dish outweighs any cabbage roll we've ever had!! We can eat a full pot of this and want more, it's that good. It's quick, easy, and is perfect for weekdays (especially with back to school, ew😭). The flavours are so strong and vibrant. You can taste sweetness from the cabbage, with hints of sour..coated with cumin. You can taste and smell the cinnamon, then your tastebuds will tingle, and you'll crave another bite. You'll go for it, and you'll want to keep going 😭 The bottom of the pot here is important. You must scrape and devour all that is at the bottom. 👌 Trust us on this one guys, you MUST try this recipe, which by the way will be uploaded shortly. Depending on where you are... 😄 If you are treating yourself this weekend, AND you are in Seoul, here's some info about a cafe which used to be my weekend favorites for vegan bread, vegan bakery and vegan desserts: The Bread Blue 더 브레드 블루 thebreadblue_official Near Shinchon Station, subway line 2 (신촌역 2호선) Address: 3 Sinchon-ro 12da-gil, Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul It is the first all vegan bakery, which I got to know in Seoul - and it is many, many years old now. Much has changed over the years, including its bakery chefs👨‍🍳, personnel👩‍💼 and the breads' taste🍞... But the atmosphere is still the same: Bright interior with large windows, rainbow colored tables 🌈, many young customers (including a few foreign students) since Sogang University is close-by. Sometimes you can study here, and on Sundays, church visitors are most numerous. They offer some good sorta-crunchy, almost-European-style-but-Koreanized, non-sweetened bread! 🥖 Like "kkampanyu" (깜빠뉴) based on French 'pain de campagne' stuffed with cranberries and nuts, or baguette filled with potato... 🥔 There are also desserts like cakes, tarts and puddings - also with a distinct Korean touch, like this purple sweet potato plus sweet pumpkin tarte! 🍠 Various beverages and coffee drinks prepared with vegan dairy substistutes 🌱🥛 are also available. . . .❗️Tip: To enjoy fresh bread, it's best to go there before noon, shortly after the bread is delivered. Rice... 🍚 Steamed, glutinous rice, Seasoned with soy sauce, oil and cinnamon, Topped with various nuts, seeds and dried fruit, which tastes savory, yet slightly sweet, and aromatic. This is more than rice. This is Yakbap (약밥) or Yaksik (약식)! The name translates to "medicine rice" or "medicine food", because of its historically ascribed nourishing properties. Indeed, it is good for your health💊, good for your soul🍃 and… good to-go, too! 🥡 At least considering contemporary developments... Nowadays, Yakbap is commonly sold on the street or at shops producing rice cakes (Tteokjip 떡집) - each serving for as low as 2000-3000 KRW on average! Since it contains diverse ingredients and is already seasoned, it is a satisfying meal on its own. It is the perfect to-go dish, when you're on the move or having a picnic! 🚵‍♀️🧗‍♂️ The rice used in preparing Yakbap is glutinous rice, which makes it sticky enough to hold together so you can eat it with your fingers, too! 🍙👌 Soy sauce, sesame oil and cinnamon are mixed into the rice, each seasoning it with their savory, roasted and sweet aromas. 👃 Typical toppings include beans, pumpkin seeds, sunflowers seeds, walnuts, almonds and gingko seeds, which make it nutritious and filling. 🥜 Dried jujube, chestnuts, sweet pumpkin and raisins add a sweet taste and make it more flavorful. 🌰🎃 Apart from that, Yakbap is vegan.🌱 Due to its multiple flavors and versatility, I am not sure whether it should be classified as a snack, dessert or main dish. 🤔❔ Certain for me, at least, is that it is comfort food. ❣️ . . . What on earth is this??? 👽 Let's start simple: 1. It is a bun. With 🌿mugwort (쑥) mixed into the dough - hence the exotic, deep green color and the distinct scent of the herb. 2. It is a filled bun. Filled with red bean paste 팥, which adds some chunky, fibry texture. 3. The filled bun has been upgraded with cream. Not just any cream but soft and juicy cream flavored with roasted soy bean powder 콩가루 giving it a unique 🌰nutty aroma (구수함)!! And all this is completely VEGAN! 😍🌱🥐 Seems unbelievable, right?! And it tastes SO good too. You'd be surprised how something vegan can taste and look so good. Unlike many healthy foods that I've tried in Germany... The bakery "OOH Breado" (우부래도 ooh_breado) is one of the few 100% vegan bakeries in Seoul. 🥨 It also offers glutenfree options, sugarfree options and overall very curious, appetitizing bakery! 🍪👀 You can find it in the area Mangwondong 망원동, in which a couple of famous and creative bakeries and other good food sources (including a market) are located.
