Do you have a large family that you need to feed quickly? These Cinnamon French Toast Sticks will become an all-time favorite breakfast treat fast! 4 Loaves of Texas Toast (or other bread that’s thick) 2 dozen eggs 2 cups milk 2 tbs vanilla Cinnamon to sprinkle Directions STEP - 1 Mix eggs, milk, and vanilla is large mixing bowl. STEP - 2 Cut each piece of Texas Toast bread into three strips. I used a pizza cutter to zip through each slice quickly. STEP - 3 Quickly dip each French Toast Stick into the each batter into the egg mix and place on heated pans or griddles. STEP - 4 Gently sprinkle each French Toast Stick with cinnamon Once each French Toast Stick is completely cooked place on a platter or cooling rack to cool. STEP - 5 After French Toast Sticks are cooled you can place in labeled gallon freezer bag and freeze up to 3 months. This is the first dinner I cooked last night from the Gusto box. Herby pork&egg burger with crispy potatoes and salad. 🍔 I have to say, it's one of the yummiest dinners I had in a while. Soo good! Frati e bomboloni alla crema 😋😋😋 E adesso diamo pure la colpa al mal tempo, alla pigrizia, ( la mia di sicuro!!!) all'inverno che si avvicina... La verità è una sola: impossibile resistere!!!😍😄😄 E per chi volesse provare a farli in casa, la ricetta è semplicissima Ingredienti 200 gr di farina manitoba 200 gr di farina 0 125 gr di zucchero 20 gr di lievito di birra 110 ml di latte tiepido 60 gr di burro, vegan se preferite la scorza grattata di un limone qualche goccia di essenza di vaniglia 1 ml di acqua sale Sciogliere il lievito nel latte tiepido. Mescolate le farine, lo zucchero, l’acqua e la scorza di limone. Aggiungete il lievito, poi il burro. Per ultimo il sale. Lavorare l’impasto almeno per 10 minuti, deve risultare liscio ed elastico. Far lievitare tutto per almeno un’ora. Una volta raddoppiato di volume, stendere con un matterello e ricavare dei dischi con un coppapasta. Per le ciambelline bucare al centro. Far lievitare altri 30 minuti , o comunque fino a quando saranno belli gonfi e morbidi, poi friggerli in abbondante olio di arachide o di girasole. Scolare su carta assorbente e passarli subito in abbondante zucchero. A questo punto i bomboloncini saranno pronti per essere faciti con crema o marmellata. Le calorie?
