Starting with coffee, juice, ice tea, soda, you name it. Basically anything that's sweet, I loved it and I chose to drink it instead of water. Cutting down my sugar and carbs was the biggest challenge for me and then portion control. Oh, I can't leave out working out three times a week for 30 min. It was a huge step for me. I didn't realize how much effort and will power was needed just to change the way I eat. It was a dramatic life style change but the positive side of this was that I was able to see my weight dropping and my body changing. I'm still not at where I want to be but I'm working towards it.

음... 할말이 없네요... 8월은 휴가란 핑계로 0.1도 못빼고 휴가때 찌운 4키로 급찐급빠 하기 급급해 결국 체중은 제자리였고, 9월은 한눈을 팔아도 바로바로 돌아와 휴가기간의 4키로 급찐급빠 이후 조금씩 감량의 길을 나름 잘 가고 있다 생각했는데 주말이며 명절이며 이번 9월 한달은 앞자리만 세번이 왔다갔다 한거 같아요... 사실 더 열심히 했더라면 더 좋은 결과가 있었을 수 있겠지만 지금와서 후회한들 아무소용 없는 일이란거 잘 알아요... 다른사람 때문도 아니고 내 의지가 부족해서 내 스스로가 먹고 찌운 살이니 누구 탓을 할 수도 없네요😔 그치만 두달간의 허무함은 왜이리 클까요? 결국 내탓! 습관이 무섭게 예전처럼 스스로에게 엄청난 스트레스를 주고 자책하고 자괴감에 빠지고 동굴파서 들어가려하고 조급증도 튀어 나오려 하고 있어요 노력은 하지 않으면서 말이죠... 급찐살 명절 전 몸무게 아직 1.1키로나 더 남았구요 이젠 급빠도 안되는 기분이구요😢 어차피 이렇게 다짐하고 나중에 중간에 딴데로 새는 날이 분명 또 있을거고 무한반복이겠지만 장기전으로 생각하고 다시 시작한거니까... 힘내봅니다! 이 세상의 모든 다이어터분덜 퐈이팅입니다❣️ . . #다이어터_또빼
