After over 3 weeks of being away, firstly for a yacht race, and latterly for family - today things got back to normal. I’ve struggled emotionally and spiritually with my mum - A LOT, and it’s been a really tough time for me. Suffice to say I compensated with food. I knew I’d be off keto but the strain took it to a whole new level 😖.... So, today I had coffee and won’t eat again till tonight. I am meeting a friend for aqua fit after work and will be continuing the daily fasting this week. As well, I’ll be spiritually resetting myself through prayer and meditation and surrounding myself with ‘my tribe’. This is not only for making it more manageable to hit your fat loss goals, but this is also to make pulling meals together a quick and painless process!   Pick a day of the week that you can spare 40 minutes. During that time cook up enough chicken, steak, ground beef, etc. to get you and the family through the week. No seasonings needed and you can cook it your way.   I like to throw chicken in the instant pot, steaks on the grill and ground beef stove top. Keeping it unseasoned allows you the flexibility to make a portion into any recipe you want through the week. Because the protein is already prepped, it will cut drastically down on cook and prep time for the weekday meals.   Last night I was able to pull together a beef and broccoli dish in 15 minutes or less. Frozen broccoli, rice in the instant pot, and beef was already cooked so it was more just heating things through with the sauce.   Tacos come together in minutes if all you need to do is heat some beef in seasoning!   A big tip for reheating meat is to heat stove top in broth. Ah shit, here we go again... took yesterday to refuel the body after a month of eating right, low carbs and training. Had myself some pizza, beer, wings and burgers, this morning I feel great!! Body feels full and I’m ready to continue the progress. You don’t get fat from one day of eating bad, there has to be consistency in everything for stuff to take effect. . Start the morning off with this cocktail before the gym. I don’t ever use a full scoop of preworkout anymore, just know caffeine blocks blood vessels and that’s what muscles need for growth. So it’s always a half scoop or less. BCAA to keep the muscles going during the workout. Carnitine and CLA for the fat loss and hard to target areas. Questa tartare rimane la più buona che abbia provato in vita mia 😍 Nel post precedente vi avevo detto che ero stressata perché stavo perdendo “poco” peso, ma quello che non vi ho detto è che allo stesso tempo avevo tantissime voglie, quasi come quando mi abbuffavo, e ciò mi stressava ancora di più perché non capivo perché avessi tutte ste voglie ora che seguo una dieta sana in cui mangio di tutto. Jag är så motiverad, energin bara flödar och allt är så kul!🏋️‍♀️ Styrkemässigt är jag fortfarande väldigt svag och vikterna känns fortfarande väldigt tunga, men psykiskt är jag starkare än vad jag någonsin varit, underbart! So easy!! Just add any on-plan ingredients and bake!   Here are some ideas for great tasting taco cups:  - Protein - cooked chicken, beef, pork, fish, steak - Carb - cooked rice, quinoa, beans  - Veggies - sautéed onions, peppers, shredded lettuce - Toppings - diced avocado, cheese, plain Greek yogurt, salsa  Start by microwaving your corn or flour tortillas 20 seconds or until soft. Carefully place tortillas in a non-stick sprayed cupcake pan as shown - It’s okay if they tear a little bit, the ingredients on the bottom will set.
