So the picture on the left was 10 years ago. The picture on the right was me only a couple of weeks ago on the beach in majorca on our first family holiday abroad. I wasnt where I wanted to be with my weight. I was hoping to be another stone lighter. I have major body image issues since losing my weight. So this was a breakthrough for me. I only took bikinis with me. That first day i put one on i was nervous. But i didnt need to be. Nobody cared that i had a few wobbly bits or stretch mark scars. Everybody has a bikini body. Embrace what you have ladies. I have slimmingworld to thank. 6 years ago (before i joined) a holiday abroad, i believe, would have been so different to the one weve just had. The kids saw a different mum, one that joined in jumping in the pools, swimming in the sea!
