FAST FOOD Ginger Lime Crab Bruschetta I shared this on my stories yesterday and had so many people asking me for it in my DM's that I thought it would be easier to post here. I'm going to be making them for a large lunch this weekend and they are seriously good. You can play around with the dressing a little depending on how much of a ginger kick you want. Make sure you buy some decent crab meat and I would do roughly 60% white crab meat and 40% brown crab meat (the brown has most of the flavour). The dressing can be made in advance and then mixed through crab just before serving. I pilled them high on some toasted baguette but I would probably have preferred some thinly toasted sourdough. Make sure you rub the warm toast once over with a garlic clove. Recipe for 8 bruschetta Ingredients: 300g white and brown crab meat (60/40) handful roughly chopped coriander a bunch of finely chopped chives 1.5 avocado, diced 1 radish, thinly sliced lettuce optional For the dressing: 1.5-2 tbsp ginger, grated 1/2 tsp garlic clove, grated zest of 1 lime and the juice of 1 juicy lime few drops of lemon juice Good pinch of sugar 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (if you had a lot of lime juice then just 1tbsp) 3 tbsp avocado oil 1 tbsp soya sauce black pepper Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and taste to check the seasoning. You might need to add a little more sugar to balance it out. Mix the herbs and crab together and then drizzle in the dressing. Taste to check seasoning again and then load up on toast with the radishes on top!

Bien le bonjour à tous. Alors comme promis 😊voici la recette détaillée de mon plat d'hier. 👇 Le Riz jaune aux vermicelles et aux crevettes avec le lapin au four. Ingrédients :des crevettes précuites, de l'oignon, du poivron, des feuilles d'oignon, 3 piments verts, du persil découpées en lamelles et en morceaux. Du poivre, deux cubes d assaisonnement, de l'huile, du sel. Du riz, 1/2cc de colorant alimentaire jaune. Des vermicelles ou cheveux d'anges. Préparation : faites chauffer un peu d'huile dans une marmite et frire les crevettes. Lorsqu'elles sont. Bien doré, retirer et réservez. Dans la même marmite avec huile de friture des crevettes verser les vermicelles, quelque oignons en lamelles et une pincée de sel et frire jusqu'à coloration marron retirer et réserver Toujours dans la même marmite déposer de la tomate, de l'ail, un piment et de l'oignon mixés.-Ensuite ajouter le colorant, enfin vos légumes, vos crevettes, un cube d assaisonnement, du poivre et laisser les frire. Rajouter un demi verre d'eau et fermer la marmite., le temps que les légumes cuisent un peu. Pendant ce temps laver le riz plusieurs fois. -Ajouter votre riz et vos vermicelles et ajuster l'eau et L assaisonnement de sorte à cuire le riz et les vermicelles. Couvrez et laissez cuire. Vérifier de temps à autre les grains de riz jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient mou. C'est prêt. -Lapin au four :nettoyer votre lapin, mariner le avec une mixture (ail, poivre, persil, oignon, épices, 1cs moutarde) réserver une heure au frais -préchauffer le four et mettre le lapin après les 1 heure dans un plat beurré avec des légumes, des pommes de terre en dés. This pot roast is SO easy and delicious y’all! Recipe below - this makes 4-6 servings! 🥕🥔🍖 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👉🏼2 lbs rump roast + 1 packet powdered brown gravy mix + 1 small bag of baby carrots + 2 yellow onions + 6 red potatoes ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👉🏼Dice onion and chop potatoes into quarters. Place rump roast in crockpot and place carrot, onions and potatoes around it. Mix brown gravy packet with 2 cups of water and pour over the roast. Cook on low in the crockpot for 7-8 hours.

Guys this is amazing, so tasty and comforting for the cold winter days •Cheesy cauliflower soup bun bowls• Ingredients: serves 6 1 onion sliced 1 T olive oil 1 t garlic 500g cauliflower cut into smaller pieces 250ml water with 1 chicken stock cube 250ml cream Salt & pepper to taste 100g grated cheese 6 buns: you can decide if you want to use ciabatta, panini or the plain round roll, just have fun!! Method: Soften the onion in olive oil in a saucepan or your pressure cooker. Add the cauliflower, garlic and the chicken stock. Pressure cook for 5 minutes or 30 minutes in a saucepan. Blend the soup, add the cream, salt and pepper to taste. In the meantime, cut out the centre of the bread, hollow them. Heat in the oven for 5 minutes until crispy and firm. Add the cauliflower soup with cheese on top, into the crispy buns. Place under the grill until the cheese is melted. Experimenting. With dairy-free refined sugar free gluten-free chocolate cupcakes. A quest for the perfect balance of removing allergens without also removing the taste and texture we all love. Add 3 diced onions, I use freshly grated ginger (most people prefer ginger paste) - cook on medium heat till onions have browned. 3. Add 3 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon tumeric, half a can of tomatoes, salt and pepper keep on medium heat till it thickens into a sauce. (add half a can of coconut milk if going for a Thai dish or half a can of double cream depending on preference) 4. Add the prawns and 1 more teaspoon of garam masala until they’re cooked through. 5. Garnish with coriander 😋

We left beautiful Poland 🇵🇱 and finally came back to sunny Dublin ☘️ ☀️☀️☀️. Our first bake here is this Buttery Peach Crumb Cake. We have baked this cake indecent amount of times this summer! 🍑 🍑 🍑 2.2lb (!) of fresh, spiced peaches. No prisoners taken here 🙃- full halves of 🍑 are wrapped in extremely buttery and soft cake. All covered with toasted nuts and crunchy and buttery crumb 💕 This little treat comes with the warning though - by the time you realise you will already polish 3 slices and you will very possibly bake this cake with a lot of other seasonal fruit -no chopping and messing around - just large, chunky halves for mellow and real fruity flavour 😊Link to the recipe in bio.

Here is another healthy and easy meal prep recipe. The Regipea Pasta Salad • ½ cup cooked pasta (whole wheat is the healthiest option) • 1 tomato, diced • ½ zucchini, diced • 1 block feta cheese, diced • 5 slices turkey breast (or lunch meat of choice) 1. Once the pasta is cooked make sure it is cooked to room temperature. 2. Shred the turkey breast slices with your hands. 3. Add all ingredients together into lunch containers. Top with my balsamic vinaigrette recipe from an earlier post. This is a great recipe because it can be eaten cold, no need to run to a microwave during your limited lunch break! You can do whatever lunch meat you like, but turkey and chicken breast are the healthiest choices. You can even swap the feta cheese for cheddar cheese. I love feta cheese and it’s also very healthy because it’s low in fat! Let me know if you try this!

It's been a while since I made some freezable snacks, because, well.... life! 🤷🏼‍♀️ I had to dig deep to find the motivation for this this afternoon, but when you've got a sleeping toddler, you've just gotta crack on and make the most of it. I'm glad though, as these turned out great. 🙌🏻 First time trying this recipe out. These are potato, capsicum and pea zucchini mini bites. Really straight forward recipe and method, although I had to half the recipe otherwise I'd have ended up with way too many. And instead of making it as a 'slice' I used my mini muffin tin, making them into mini bites. 😊 Willow had a couple for dinner tonight with some sausage and loved them. 😍 I'll put the link for the recipe in my bio. 🔗

Add prawns - I used the Costco cooked and peeled prawns 4. Add a teaspoon of garam masala, chilli powder , and salt. 5. Add peppers 6. Add pasta sauce, I use Loyd Grosman Tomatoes and Chilli. 7. Add boiled pasta. 8. Add a layer of grated cheese and grill till the cheese is golden brown. (The cheese used here is Asda’s four cheese grated 😋)
