Cover the bowl properly & let it rest for 30 mins. Take another bowl, add 1/4 cup warm milk, 1/2 Tbs Yeast, Give it a good mix. After that add Flour-Yeast mixture which we have already made. Add 1/4 Tsp salt, 1 Tbs Sugar, 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract, Egg Yolks 1 & 1/2 , Beat well After that add Melted Butter 3 Tbs, Flour 1 & 1/2 cup (Add Flour Gradually) , Knead well to form a soft dough. Cover the dough properly, and refrigerate for 1 & 1/2 Hour, or until it doubles in size. This dough will make 8-10 medium size donuts. Make Donuts with the help of Rolling Pin. Maintain Oil Temperature at 190° for frying. Are you an eggplant lover? I sure am, eggplant is such a versatile vegetable with a neutral taste and interesting texture. For turmerictuesday I present a heavenly eggplant curry with the most silky texture each bite was like a dream. 👉Baingan Bharta charred eggplant, tomato, ginger curry with jasmine rice 🤘Baingan Bharta Recipe -Quarter a large eggplant and sprinkle with sea salt and smoked paprika put on lightly oiled sheet pan in 450 oven skin up for 20 mins. -Let cool,peel skin off and roughly chop it will be more of a mash puree and reserve -saute 4 cloves chopped garlic, 1/2 a yellow onion, 2 inch nub of fresh chopped ginger in evoo until toasty and translucent season with sea salt -add 5 chopped garden fresh compari tomatoes season with sea salt and ground black pepper and cook for 4 mins until tomatoes are releasing juices and making a Rich sauce. -add 1tsp turmeric and 1tsp garam masala and cook 2 mins -add eggplant and 1/4 cup water and cook 2 more mins to incorporate all flavors. taste for salt -garnish with fresh cilantro, chopped tomatoes and serve with simple jasmine rice Tuesday is officially my fave day of the week. I look forwards to recreating delicious curry recipes and making these flavors more accessible to the home cook who wants to be more adventurous! But I also do know that sometimes when you have an appointment or need to go somewhere and can’t really pack anything to go-or you just won’t have time to eat it when your gone- that’s where this quote comes in handy for me- and you should consider doing it too! 😅 . INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup threeempirescorporation pure olive juice 2tsp vanilla 3/4c caster sugar or granulated sugar 1/2c brown sugar 3 large eggs 1/2c cacao powder 1/2c plain flour ( or use almond flour) 1/2c almonds ( or other nuts) rough grind Some whole almonds for garnish . HOW: Preheat oven to 180 C (360 F). Line an 8 inch square baking tin with baking or parchment paper. In large mixing bowl, add threeempirescororation pure olive juice, vanilla &sugars, mix briefly. In a separate bowl, add eggs &whisk with fork for approx 30sec/ until combined. Add eggs to sugar mixture, along with cacao powder, flour & almond chips. Gently mix with a spoon or spatula to combine. Pour into prepared tin. Place whole almonds on top in flower like shape. Bake for approximately 28-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Leave to cool slightly before removing from pan. They will firm up as they cool. Cut to squares. Serve with cream or gelato ala mode. Check our recipe for the gelato. To serve the next day, warm brownie in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. You may sub & adjust sugars acdg to your health goals. .
