Stir fried veggies and @gardein orange chick’n 🤤 I cannot begin to tell you all how amazingggg this was 😍 I sautéed the vegetables in rice mirin soy sauce, and garlic. Seasoned with lemon pepper, chili powder, and szechuan pepper. Leave the top on while you do to keep moisture in the pan. Prep the chick’n by instruction on the package (I do the stove top method) and toss together. Then, I promise you are going to enjoyyy 🥰

Made these vegan gluten free peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. Also vegan oatmeal with walnuts and chocolate chip cookies for some special people. Although everyone is special. Ingredients for the gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies 2 cups All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum (if flour doesn’t include it.) 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 1/2 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt 1 1/4 cups Light Brown Sugar 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter 1/2 cup Butter, softened 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract 2 large Eggs, room temperature 2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips Directions In a medium bowl, add the gluten free flour, xanthan gum, baking soda, and salt and whisk together to combine. Set aside. Add the brown sugar, peanut butter, and butter to a bowl of a stand mixer and beat until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition until completely combined. Add the dry ingredients and mix on low until combined, scraping the bowl as needed. Stir in the chocolate chips. Cover and chill the dough for 2 hours or overnight (can be refrigerated up to 3 days). When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with silicon mats or parchment paper. Use a medium-sized scoop to scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough. Roll into a ball and then roll in the granulated sugar to coat. Place the cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheets and use a fork to press and slightly flatten and form the lines. Bake the cookie dough at 375°F for 10 minutes or until done. Cookies will be slightly soft in the middle. These little seeds are filled with omega-3 essential fatty acids which combat inflammation and are basically amazing. 😉 Add them to smoothies, yogurt, pie crusts...you name it! Super easy and flavorful dinner idea❤️ Lentils are great source of protein and fiber as well as B vitamins and important minerals 😌 I used @geo.watkins mushroom ketchup which brought this recipe to the next level 😊 Ingredients 100 grams of dried lentils 200 grams of mushrooms 1 big carrot 1 red onion 1 dig garlic clove 4 tbsp of @geo.watkins mushroom ketchup 2 tbsp of oil 2 tbsp of tomato paste 2 tsp of dried thyme Preparation Finely chop and fry onion and garlic, add thyme and continue frying till fragrant on the medieval heat. Add sliced mushrooms and carrots, fry for 3 more minutes just till slightly browned. Add lentils, mushroom ketchup, tomato paste and stir everything together. Cover with 2 cups of water or veggie stock Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 -25 minutes or till lentils are done and most of the liquid has been evaporated. Give it a good stir once in awhile to make sure that nothing sticks to the bottom. 3 reasons why I will make this again: •mini pancakes •on a stick •super fun to make something mini (and for them, eat something mini-sized) •her face when she saw that this fun breakfast was made for her...(and the look on hubby’s face when he sees that he missed out on these 😘 I have some for you hunny!) . . They will love it and you will love watching them tuck into something good for them while smiling with maple syrup drip down their face (and onto their clothes and floor 😂). . . 🥞A new, simple pancake recipe that tastes like the @medicalmedium recipe:🥞 •2 ripe bananas 🍌 . •1 c plant-based milk (I used almond!) •1/2 rolled oats (or more) . -Blend in a high speed blender and drop the batter by tablespoon into a lightly coconut-oiled pan (or not...whatever works for you...and your pan 😂)! . . Choose your munchkin’s fav fruits and go to town with the skewers! Use something stable as the base so they stick up (I used thickly sliced strawberries). Drizzle with maple syrup and smile with happiness! 🤤 .

An interesting play of textures: okra or ladiesfinger with raw banana curry. Brócoli y Tofu con mantequilla de nueces Sofríe @kale.of.a.life 💛 . . Los ingredientes Tallarines cocinados a su elección 1/2 bloque de tofu firme; cortado en cubitos 1 pimiento, cortado en cubitos 1 taza de florecillas de brócoli 1 cebolla, cortada en cubitos 2 dientes de ajo, picados Cualquier otro vegetal que tengas 1 cucharada de nuez de nuez 1 cucharada de salsa hoisin 3 cucharadas de agua tibia 1 cucharada de salsa de soja + más si es necesario Sal pimienta Salsa de ajo chili (opcional) Petróleo semillas de sésamo . Cómo hacer: 1. En un tazón pequeño, mezcle la mantequilla de nuez, la salsa hoisin, la salsa de soya, la salsa de chili ajo (al gusto; opcional), las semillas de sésamo y el agua. Agregue el tofu y revuelva hasta que todas las piezas estén cubiertas. Dejar marinar durante unos 20 minutos o más. 2. Caliente el aceite a fuego medio-alto en una sartén grande. Freír el ajo y la cebolla hasta que estén blandos; unos 3 minutos. Añadir el tofu y la salsa restante. Freír durante unos 10 minutos o hasta que el tofu esté dorado. 3. Agregue el pimiento y cocine por otros 5 minutos. Agregue el brócoli y cocine hasta que esté suave, pero tenga cuidado de no cocerlo demasiado o se marchitará. 4. Pad See Ew Spicy Noodles de @alexafuelednaturally 💛 . Receta: Sirve 4 . Ingredientes 1/2 cebolla amarilla, en rodajas finas 3 dientes de ajo 8 onzas de broccolini, picada 1 pimiento, en rodajas finas 1 libra de fideos de arroz frescos (que se encuentran en el mercado asiático) O 1 libra de fideos de arroz secos 5 cucharadas de salsa de soja ⠀ 1 1/2 cucharada de sriracha ⠀ 1-2 cucharaditas de hojuelas de chile (dependiendo de la preferencia de calor!) 8 onzas de broccolini 2 cucharaditas de aceite de aguacate (o aceite de elección) . Método: 1.Si no estás usando fideos frescos y en lugar de usar fideos de arroz seco, prepara los fideos de acuerdo con las instrucciones del paquete. 2. Mientras tanto, pique el ajo y rebane la cebolla. Llevar un wok o sartén grande a fuego medio. Agregue el aceite, luego agregue el ajo y la cebolla y saltee durante 4 minutos, luego agregue el pimiento en rodajas finas y el broccolini picado. Saltear durante 5-7 minutos. Agregar los copos de chile y remover. 3. Agregue los fideos a las verduras y mezcle ... los fideos deben ablandarse después de 2-3 minutos. 4. En un tazón pequeño, combine la salsa de soja y la sriracha. Mezclar juntos y luego verter sobre los fideos. Making pasta sauce from scratch is fast, easy and the end result is so worth it! For this recipe I had to buy 8 Roma tomatoes. The rest of the ingredients I already had at home. - Sauteed chopped onions and a sprig of rosemary in olive oil and add salt. - Once wilted, the rosemary can be removed - keep stiring until the onion is soft. - add quartered Roma tomatoes - add a few dashes of soy sauce to bring out the umami flavour of the tomatoes. -turn the stove down to med/low and let simmer for 15-20 min. Mash and stir occasionally. - add in chopped basil and parsley and continue to simmer for 2 min. - remove from heat and put in blender if you want smooth sauce or leave it if you don't mind lumpy - serve on top of any interesting shaped pasta. Gracias a @roduranl y @javisepic por ayúdanos con su creatividad 🙌🏼 • Bolitas energéticas 🤹🏼‍♀️ -1 puñado de almendras -1 puñado de nueces -1 puñado de maní -1 cucharadita de mantequilla de maní -1 cucharada de cacao amargo -leche de soya -amapolas, o semillas a elección o coco rallado -2 cucharaditas chancaca líquida o syrup -3 cucharadas de proteína vegetal (usamos de soya de @iron_plant ) • Remojar los frutos secos con agua hirviendo por aproximadamente 15 minutos para que se ablanden. Luego molerlos en minipimer o licuadora junto con 1/4 de taza de leche de soya. Verter en un bowl y mezclar con el resto de los ingredientes, excepto las semillas. Agregar más leche vegetal en caso de que la consistencia esté muy seca. Armar las bolitas y agregar las semillas o el coco rallado alrededor. A decorar como se nos ocurra 💚 y luego refrigerar por una hora. • • Energy balls 🤹🏼 -1 handful of almonds -1 handful of nuts -1 handful of peanuts -1 teaspoon peanut butter -1 tablespoon of bitter cocoa -veggie milk (we used soy) - Choice of poppies or seeds or grated coconut -2 teaspoons liquid syrup -3 tablespoons of vegetable protein (we use soy from @iron_plant ) • Soak the nuts with boiling water for approximately 15 minutes to soften them.
