Bu esnada ayrı bir tencerede kaynamış suyun içerisinde kavanozları kaynatıp hijyenini sağlayın. Kapakları da kaynamış suda bekletin. Kaynayan domatesleri kavanozlarınıza bölüştürüp kapağını sıkıca kapatın. Hazırlamış olduğumuz kavanozları derin bir tencereye koyarak kavanozların üzerini geçecek kadar sıcak su ile doldurup kaynatın. Cómo las hice? 👇🏼 🍔Hamburguesas de Lentejas 🍔Ingredientes: (para 2 unidades grandes) 2 tazas de lentejas hervidas y escurridas, 2 cdas de almidón de maíz, ajo y perejil picado, sal y pimienta. 🍔Procedimiento: Colocar las lentejas en un recipiente. Procesar con una minipimer hasta que las lentejas se trituren parcialmente. Agregar el almidón de maíz y los condimentos, mezclar. Formar las hamburguesas con las manos. Cocinarlas vuelta y vuelta sobre una sartén con rocío vegetal. Cilantro rice with all sort of veggies 😜 For the rice, we cooked it as we normally do in olive oil, but this time we added fresh chopped cilantro, fresh chopped chives, a chopped golden onion, garlic powder, himalayan pink salt, black pepper, and fresh juice of half a lemon! While the rice was cooking, we sautéed squash and zucchini in olive oil with coriander, himalayan pink salt, onions, fresh cilantro, oregano, and garlic. Once cooked, we plated the rice and veggies in our new jumbo jumbo coconutbowls 🤗🥥 To finish off the dish, we topped it off with some fresh slices of avocado, raw mini red and yellow bell peppers, fresh chives, fresh cilantro, nutritional yeast, and a drizzle of olive oil!

Jasmine white rice topped with lentils and served with a side of sautéed veggies and avocado with a drizzle of mango salsa 🍽 For the lentils, sauté a diced yellow onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger in olive oil along with cumin, black pepper, and himalayan pink salt. Then add a mix of red and brown lentils along with water (for every serving of lentils double the amount of water added) and bring to a boil. Once boiled, let it simmer on medium heat until the lentils are softened and fully cooked. For the veggies, we sautéed corn, yellow, red and orange mini bell peppers, peas, spinach, and yellow onion in avocado oil with himalayan pink salt and black pepper; you can sauté any veggies of your choice! For the last side, slice some avocado and sprinkle with dill, lemon juice, black pepper, himalayan pink salt, nutritional yeast, and some of our homemade mango salsa! Spinach and mushroom quesadillas! We sautéed onions, mushrooms, and spinach in olive oil, then seasoned the vegetables with traderjoes "Onion Salt" and “Everything but the Bagel” seasoning. Once fully cooked, we filled it in flour tortillas and added some shredded vegan mozzarella cheese (both items also purchased from traderjoes). We toasted the folded tortillas on both side until they were golden brown and the cheese fully melted! We dipped in marinera sauce, but they are just as tasty on their own 😊

Feeling like a kid again with these crispy tofu-nuggets! We had them with a side of oven-baked sweet potato fries, boiled peas, and dijon mustard for dipping😋 For the bread crumbs, we blended oat flower until it was flaky and seasoned it with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, himalayan pink salt, nutritional yeast, and dried cilantro! We rinsed our extra-firm tofu and patted it dry with a paper towel, then sliced it into thick squares. Then, we dipped them in almond milk and coated in the bread crumbs. Once coated, we sautéd them in a pan with olive oil and then place in the oven on broil for a few minutes for an extra glow!

Tempeh-Avocado toast 🍞🍅 🥑 We used pumpernickel rye bread from traderjoes and topped it with mashed avocado, lemon juice, chilli flakes, seared tempeh, arugula, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of olive oil. For the tempeh, we sliced it into thin long slices and marinated in a mixture of apple-cider vinegar, dijon mustard, maple syrup, liquid aminos, himalayan pink salt, black pepper, and paprika. Then we seared it with a little olive oil. Make sure you pour in all the marinated liquid and let it bubble and infuse into the temp. Once the tempeh is crisp on both side and all the liquids absorbed it is ready to be plated!
