Cut two sweet potatoes into cubes and coat with 1 tsp avocado oil + 1 tbsp fajita seasoning. Add to a pan and bake for 15 minutes. Then cut 2 peppers+ onion up and coat with 1-2 tsp oil + 2 tbsp fajita seasoning. After the 15 mins, remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and add the veggies. Bake another 15 minutes. Well here we are. The night before our big day. The day I thought I would be having to work out religiously & cut back on every kind of good food so I can fit my dress day. And guess what? I didn’t even have to do that. Hubby was right. Eat clean, workout when I can & focus on resting & getting my hw done. I have no clue what I weigh. That’s a first. So I am officially on the pork chop bandwagon. When they're cooked right they are so delicious! I made these last night in my sous-vide And I did cook it at a lower temperature then I would prefer but after cooking them on the stove they turned out perfectly! Exercise for today: Almost 13,000 steps🚶🏼‍♀️, mainly from walking the dog🐕. Also did 2 ab workouts, 2 full body workouts, a 30min dance workout💃 and a leg workout. 💪🏻 . I can feel how my favorite pair of workout pants fit a lot more lose, especially around the waist but also on the thighs. I generally feel much more toned by now. ☺️ Hopefully my scale will agree tomorrow. 😅

食譜分享❗❗ 香菇海帶味噌湯(4人份量) 高湯Dashi 650cc 味噌 Miso 60g 昆布 Khumbu / dry Wakame seaweed 45g 香菇 dry mushrooms 30g 1包豆腐 Tofu 5g蔥 Green onion 少許 1. 香菇沖洗乾淨後,用水浸泡至完全軟身,留起菇水備用。 2. 昆布及 海帶用水浸泡15分鐘至軟身,昆布剪3吋打平結。 3. 香菇切絲,甘筍去皮刨絲。 4. 燒熱油,將香菇炒香,加入菇水和清水。 5. 高湯滾後加入昆布,慢火煮約15分鐘。 6. 加入蔥,豆腐和調味料,高湯滾後多煮5分鐘。 1. Combine wakame and mushroom with warm water to cover by 1 inch and let stand 15 minutes, or until reconstituted. 2. Pour dashi soup stock into a pot and place it over high heat. Once dashi stock comes to a boil, turn heat down to low and stir in and dissolve the miso. 3. Cut tofu into 2 cm cubes and cut wakame seaweed and mushroom into about 2 cm square; then put them into the soup. 4. Turn off the heat once the tofu starts to move but before they start to float. 5.
