I love a simple dinner of grilled chicken, grilled whatever veggies are left in the fridge, and the put it over greens with any fresh veggies you have😍 typically I would have added avocado, but I didn’t have any so I added hummus to the end of a lemon vinegarette I had made over the weekend! And tomorrow I will have the leftovers for lunch! That is my biggest tip for easy healthy clean eating, make extra protein and veggies when you cook, and then throw them on greens and fresh veggies, for lunch or dinner the next day! Easy! And packable. It doesn’t have to be complicated but a little planning goes a long way.
That’s a fizz+skin elixir in that wine glass, because I’m committed to clean eating until our vacation in 13 days, and because tonight I have team calls and I have to finish 5 hours of continuing Ed to keep my architecture license, which expires on my upcoming birthday! Nothing like waiting till the last minute on that...🙄🙄🙄
