Esta pasta farfalle o monitos estan hechos con un 45% de harina de sémola generando una versión de pasta más saludable teniendo un indexo glucémico menor que harina común. Un parte de la pasta cociné para los chicos con una salsa de tomate casera y un parte deshidraté en el deshidratador para usar otro día. Que genial es tener un deshidratador para poder secar tu propia pasta y poder consumirlo meses mas tarde. . . Preparaciones: mezclar los ingredientes de la pasta y amasar hasta una masa homogénea. Un huevo en esta receta pesara 60 gramos. Si pesa 5 gramos menos, hay que agregar 5ml agua a la masa. Dejar reposar durante 20 minutos tapada en la mesada o en la heladera. Estirar la masa al mano o con una máquina hasta fino. Cortar con un cortador en cuadrados y con a mano formar la farfalle presionando la masa en la mitad de dos lados hacia el medio. Dejar secar un ratito. Hervir en agua filtrado hasta que floten y sacar. Servir los ravioles con tu salsa preferida. Acá hice una salsa de tomate casera con cebolla, morrón rojo, tomate, concéntrate de tomate, agua, sal y pimienta al gusto. . . CARBS- Not all carbs are created equal so it's important to focus on macro and micro( nutritional value) of foods.when people cut carbs they often restrict bread but continue to eat fruits. FRUITS ARE CARBS and there is nothing wrong with that,a lot of fruit actually contain more carbs than food deemed "bad" like bread. I am not saying to cut out fruit and bread,for most of us carbs are a very important food group! Fruits contain a ton of nutrients, vitamins and have a lot of benefits that overlay processd bread doesn't have! It's important toremember there are also different kind of carbs like complex carbs and simple carbs,and our bodies process them,break them down and use them differently. Fruits digest very differently and both of these fall on different places on the glycemic index. Which affects the body too. The weights of these are also different and important to keep in mind. The point of this is that it is beneficial to know what's what so you can make informed choices based on your dietary preferences. What works for one person may not work for another. I personally include brown bread and fruit in my diet because it works for me. I very rarely will post a product review & this may be the first time I post a negative review. I 100% oppose WW’s new app, Kurbo. Let me start by saying I have battled weight my entire life. I’m a life time member of Weight Watchers & can not stress enough that IT IS NOT what helped me maintain my weight in a healthy way. Reviewing this app mad me very upset. The app is contradictory within itself as well as the suppose it new philosophy of WW. The games are ridiculous and in correct. Fish Sticks vs Beef Burger... which is the red light food? BOTH! WW says fish sticks. The food tracker says 1/2 of a hamburger bun is a red light food BUT McDonald’s regular hamburger is a yellow light food. WHAT?? Tracking exercise could make anyone out of shape & feel horrible about themselves on this app. It shows digging deep holes in the ground is a lighter exercise. For some folks that would be very challenging. It has kayak/rowing as a lighter exercise than football. WHAT? kayaking can take a lot of strength and football could as well. Weight loss & fitness is a very personal subject. There is No cookie cutter way to go about it.
