This morning I did 10 minutes of yoga! Now, you maybe thinking yeah and so what!? Well, since the end of June, I’ve not felt motivated, my body didn’t want to it and I was feeling a little bit meh.. socially I’ve continued to see people, do exciting fun things and I’ve really enjoyed myself, but there had been a meh feeling in the background and it’s not until I come out the other side that I realise I’ve been through one of my cycles - physically and mentally. Although, the mental side has be low impact this time the physical side got hit hard, this is also to do with the pain that I get, this time round my neck has been really sore and vertigo! 😂 anyhoo feeling so much better then I have. I took my time, I was patient with myself but most importantly I socialised which helped enormously.. remember do what works for you, be patient with yourself and love who you are. physicalhealth mentalhealth eatwell livewell happiness keep trucking got this smile friends lifestyle yoga exercise
