This morning I did 10 minutes of yoga! Now, you maybe thinking yeah and so what!? Well, since the end of June, I’ve not felt motivated, my body didn’t want to it and I was feeling a little bit meh.. socially I’ve continued to see people, do exciting fun things and I’ve really enjoyed myself, but there had been a meh feeling in the background and it’s not until I come out the other side that I realise I’ve been through one of my cycles - physically and mentally. Although, the mental side has be low impact this time the physical side got hit hard, this is also to do with the pain that I get, this time round my neck has been really sore and vertigo! 😂 anyhoo feeling so much better then I have. I took my time, I was patient with myself but most importantly I socialised which helped enormously.. remember do what works for you, be patient with yourself and love who you are.
