Sticky Sweet Chilli Chicken Burrito 😍 2.5 syns each!!
To make Sticky Chicken:
We used the basics of the sticky pork recipe for this however changed it slightly to get the sweeter chilli taste, rather than the Chinese flavour.
For this I also used 2 chicken breasts chopped instead of chunks or pork loin.
Spray the chicken with Frylight and marinate in a mixture of 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp sweetener, 1/4 tsp chilli flakes, 2 tsp balsamic vinegar and 2 tsp lemon juice.
Then fry this in a pan until fully cooked, remove and pop to a side.
In a bowl mix together 2 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 3 tbsp soy sauce, tsp paprika and tsp chilli flakes.
In the pan you cooked the chicken in, pour this mixture, and on a high heat continually stir through until starting to thicken.
At this point add the chicken back in and cook through until fully coated.
💛Cook the rice as usual
💛Fry off a chopped pepper and onion then mix in with the rice 💛Cook a nest of dried noodles then wok with some soy sauce.
💛Place a WW wrap (HexB) on some foil
💛Lay on layer if noodles
💛Add a few spinach leaves
💛Then spoon over the sticky chicken
💛Layer over rice mix
💛Now the hard part…. Roll up the ends so meets in the middle, pulling tight with the foil then fold over and seal ends. So looks like a giant silver sausage. Then cut in half.
❤Syn free Sour Cream – 3 large heaped tbsp fat free fromage frais, juice of half a lemon, tsp chives and a pinch of garlic powder and simply mix together. Recommend this as it tastes just like the real deal with zero syns.
❤Chunky Chopped Salad (Cucumber, tomato, spring onion and corriander with a splash of lemon juice and pinch of salt)
