• B U T T E R C H I C K E N • This was always a take away favourite in our house with a massive cheese and garlic naan each so to get that takeaway feeling at home in a healthy way I cooked a butter chicken with basic spices, tinned tomatoes, almond butter and coconut milk in the sauce and to replace our carb loaded naan, I baked some cauliflower with garlic and melted some cheese on top. It's been 2 days since I finished reading Allen Carr's The Easy Way To Control Alcohol. I started reading Friday night and by Saturday night, I could take it or leave it (wine, not the book). • W E E K 1 D O N E • One week into the Fast800 and I could not feel better. Most days I have gone slightly over my count and I haven’t been able to give up my 2 squares of 85% dark chocolate at night BUT I still managed to lose 5.1Kg this week! This is the best result I have EVER gotten in a week of healthy eating. I don’t feel hungry, I enjoy my food so much more than when I was eating all the refined carbs, and I’m happier in general.
