Does anyone struggle with consistency?
I work long days in a high pressure job and I struggle to keep my s#!% together 😫
I have really failed to get off and running on my fast800 journey and would love some ideas on fast and easy grab and go meals and snacks if you’re happy to share please!! Any advice you can give to stay the course would be also welcome. I’m coeliac so some of my options with food is limited. I’m planning 🤞to start C25K. I remember the runners high I used to get from jogging and my mental health could really use the boost.
If you have any suggestions for some high energy motivating tracks to listen to whilst running - please share.
Thank you ❤️ fast800fast800australiafast800coeliacfast800glutenfree
Food today was plenty & filling. Lunch was bbq veggie burger patty with sauteed vegetables and dinner was a yummy lentil & veg goulash. Protein shake was so good tasted like rasberry ice cream, perfect treat after a hard cardio session 👍 intermittentfastingfivetwodietfast800australia

This was always a take away favourite in our house with a massive cheese and garlic naan each so to get that takeaway feeling at home in a healthy way I cooked a butter chicken with basic spices, tinned tomatoes, almond butter and coconut milk in the sauce and to replace our carb loaded naan, I baked some cauliflower with garlic and melted some cheese on top. Nice to not feel like I’m missing out while I’m following this plan 😋 fast800fast800recipesfast800mamafast800australiafast800fooddiary
It's been 2 days since I finished reading Allen Carr's The Easy Way To Control Alcohol. I started reading Friday night and by Saturday night, I could take it or leave it (wine, not the book). Sunday night I finished the book. Since then, zero desire to drink, zero 5pm cravings after a stressful day, no willpower required. It's like I never struggled to resist a lovely big red wine every other day at all...... I look at the bottle of my fave Sauv Blanc in my pantry tonight..... and yawn. Do not want. I didn't believe it could work, the book I mean, but it did. If you're trying to stop drinking or smoking - Allen is your man. I would write him a letter, I'm thank gratefu,l but sadly he passed in 2006. I'm thrilled to be excitedly getting on with life 100% poison free. 👌👌👌 easywaytocontrolalcoholgaveupdrinkinghealthyfreeatlastlosingweightweightlossfast800fast800australiafatlossfatgirldiarieswinetimenomore

So today is the first day of the fast 7 challenge, a challenge to do our absolute best for 7 days in a row. I’m a little over but over all, happy with my choices for the day. The cappuccino was a necessity thanks to an awful head old and a VERY active almost 1 year old by my side all day. The egg and chocolate listed under ‘snacks’ are still to come later tonight if I feel like them ( but when don’t I feel like some dark chocolate 🤔) so thought I’d add them in to the count to be safe. Hope everyone has smashed today!

One week into the Fast800 and I could not feel better. Most days I have gone slightly over my count and I haven’t been able to give up my 2 squares of 85% dark chocolate at night BUT I still managed to lose 5.1Kg this week! This is the best result I have EVER gotten in a week of healthy eating. I don’t feel hungry, I enjoy my food so much more than when I was eating all the refined carbs, and I’m happier in general. Let’s smash week two 👊
This was some chicken thigh marinatedin lemon, garlic and oregano served with some homemade tzatziki and a massive Greek style salad with some cheese. SO yummy.
