Starting my second 60 hr reboot tonight, stay tuned for my results. . After this weekend I absolutely need it!! 22 hours smashed! Broke my fast open with a couple slices of pizza, a bowl of cereal and what I call a tomato salad. For dinner tonight I decided to go down to my late teens early 20s. Ya girl loved a big ass bowl of 🍔hamburger helper🍔! I was living in NYC and barely had money to take the train to get into the city but I did have enough for some hamburger meat and a $1.99 box of cheesy deliciousness. But as I got older I started to “elevate” it Lolololol aka throw veggies in and some spices. . . Today I made my own version of it with almondlovewith ziti pasta. I soaked the pasta for 5-6 minutes prior and then added it to boiling water for 8 minutes. Tossed it in this cheese sauce on med heat for 3-4 minutes and voila, a delicious bite for sure! (This pasta has a al dente texture without but this other technique def makes it more softer!) . . The sauce is 1 lbs ground beef 1/2 onion 1 tbsp of minced garlic 1 3/4 cups of beef broth 3/4 cup of heavy cream 2 cups of shreddded cheddar cheese 1/4 -1/2 tsp of xanthum gum depending on desired thickness 2-3 tbsp of paprika Salt and pepper to taste . . Sauté ground beef with onion and season with salt. Drain and return to pan. Sauté the garlic with meat. Add broth and Add the cream and cook for 5 -6 minutes. Add cheese and stir. Add the xanthum gum and cook to check the thickness. Add the paprika for color and season with more salt for taste. . . Add the cooked pasta to mix. Cook for a few minutes stirring the whole time. Remove from heat toss in spinach (and mushrooms if you’d like). Top with diced tomatoes and ~chili flakes if you want~ . . 📸 Credit by ketoassbih

I’ve been moved in for 5 weeks and still unpacking 🤦🏽‍♀️) I had already lost 40 lbs for my aunts wedding in this photo and was pretty pumped to find a dress in a size 24! Little did I know I’d go on to lose another 120 lbs! I went from 322 lbs at my highest to 160 (maintaining right now in low 170s) Went from wearing a size 28 at my largest to a size 8 now. I like a lot of flavor. 🤪 I love Simply Organics for my brand of seasoning. ⁣ ⁣ ➡️Sweet potato topping ⁣ 🔹2 large sweet potatoes peeled ⁣ 🔹1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter ⁣ 🔹1/2 teaspoon chili powder ⁣ 🔹1/4 teaspoon salt ⁣ ⁣ ➡️Instructions ⁣ Preheat oven to 375.⁣ 1️⃣In a skillet, cook ground beef, chopped carrots, onions, peppers, and mushrooms.⁣ 2️⃣Cook until meat is fully cooked.⁣ 3️⃣Once the meat is cooked and the carrots are soft, stir in tomato paste, water, seasonings, salt, and pepper. ⁣ 3️⃣Boil or bake sweet potatoes until they are soft. What a doozie of a day. Originally planned to smoke this on the grill with bbq seasonings and all the yum yums. After getting the grill prepped I realized I did not have enough charcoal and after running errands all day I decided to not go back out for more. So I figured instead of that we'd roast it in the oven ONLY to find out this mother clucker still had ice up inside it's cavities!!! So what was supposed to be an hour long cook with a big ol' batch of green beans ended up being a 3+ hour cook, fuck the green beans, fuck the bbq. Just coated it in Kerrygold, minced garlic, pepper, onion powder, and salt.
