First time training back in like 3 weeks. Finally got a nice session in at the gym for about 2 and a half hours with my dad 9__finger ! 😁 Did some chest and then upper back. Ended it with arms. 💪 Did 4 sets of pull ups, 4 sets of shrugs and 7 sets of pull downs 3 variations. Lastly killed arms. Felt rusty and even a lil weak but I bounce back quick! 🤘 I'll be back to normal soon. 🙏
