HEALTHY TIRAMISU FRAMBOISE Pour cette revisite je me suis inspirée de la recette de @__bigwill__ Pour 6 verrines individuelles ➡️ 2 œufs ➡️ 2 blancs d œufs ➡️ 50g de sucre complet ➡️ 100g de fromage blanc 0% ➡️ 100g de mascarpone ➡️ Quelques framboises surgelées ➡️ 12 biscuits cuillères Commencez par séparer les jaunes des blancs. Faire blanchir les jaunes avec le sucre. Ajouter ensuite la mascarpone et le fromage blanc. Monter les blancs en neige et les incorporer au melange précédent. Dans les verrines déposer les biscuits ( perso je les coupe en 2 pour les mettre à la verticale). Mettre la crème par dessus et Décorer avec des framboises. Jedno nastrúhané jablko som zmiešala s 1 miskou granoly od @powerlogy_slovakia a 1/2 pohára ovsených vločiek mixnutých na prášok. 1/4 hrnčeka mixnutých mandlí, pre chuť. I always want to educate people when they say you need protein in meat form in order to get your daily protein in. Not true! This has a whooping 30g of protein from seeds, nuts, and grains. One cup of Chobani Greek Yogurt has 22g of Protein alone. You indeed can get your daily nutrition in on a vegetarian or vegan based diet. I'm an omnivore but I eat meat and dairy products on a very limited level. Trying to get a good balance! Monkfish kebabs with plenty of plants 🍢 continuing with the seafood vibe — Monkfish is one of my favourite fish being taste and texture preference. I literally assembled them with the most contrasting vegetables with diff colours being: • red onion • yellow pepper • courgette • tomatoes. Alternatively use what you have but the more variety of plants delivers more nutrients being micro or phyto possible. — 484 Cals Protein 35 Carbs 23 Fat 28 Remember these recipes not set in stone so tweak what you want more or less — Ingredients • 200 grams monkfish tail or use other firm fish • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil • 1/2 yellow pepper • handful of cherry tomatoes • 1/2 courgette / zucchini • 1/2 red onion • 1/2 avocado • handful of green beans — Recipe: 1. Preheat to medium flat wide saucepan or use a grill or bbq 2. Cut the kebab ingredients in to a uniform 1 inch thick size 3. Use a skewer of choice, I used stainless steel 4. thread the ingredients on alternating + making it look pretty 5. Add to the grill or pan etc 6. Cook for 2 minutes per side totally 8 mins 7. Whilst cooking, steak or sauté the green beans in 1/2 olive oil 8. Slice the avocado 9. Plate everything up then drizzle remaining olive oil on top. HOW TO TIME PROTEIN AROUND YOUR WORKOUTS. . Have you ever heard of “meal timing?” . Or perhaps a better question is, have you ever finished your workout only to race to the locker room and down a protein shake within 20 minutes so that you do not miss the “window of opportunity?” . I have! haha . Unfortunately, this window of opportunity idea is much more of fiction than it is fact, and guzzling a protein shake immediately after your workout probably won’t do much more than give you a stomach ache from drinking too quickly. . However, meal timing does play a key role in performance and recovery as an athlete. It just doesn’t have to occur within 20-30 minutes. . Ideally, as an athlete, you should be eating 60-120 minutes (1-2 hours) before and after your workout or training session. Within both of these meals, you should be focusing on BOTH protein and carbohydrates (which we will get into next week). . If eating MORE THAN 60 minutes before your workout, your body has time to digest. If this is the case, then quality protein options include: . ▪️ Meat or Fish ▪️ Eggs ▪️ Protein Oats ▪️ Eggs ▪️ High Protein “Buddha Bowl” . If eating LESS THAN 60 minutes before your workout, then focus on LIQUID calories. This is where protein powders and shakes come in handy. Something that will digest quickly is optimal. . Then, after your workout, focus on eating a high-protein meal within 2 hours. After 2 hours, the rate of muscle breakdown increases, resulting in poor recovery and potential muscle breakdown. . РЕЦЕПТ ЛЮБИМОГО ЛЕТНЕГО ПИРОГА! ⠀ Как только стартует лето, я начинаю выискивать на овощных лотках свекольную ботву. 😀 ⠀ Из нее и зеленый борщ хорош, и холодная ботвинья, но самое  мое любимое летнее лакомство - осетинский пирог "Минус калории". ⠀ Я взяла традиционный рецепт, адаптировала его под нужды стройнеющих и вот что у меня получилось. ⠀ ♦️ Что потребуется? ⠀ 👉 150 г обезжиренного творога, 2 яйца, две горсти овсяных хлопьев, 4 ст. ложки растительного масла, 2 ст. ложки маложирной сметаны, около 200 г муки, чайная ложка сахара, щепотка соли, 2 чайные ложки разрыхлителя,  молодая ботва одной свеклы, 150 г феты или другого белого соленого сыра (брынза, сулугуни). ⠀ ⠀ Способ приготовления ⠀ 🍲 Творог взбить с яйцами, маслом, сметаной, солью и сахаром.  Добавить перемолотые овсяные хлопья, перемешать. Замесить тесто, постепенно добавляя муку вместе с разрыхлителем – до тех пор, пока тесто не будет отставать  от рук. Должно получиться мягкое, эластичное, некрутое тесто. ⠀ Накрыть тесто салфеткой и приготовить начинку. ⠀ 📌 Свекольную ботву промыть в проточной воде,  хорошо стряхнуть, и обсушить. Черешки вместе с листьями не очень крупно нарезать. Сыр натереть на крупной терке или помять вилкой (фету). Соединить свекольную ботву с сыром и перемешать. Если сыр несоленый, можно слегка посолить. ⠀ Готовое тесто обмять и раскатать в довольно толстую лепешку.  Начинку выложить горкой на середину. Края теста поднять вверх и собрать над начинкой так, чтобы начинка оказалась внутри. ⠀ "Шар" из теста перенести  на  противень и перевернуть так, чтобы шов оказался внизу. Теперь  аккуратно разравниваем пирог, распределяя начинку внутри "шара" аккуратными, поступательными движениями, от центра к краям. В центре пирога нужно сделать отверстие для выхода пара. ⠀ Поставить пирог в нагретую до ~200 градусов духовку на 30 минут. Готовый горячий пирог смазать кусочком сливочного масла. ⠀ P.S. Нужно стараться растягивать пирог очень аккуратно, чтобы начинка не вылезла наружу.  У меня получилось неидеально, так как начинки было много. Но зато очччччень вкусно! ⠀ 👍 Сохраните рецепт, чтобы не потерять и поделитесь с друзьями!
