Remove the pits and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh.⠀⠀ In a large bowl, combine the avocado, onion, tomato, cilantro, salt, and lime juice. Mash and stir with a fork until there are no large chunks of avocado left.⠀⠀ Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on all sides. 🍪 GALLETAS TIPO PETIT ECOLIER O MILKA🌈 (healthy 🌱) #recetasburpee_vet - . ★ ✨ Aquí va otra receta para los mini chefs (aunque seguro que la disfrutaréis los que no sois tan minis🤣). Cuando yo era peque me encantaba mojarlas en leche, pero fría, para que el chocolate aún estuviera crujiente. Son muy sencillas de hacer, con una base de galleta de mantequilla (que no falla🤤) y una chocolatina. El molde lo podéis encontrar en tiendas de repostería, aunque no es totalmente necesario. - Aquí tenéis la RECETA👇🏻. . . ★ 📝INGREDIENTES (12 galletas): ➖ 300 gr de harina de avena. ➖ 120 gr de mantequilla. ➖ 1 huevo + 1 yema. ➖ 30 gr de eritritol en polvo (Edulcorante). ➖ 7 ml esencia de vainilla. ➖ 100 gr de chocolate negro s/a. . 💗ELABORACIÓN: ➖ Para las galletas mezclamos con las varillas la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente con el edulcorante y añadimos el huevo + 1 yema y la esencia de vainilla. ➖ Una vez que esté todo bien integrado le añadiremos poco a poco la harina hasta que formemos una masa que podemos manejar con las manos. ➖ Estiramos con la ayuda de un rodillo encima de un papel de hornear (para que no se nos pegue) y la metemos 30 min a la nevera. ➖ Cortamos las galletas con la masa fría y metemos en el horno a 180 grados durante 10 min. ➖ Una vez frías derretimos el chocolate y si tenemos moldes de silicona para hacer chocolatinas los rellenamos. Recheio: 1 lata de atum 1 cebola picada 1 tomate picado 2 dentes de alho picado Queijo da ilha aos bocadinhos Azeitona às rodelas Espinafre picado Cogumelos picados 1/2 pimento vermelho às tiras Sal,açafrão e orégãos Misturei tudo e coloquei por cima da metade da massa num tabuleiro... Verti o resto da massa por cima e polvilhei com sementes de sésamo pretas por cima... 30 minutos no forno a 180 graus e pronto para quem depois chega da praia e acompanha com Salada e Chips...😁😛🥧

I don’t know about you but in the summer I could literally eat zucchini and yellow squash for EVERY meal! You too?! ✋🏼 high five ✋🏼 ➖ On that note, this week I’m going to be sharing with you a few ways to utilize those veggies and get some different flavors! Up first is this super yummy Greek Chicken Sheet Pan. ➖ 2 lbs chicken tenderloins 4 bell pepper, mixed colors 3 zucchini 2 red onion 4 tbsp olive oil 4 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp oregano 2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled 2 2/3 cup brown rice, cooked ➖ Add all ingredients except for feta and rice to an extra large sheet bowl and toss well to combine. Place on two large baking sheets and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked. Cacao Hazelnut Cookie Protein Slice! 😍🍪👏 @danishealthyeats has done it again! - 2 cups roasted hazelnuts (skins preferably removed) 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted 1/4 cup cacao powder 1/4 cup maple syrup or low carb sweetener of choice, such as stevia (Lakanto makes a great low carb maple syrup!) 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or can sub more low carb sweetener) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp hazelnut extract (or more vanilla) 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional) 1/2 cup coconut flour 1/2 cup protein powder of choice (I used chocolate) 1 tsp sea salt - In a food processor, pulse hazelnuts until a rough flour forms. Add in all ingredients besides coconut flour & protein powder & process until fully combined. Pour into a bowl & mix in the flour & protein. You may need to use your hands! Press into pan of choice. - For chocolate topping: 1 chocolate bar of choice (I used a stevia sweetened one) 2 tsp coconut oil - Melt together until smooth. Pour over the bars. Place in fridge/freezer until set! Back home and back to my home made food ❤️ I’ve been really hungry last couple of days and The first thing I’ve done when I have hakf an hour at home was this huge omelette. 🎈🎈🎈 Long distance running and all the walking during the day, taking flight after flight have made me quite tired. I’ve read stuff about how training too much might actually be the reason to get fat such as this: “Overtraining is when you perform more training than your body can recover from. Once you start putting undue stress on your body, you stimulate cortisol, that in turn raises insulin and leptin levels causing fat gain and hunger and craving cycles.” 🎈🎈🎈 Still, being a stubborn fool that I am, I can’t help but challenge myself a bit too much at the times. Avo-egg-in-a-hole😋⠀ -⠀ INGREDIENTS⠀ -⠀ 2 avocados⠀ 2 tbsp. butter, divided⠀ 4 large eggs⠀ Kosher salt⠀ Freshly ground black pepper⠀ 1/4 c. shredded cheddar⠀ 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled⠀ 2 green onions, sliced⠀ -⠀ DIRECTIONS⠀ -⠀ Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Lay avocado halves on their sides and carefully cut lengthwise into 2 thick slices each. Hollow out middles with a paring knife.⠀ In a large, nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Place avocado slices into skillet and crack an egg into the center. Season with salt and pepper.⠀ Cover skillet and cook until egg is cooked to your desired doneness, about 5 minutes for a just runny egg. 🍫 Schokibrownie mit Kokospudding 🍫 Gestern Vormittag gab es dieses leckere Frühstück und was soll ich sagen. Leider geil 🤩. Die Pudding - Idee stammt von der lieben @baking_for_daisy 🙏. 🔸Pudding: 25 gr Whey, 15 gr Puddingpulver mit 185 ml Flüssigkeit (Milch, Reismilch,...) im Shaker mixen. Wer möchte kann das noch süßen, meist ist das Whey aber schon süß genug. 🔸 Pudding in eine Tasse füllen und bei 600 Watt für 2 min in die Mikro geben. Nach 1 min umrühren. 🔸 Rezept des Schokobrownies hatte ich am 8. Buenas tardes, hoy os traigo esta receta de creps que son una locura. La masa queda riquisima, con el cacao, la Canela y el café . Las he rellenado de crema de vainilla, con leche en polvo, vainilla y un poco de dulce de datil . CREPS DE CAPPUCCINO . Receta: para 3 o 4 grandes Masa: -1 Huevo L -2,5 cdas de harina integral -1 vaso leche desnatada - 1/2 cdta de canela -1/2cdta de café natural molido -1 cdta de cacao puro en polvo . 1. Triturar todo. Dejar enfriar 30min . Hacer las creps. 2. Crema: Poner el yogur en un bol, añadir 1 cdta de leche en polvo, 1 cdta de #dulcededatilcookiss, y un poco de vainilla. Remover 3. Hatta çocuklarınızla beraber hem eğlenceli hem eğitici güzel bir aktiviteye dönüştürebilirsiniz😉 Malzemeler 🍦 2 orta boy muz 2 adet 80gr’lık şekersiz bitter çikolata 1 tatlı kaşığı bal 1 fincan parçalanmış badem Yapılışı 🍧 Muzları dilimleyip 2 saat dondurucuda bekletin. Donmuş muzları rondoya alın. Bal ekleyip güzelce karıştırın. Muzların alacağı o güzel kıvamı görmelisiniz😉 Daha sonra kalıba koyup 4 saat buzlukta bekletin. Bitter çikolatayı benmari usulü eritip içine parçaladığınız bademleri ekleyin ve donmuş dondurmanın üzerine dökün. 15 dakika kadar buzlukta bekledikten sonra hazır olacaktır🍦 ⭐️ Daha önce evde kendim bitter çikolata yapmıştım. Dondurmayı önce onunla yapmayı denedim ama dondurmanın üzerinde hemen donmadı ve dondurmayı da eritti. Birde damla çikolata ile denedim fakat o da olmadı. O yüzden bu iki seçeneği eledim. Şimdilik en güzeli bitter çikolata ile yapmak sanırım. ⭐️Evde kararan muzları direk dilimleyip buzluğa atabilirsiniz. Mindig is édes szájú voltam és mivel nem vagyok hízékony, bevallom nem mindig figyeltem oda a helyes táplálkozásra. Viszont mióta elkezdtem tudatosan edzeni és versenyre felkészülni úgy éreztem egy bizonyos szint után nem javult a teljesítményem. Hiába próbáltam megúszni a váltást, edzés mellett nem lehet. Semmi szélsőség, csak mértékkel. 3 hete eszem egészségesen, könnyebb a futás és energikusabb is vagyok. Eddig úgy tűnik megérte. A mai ebéd: csirke saslik, kuszkusz, spárga. 😋
