Happy Sunday🥰🥰 Guess who managed to do EVERYTHING on their workout schedule this week🙋🏽‍♀️I fitted in all sessions and got all of the cardio in too! Quite pleased with myself as this is the first time I’ve done everything Georgie has put on my calendar😅I sometimes don’t have enough time for cardio, as I prioritise the weightlifting session and only have one hour to get a session in before work🙄 It’s sunday self reflection time so my goals for the week are as follows: ✨ drink 3L of water a day (I did this all last week and noticed a HUGE difference - especially when checking in) ✨ get on top of my messages and emails! I tend to open them but forget to reply😭 ✨ get in all of my sessions again🤞🏼going to try my best to fit in the cardio where possible ✨ keep hitting 10k steps a day ✨ make more quality time for myself and my boyfriend (less time on my phone and more time taking in what’s going on around me😇) ✨ keep checking up on family and friends - you never know when people are going through a rough patch👀 I hope you’ve all had a good weekend! LONG POST ALERT! 🐾♥️ I haven't done an actual fitgirlsguide challenge since August, so I'm officially joining the new one tomorrow! My first challenge in July went so well, but was followed by months of travel and weird schedules and work trips and vacation. I'm here for the rest of the year though, and ready to jump back in. Mentally, it's been a really big challenge to feel I made a lot of progress then not be able to continue it. In a broad sense, I've been a bit depressed/discouraged/apathetic, and have been having a tough time, as they've all been feeding each other. Luckily though, I actually haven't gained any weight back, and my body comp seems to have only shifted back a bit. I'll be back in kickboxing and workouts starting tomorrow. I'm ready to end 2019 with a bang, and with love for myself. I've been having a lot of doubts lately about my work, what I'm putting my actual energy into, and what I'm focusing on in in general in my day to day emotional and mental space. So this new phrase, actonintuition , couldn't come at a better time. I'm done ignoring the gut feelings that have been gnawing at me for the last few months, and am ready to listen to myself, and hopefully better understand my path forward through the next few years.
