Pagnotta con 50% di farina di semola e 50% di tipo 0, entrambe le farine sono biologiche. La pagnotta è stata realizzata dopo aver riattivato il mio lievito madre. When using punch down dough and break into balls. Flatten the balls fill in the desired filling seal it up and arrange the balls in tray . Keep 10 mins covered. apply egg wash. Preheat the oven while making the buns. Bake 180C for 20-25mins Till cms golden brown in colour.
