In a large mixing bowl combine 130 grams of nut butter with 3 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, 1 pinch of sea salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Mix until combined well. Fold 1/2 cup of quality dark chocolate (80%) in to the mixture. Roll into tablespoon-sized balls, then flatten slightly with a fork. Летний #кетопирог с ягодами 🍓 а именно, любимая #галета с малиной, лимоном и кабачком 😋👍 6 порций в одной порции 6 г белков, 25 г жиров, 5 г углеводов, 269 ккал тесто: 100 г мягкого сливочного масла 50 г творожного сыра 1 яйцо 40 г кокосовой муки 100 г миндальной муки 2 ч л яблочного уксуса 1/2 ч л ксантановой камеди соль начинка: 150 г малины 150 г кабачка лимонная цедра, нарезанная соломкой эритритол 1 ч л ксантановой камеди или пектина или агара Все ингредиенты для теста смешать в блендере, сформировать из теста шар, завернуть его в плёнку и убрать в холодильник на несколько часов. Из малины и кабачка сварить "варенье", добавить камедь и эритритол, получившуюся начинку взбить в блендере, добавить лимонную цедру и проварить ещё 2 мин. Раскатать тесто в птонкий ласт, равномерно в центре распределить начинку, завернуть края, убрать заготовку в морозилку на 15 мин. Выпекать галету 20-25 мин при 170 градусах, остудить перед употреблением. The Easiest Healthy Banana Bread Ever Serves 8-10 . I made this twice last week because it’s that good and that easy. Of course I added dark chocolate chips and put banana slices on top because I’m so fancy! . 3 medium bananas or 2 large bananas (plus more for the top if you want!) 2 cups oats 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking soda Dark chocolate chips, optional . Preheat oven to 350 F/175 C. Blend the banana, oats, eggs, vanilla and baking soda until smooth. Pour into a greased or silicone loaf tin. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over and top with thinly sliced banana, if desired. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let loaf cool in pan before removing and serving. Overnight oats from breakfast this morning 🥣 In a bowl, add 1 oz rolled oats, 1/2 oz of chia/hemp/flax seeds, and 4 oz of milk. Stir together. And that’s it! Store in the fridge over night and add your fruit, 1/2 oz of nuts (I used pecans) and some cinnamon in the morning. I ate it cold but you could warm it up first. Grain: 1 oz rolled oats Protein: 1/2 oz chia/hemp/flax seeds, 4 oz milk, 1/2 oz pecans Fruit: 6 oz mixture of bananas, blueberries & raspberries **I normally don’t like bananas at all, but surprisingly didn’t mind them in this bowl. Friday night is pizza night in our house! 🍕 I am a huge fan of @califlourfoods crust (which I count as 3 oz veg, 1 fat and 1/2 protein). Topped here with 2 oz marinara and 1/2 oz turkey pepperoni (I've learned I don't need cheese on top because the crust is so cheesy), plus garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and a salad of 7 oz veg and 1.5 oz hummus (remainder of protein) with balsamic vinegar and EBTB seasoning. The crust may look burnt but I promise you it's not. It's just gets quite dark and crunchy on the edges. Last night’s cauliflower pizza! My first trial run and I couldn’t be happier with the turnout 😍Quickly becoming a favorite. 1 whole bag of cauliflower rice (12 oz) Microwave for 6 minutes Squeeze out extra moisture with paper towel Add an egg, 1/2 oz parmesan or mozzarella cheese, garlic salt and Italian seasoning and mix together Spread out thinly on pan with parchment paper(or spray the pan) (the thinner the crispier it will get) Bake at 450 for about 15 minutes or until desired crispiness (flip halfway through) Add 2 oz marinara, 1/2 oz cheese (I used mozzarella & goat cheese), 2 oz of spinach (or other veggies), 1/2 oz pepperoni Bake for another 10-15 minutes *the cauliflower & spinach totaled 14 oz which counted as my vegetable (6oz) and salad (8oz) portion for dinner. 🍕Y U M 🍕 #brightlinebites #cauliflowerpizza #flourfree #sugarfree #brightlineeating #healthydinner
