. DAY 2 🙏 Today I failed at wearing "bunny slippers". It's kind of impossible to take it easy with two kids under 4 and a full packed weekend. I survived 🙏 I packed my lunch for our adventure, and I ended up forgetting to take a picture of my abstinent dinner - probably good for the perfectionist in me. 😊 . I'm pretty sure I lost 3 pounds in 1 day. My metabolism is insanely fast - part of the reason why I am only 20 pounds off after 15ish years of compulsively overeating. I used to over exercise too but I haven't since having kids - at least not deliberately, I think. Until I reach my goal wait I have committed to zero exercise except optional yoga not to exceed 30mins - I'm talking stretching and breathing, more restorative yoga than anything else. . I'm REALLY hungry. I'm really tired. These portions are extremely small for me, especially the breakfast which used to be my only "normal" and big meal of the day. I used to lose it in the food from about 2-3pm onward. So instead I'm trying to drink lots of water around that time. It's difficult to believe I can do this and then transition to a maintenance plan rather than bingeing. . Being hungry makes me anxious, because a short stint of anorexia is what turned me into a full-blown compulsive overeater. I hated the feeling of starving and I fear it. Knowing all of that, I am trying to just TRUST in the BLE process and I am turning my power over to something greater than myself. . ONE DAY AT A TIME. 🙏 . . DAY 1 🙏 In terms of BLE, I'm a 10 on the susceptibility scale - and after half a lifetime of losing my sanity to food, I knew that score before I took the test. . For over 15yrs my on-and-off 12 Step program was missing something and a few days ago I found it! 🙏 I read brightlineeating in less than 4 days - some may say I binge-read it- I have had enough experience with devouring things in short period of time. 😜 I can show some humility on Day 1 right? Для 12 корзиночек: Тесто: 100 г мягкого сливочного масла 100 г творожного сыра 1 яйцо 50 г эритритола 120 г кокосовой муки 1/2 ч л разрыхлителя экстракт ванили Белковый крем: 2 белка 1-2 г агара 50 г эритритола 2 ст л воды Начинка: клубника Смешать все ингредиенты для теста, убрать тесто в холодильник на 2 часа. Для формирования корзиночек можно воспользоваться специальными формочкам, а можно просто сделать круглые печенья. Формочки с тестом убрать в морозилку на 10 мин. Выпекать корзиночки 10-12 мин при 200 градусах. Полностью остудить в формочках. Для крема агар замочить в 1 ст л тёплой воды. Белки взбить до пиков Эритритол с 1 ст л воды довести до кипения, добавить агар и варить смесь 3 мин. Взбивая белки, тоненькой струйкой вливать в крем горячий сироп. Взбивать крем 3-5 мин. Tenhle špenátový quiche patří k mým nejoblíbenějším slaným jídlům. Je rychlý a vždy si na něm všichni pochutnají, když ho dělám na nějakou oslavu😋 Určitě ho také zkuste!😊 Můžete mouku ze semínek vyměnit za žitnou, také doporučuji🤩 Špenátový quiche🍃 Ingredience: Na těsto: 100 g másla 200 g mouky ze slunečnicových semínek (z dm_cesko) voda (cca 4 lžíce) Na náplň: 500 g baby špenátu 150 g goudy 250 g zakysané smetany 1 větší cibule 1 stroužek česneku ghí (ghicko ) pepř, sůl Postup: Uhněteme těsto, vmačkáme do formy (lepší vyložit pečicím papírem). Okraje budou cca 2 cm vysoké. Těsto propícháme vidličkou a pečeme cca 6 minut na 180 stupňů. Špenát necháme změknout na cibulce na ghí (pustí nějakou vodu, tak tu slijeme). Pak přidáme zbytek ingrediencí (goudu nastrouháme). Vložíme na těsto a pečeme dalších 25-30 minut. Dobrou chuť❤️ . . Ingredients: For the dough: 100g butter 200g sun flower seed flour approx. 4 tablespoons of water 🔸 For the center: 500g baby spinach 150g gouda cheese 250g sour cream 1 large onion 1 clove of garlic ghee pepper and salt 🔸 Directions: Mixing all needed ingredients, make a dough and put into a form (it is better to use a baking paper underneath). The edges should be approx. 2 cm high. Using a fork, pierce the dough and then put it in the oven, baking it for 6 minutes at 180°C. On a pan with the ghee, onion and garlic, let the spinach soften (the spinach leaves an excess water while cooking, so put it away). Add a grated gouda cheese into the spinach along with rest of the ingredients and put it on top of the dough. Then put the quiche back in the oven and let it bake for another 25-30 minutes. Today marks 2 years of brightlineeating! 🎉 It's hard to believe. My new identity is shaping and starting to come into focus. I've also realized I'll never "get there" and that this process is ongoing. I'll keep getting up and making decisions day by day, hour by hour that help me become the most true version of myself, even with hiccups and detours along the way (like I experienced this summer). All told, I'm nearly 100 lbs from my starting weight, but more importantly I feel so much better, have much more energy and confidence, and I'm able to comfortably move my body.
