Ebbene sì, oggi e iniziata ufficialmente la preparazione del menu di Natale . Iniziamo da un contorno molto gustoso . Radicchio tardivo di Treviso avvolto in una coperta magica di pancetta fatto in padella 😋❤ Ingredienti 12 fette di pancetta dolce salmista 2 radicchio tardivo di Treviso (non è amaro tranquilli ) Preparazione 1) Pulite il radicchio e tagliatelo a spicchi 2) Prendete la pancetta e avvolgetela intorno al radicchio 3)Metteteli in padella antiaderente a fiamma alta e rosolate 4)Abbassate la fiamma e coprite la padella con un coperchio 5)Cucinate per 15.minuti a fuoco basso basso Il radicchio si può tagliare a spicchi e avvolto nella pancetta il giorno prima . While in Cairns we went to ochrecairns for dinner. All of their dishes use native Australian ingredients which meant even for us we were introduced to new flavours. I had fettuccine with lemon myrtle, prawns, calamari, baby capers, chilli and herbs, and Mr M had the wallaby fillet with tomato and olive confit, peas and smashed potato. My pasta was top notch with the delicate flavour of the lemon myrtle matching well with the generous amount of perfectly cooked seafood in the dish. Mr M’s wallaby dish was huge and super tasty. “Australian” food can sometimes be a bit pretentious, especially when it’s directed at tourists but Ochre uses the ingredients in a restrained and respectful way. mealprep is finished! •• • • 20 Uhr von der Arbeit heim gekommen ging es auch direkt wieder an den Herd um meine Mittagessen für morgen vorzukochen. Diesmal wurde es wieder ein gutes Rezept „Tagliatelle von Spinaci mit Pangasiusfilet und Blattspinat“ - noch aus der ww App welches mir so im Kopf eingebracht ist, weil wir es So so gerne gegessen haben! Nur diesmal wurde es etwas abgewandelt. Normaler weise sind da noch Zwiebeln und Knoblauch sowie lachsroter dabei. Aber diesmal ohne die drei Komponenten und stattdessen mit Pangasius . Zwei Portionen sind es wieder geworden ~ für je 687 kcal ~ •••• Und weil das nicht alles war kam das Mealprep fürs Frühstück gleich noch hinterher! Today I have for you all a super nice spot, rosebudkitchen . The chicken and waffles plate always caught my attention and I wanted to see what it was about and boy was I in for a surprise! This is isnt your regular belgian waffle 🧇 it’s a bacon, miso, and cornbread waffle topped with a yummy maple cream which is a great substitute to regular syrup! Also tried the succulent and moists steak frites🍽 I rather extra sauce than no sauce and I was here for it from rosebud 🔥 To start off though, we had the spicy Jamaican jerk wings 🍗🌶. Would’ve liked to taste the jerk kick a little more they were crispy and full of flavor! Buonasera tesori 💞 Oggi per me è stata una giornata che definisco "soddisfacente" e me lo dovevo.Stamattina ho studiato e preparano tutto per domani,nel primo pomeriggio è venuto il mio ragazzo è abbiamo guardato un film 💑.Poi allenamento in palestra,con il mio istruttore preferito e due schede mortali+ corso.Due ore e mezza intende,nelle quali ce l'ho messa tutta e ne sono uscita col sorriso 💪🏻 Per cena avevo pensato di prepararmi altro oltre a questo,Peró sapete?Mi sono sentita talmente bene e appagata che appena tornata non avevo tutta questa "smania" di mangiare.Mi sono infine preparata una bella cena calda con avanzi di verdure tagliuzzate in frigo (zucchine,porro,melanzane e peperoni) con il fondo del barattolo di sugo e i fagioli avanzati da pranzo, infine ci ho aggiunto molte spezie ed è venuta un'ottima zuppa 🤤 Ora sto bevendo la mia tisana al melograno mentre aspetto di vedere un film 🎥 Vi auguro una buona serata 😘

I wanted to grant her request. But I had already purchased chicken breasts to make with the homemade teriyaki sauce that I still had in the fridge. What to do? Make teriyaki chicken meatballs with lo mein noodles. However when Menelik heard this, he was on board with the meatballs, but said “I already made” noodles and he wanted Chinese fried rice instead. Hey ihr Lieben 🙋🏼‍♀️ heute ist cheesymonday 🙌🏼 unter dieser leckeren Käsehaube versteckt sich ein Texmex-Chickennugget-Gratin 🤠 yeehaw 🤠 500 g TK Nuggets nach Packungsanleitung backen. Aus der Pfanne nehmen und auf Küchenpapier abtropfen lassen, 1 rote Zwiebel in Spalten schneiden, in etwas Olivenöl andünsten, 1 Dose 425 ml Mais-Bohnen-Paprika Texas-Mix abgetropft dazu sowie 400 g Tomatensoße und 100 ml Wasser. Aufkochen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Nuggets untermischen, alles in eine Auflaufform geben und mit 100 g Pizzakäse (darf auch immer etwas mehr sein 🤣) bestreuen. Баница традиционное  блюдо болгарской кухни. Наиболее распространены начинки из сыра или творога, но возможны варианты выпечки с мясным фаршем, овощами, фруктами и пр. Мой пирог с творогом и брынзой. Классический рецепт я изменяла несколько раз. В конечном итоге они оказались очень значительными, но зато получился приятный вкус. Попробуйте и вы 😊😚. Ингридиенты: Лаваш тонкий листовой 500 гр творога 500 гр брынзы 3 яйца 150 гр сметаны 100 гр сливочного масла 1 ч л соды 1 ч л уксуса Щепотка сахара Процесс приготовления. Смешать сметану и яйца. Добавить творог (не соленый) и размягчённое масло. Тщательно перемешать. Поломать небольшими кусочками брынзу и смешать с основной массой. Соду погасить уксусом, добавить сахар, всё перемешать и оставить на 30 минут при комнатной температуре. Начинку разделить на столько частей, сколько у вас листьев лаваша. Поочерёдно выложить начинку на лаваш, равномерно распределить и свернуть в свободный рулет. Все выложить по спирали в ёмкость для запекания (см. видео в карусели). Запекать при 180 градусах около 1 часа. За 15 минут до готовности смазать сметаной. Подавать лучше тёплой.
