Hoy os traigo una receta muy simple y fácil de hacer, pero que combina a la perfección con muchas preparaciones, la SALSA CARBONARA (con nata). La carbonara Italiana, la original, no lleva nata. Otro día os explico cómo la hacen y cuelgo la receta 😉. Ingredientes (4 pax): -1 cebolla -250 gr de bacon -200 ml de nata -Pimienta al gusto -Sal al gusto Preparación: - Para empezar, pelamos y cortamos la cebolla en brunoise (cuadritos pequeñitos). - Cuando tengamos la cebolla lista, prepararemos una sartén en la que primeramente cocinaremos el bacon al gusto, poco hecho, crujiente… Cuando lo tengamos listo, reservamos. - En esta misma sartén caramelizamos la cebolla a fuego muy lento, este proceso suele durar entre unos 30 o 40 minutos. Veremos que la cebolla va quedando marrón, como veréis en el video. - Cuando ya tenemos la cebolla caramelizada al gusto, agregamos el bacon reservado anteriormente y removemos para impregnar el sabor de los ingredientes. - Añadimos la nata y cocemos a fuego medio mientras vamos removiendo. La salsa irá espesando poco a poco, una vez consigas el espesor deseado retiramos del fuego y a disfrutar! Esta salsa yo la suelo usar sobretodo para las pizzas, con un huevo en el centro queda espectacular. Ha i en dæsj olivenolje, rør godt. Ha dette som en dressing på burger brødene. Pasta en crema de Ricotta y Vegetales al horno. Super sencilla y apta para esta semana mayor, a los amigos que no consumen carnes. En esta pastita inofensiva encontrarán proteína (ricotta) hidratos de carbono para la energía, y esa dosis de vegetales saludables que tanto nuestro organismo necesita. Lleven al horno por 45 minutos a 180° (2) calabacines, sazonen con ajo, Orégano, albahaca, y tomillo, sal y pimienta. De igual manera 4 tomates que tengan en nevera muy maduros, y agreguen sal, pimienta, ajo y aceite de oliva. Reserven. Por otro lado y para hacerlo mas saludable, llevamos al procesador 200grs de Ricotta, rectificamos en sal, pimienta y procesamos con al menos unos 80ml de aceite de oliva hasta obtener una crema, retiramos y le agregamos una taza tibia de leche descremada. Reservamos. Cocinamos 300grs de nuestro Espagueti que tengamos en casa, esta cantidad es justa para dos personas. Al tenerlo listo mezclamos nuestra crema de ricotta y agregamos los vegetales al horno y removemos. Terminamos con quesito pecorino y un pizca de pimienta negra. Y a disfrutar 🤪🙋‍♀️👩‍🍳 super fácil y sencillo! Expect it to be smooth, creamy, with cheesy bold flavour. This Alfredo was a huge hit in our home and I'm sure it will be at yours too. Sprinkle with parsley if you have it, and cayenne flakes for a little spice. I've copied the recipe below👇 and you can find it on the blog. Stay healthy and happy.✌️ twospoons. . . 3 shallots (or 1 yellow onion), chopped 4 cloves garlic diced 1 tbsp coconut oil 1.5 cups raw cashews (preferably soaked for 1 hr, but not necessary), strained 2 cups almond milk 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 2 tbsp lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon) 1 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp paprika 3/4 cup curly parsley, finely chopped (optional) 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper flakes, to sprinkle (optional) 1 package gluten-free spaghetti noodles (500g/17.6 oz) . . . 1. Bring a skillet to medium heat, add chopped shallots (or onion), garlic and coconut oil. Cook until softened (5-10 mins). 2. 7 years ago, but I remember it like it was yesterday. It was my first week of culinary school algonquincollege I got into a freak accident on the highway on my way to work at Zen Kitchen for a Saturday night shift. An experience that will stay with me forever. I ended up colliding with the highway wall. Immediately after the crash I had no feeling from my waste down, I legit thought I was paralyzed. As I was picked up and assessed road side in the ambulance, it was deemed I was in severe shock from the impact that I would regain feeling in my legs within the hour. Homemade Beef Bourguignon is heaven on Earth. Slowly cooked for hours beef in red wine. Have made it several times in the past and can't believe how good it is. Доброго воскресенья, дорогие мои! Хотя, сейчас смешались и воскресенья, и понедельники, и будни и праздники! Все дни окрасились в монотонный скучный цвет! Но мы развлекаем себя, как можем! 😂 В свое время, дочка училась на философском факультете по специальности "культура Италии" в Спб. И , как многие студенты, подрабатывала в маленьком итальянском ресторанчике в центре Санкт - Петербурга, где шеф поваром был и есть коренной итальянец. Многие традиции дочка почерпнула именно там, и передала нам. В том числе, и любовь к итальянской кухне. Этот рецепт от истинного итальянца и он никого из вас не оставит равнодушным! Это ФОКАЧЧА - итальянский хлеб. Приготовив его в первый раз, вы будете возвращаться к нему снова и снова. Благо, простота рецепта и его ингредиенты позволяют делать его хоть каждый день! Как повторяет моя доченька слова Сальво: "Мой мама так делаль, ее мама так делаль!", ну а теперь и вы будете так делаль!😂 Ингредиенты: 300 гр муки; 1 ч л.соли; 170 гр теплой воды; 10-12 гр дрожжей сухих; 1 ч.л сахара; Базилик, размарин; Томаты чери или вяленые томаты, или оливки, или вяленые сливы 1) разводите в 170 мл теплой воды дрожжи, 1 ч.л.сахара и 1 ст.л.муки. накрываете пакетиком и даете постоять 15 минут. Если дрожжи хорошие, то сразу появится пышная шапочка, значит, с ними можно работать дальше. 2) в миску высыпаем муку с солью, выливаем дрожжи, 2 ст.л оливкового масла ( если есть со вкусом) и добавляете немного травок ( базилик, розмарин) по своему вкусу. И вымешиваете тесто. Оно будет эластичным и не липким. С ним очень просто работать. Тесто накрываем полиэтиленом и даем постоять в теплом месте 1 час. Я использую для этого духовку, прогретую до 30°С. 3) через час, поднявшееся тесто режем на 2 части и укладываем в формы для запекания, смазанные растительным маслом. Немного растягиваем руками, но не мнем. Оставить еще отдохнуть на минут 20. Lasagne recipe INGREDIENTS 1. Italian red Sauce 2. White sauce 3. Mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese 4. Veggies(onions, tomatoes, beans, black olives, boiled corn kernels) 5. Bread slices Recipe 1. Cut all the edges of bread slices and flatten it using a rolling pin(make bread as thin as possible) 2. Saute the veggies and season with salt and black pepper 3. Grease baking tray with olive oil 4. Spread red Sauce 5.arrange slices of flatten bread over it,spread white sauce,then red Sauce,then sprinkle cheese and veggies and your layer 1 is ready 6.similarly prepare layer 2 and layer 3(be careful with amount of cheese you pour as it can get overly cheesy with white sauce) 7. Cover with foil paper and bake at 210°c for 20 mins and afterwords with without foil at 270℃for 10-15 mins till cheese is absorbed abit 8. Cut into pieces and serve
