Farcitura: -10g Cocco rapé -100g yogurt greco 0% -50g fragole -Dolcificante . . 🔹PROCEDIMENTO: -In una ciotola mescolare la farina d’avena con l’albume. Versare poi 3g di idrolitina (o bicarbonato) e far reagire qualche secondo. -Mettere il composto in un pentolino con bordi alti e coprire con un coperchio. Far cuocere a fuoco basso per 10 minuti, poi girare e far cuocere l’altro lato (oppure cuocere in microonde alla massima potenza per 4 minuti). -Nel frattempo preparare la farcitura: dolcificare lo yogurt ed aggiungere le fragole fatte a pezzetti e il cocco rapè. -Una volta cotto il pancake, lasciarlo raffreddare e poi farcire. . . . . 🍪 Biscotti alla nocciola 🍪 • • • Pic by dolceamando 📸 • • • Ingredienti ⚠️ 250 g Farina 100 g Zucchero A Velo 150 g Burro 1 Uovo 100 g Cioccolato Fondente Al 55% 150 g Nocciole tostate 1 Vanillina 1 pizzico Sale Fino Preparazione 💭 Mescolare in una ciotola, la farina, lo zucchero a velo e la bustina di vanillina. Incorporare il burro a temperatura ambiente e lavorare con le mani. Aggiungere l’uovo, il pizzico di sale fino e lavorare l’impasto fino ad ottenere un composto liscio ed omogeneo. Nel mixer tritare grossolanamente i pezzi di cioccolato fondente e le nocciole ed incorporare il tutto nell’impasto. Formare una palla, coprire con la pellicola trasparente per alimenti e lasciare riposare in frigo per circa 20 minuti. Scaldate il forno. Preparare una teglia dove adagiare un foglio di carta da forno. Stendere la frolla e con una stampino e formare i biscotti. 🍟 Картофель, фаршированный копченой курицей и овощами под сыром. СОХРАНИ рецепт, чтобы не потерять! Нам понадобится🛒. 📍Картофель – 10 штук среднего размера. 📍Копченые ножки курочки – 2 шт. 📍Яйца – 2 шт. 📍Сладкий перец – 1 шт. 📍Репчатый лук – 1 шт. 📍Зелень – 1 вет. 📍Помидоры – 2 шт. 📍Соль и перец по вкусу 📍Растительное масло – 1 ст.л. Способ приготовления:✅. Сначала берем картофель, его необходимо хорошо очистить. Помыть, присолить и отправить готовиться на пару. Мультиварку в режим готовки на пару на 25 минут, этого достаточно. Пока будет готовиться картофель, начнем готовить начинку для него. Копченую курочку отделим от кожи и кости, нарежем мелкими кубиками. Отварим яйца, очистим их и порежем мелкими кусочками. Овощи: помидоры, лук и болгарский перец моем, лук и помидоры нарезаем мелко, перец предварительно очистим от плодоножки с семенами. Картофель готов, не трогайте его минут 5, пусть немного остынет. Теперь разрежем каждую картофелину на 2 равные части и аккуратно ложечкой чайной удалим серединку, как бы сделаем лодочки. Вырезанные серединки картофеля нам понадобятся, порежем их мелко, как и овощи выше. Овощи все в одну миску и перемешаем, добавим зелень, мелко порубив, заправим майонезом. Все перемешаем хорошо. На крупной терке натрем сыр. Теперь можно фаршировать начинкой картофель. Чашу мультиварки смажем растительным маслом. И теперь, фаршируя каждую картофелину, сразу отправляем в мультиварку. Верхушки фаршированных картофелин посыплем тертым сыром. Мультиварку в режим выпечки на 30 минут. По окончанию режима, картофель отправляем на блюдо и украшаем зеленью.
