Unlu bir tabağa koyalım ki birbirine yapışmasın. Soğanı yemeklik doğrayıp sıvıyağ koyduğumuz tencerede kavuralım. Havucu da ekleyelim kavuralım salçasını da ekleyip patates ve bezelyeyi de tencereye alalım. Üzerine gelecek kadar su ekleyelim. Tuz ve karabiberde katıp kaynamaya bırakalım. ご馳走1号 「黒の衝撃- Arroz negro -」  ずっと避けていたイカ墨をスペインでいざ実食。 イカ墨を避けてきたのは昔のある出来事。 サイゼリヤでイカ墨のパスタを食べていた友人が見せた笑み。イカ墨で真っ黒になった歯が衝撃的すぎて完全にノックアウト。それ以来、ずっと食わず嫌いし続けてきた。  そんなこんなで数十年も逃げてきたわけだけど、海外旅行のせいなのか、思い切って挑戦。。してみたら何これ。すごい美味しいじゃん。程よい塩っ気と鼻を抜ける磯の香り。最後の米粒までペロリと平らげちゃった。  初めて食べたのは7portesっていう老舗の高級レストランだけど、高いお金払って失敗しなくてほんとよかったな。まぁ、失敗しようが旅行の思い出って結局美化させるけども。  今度、その友人と久々に会う。サイゼリヤに行って真っ黒の歯見せてやろうかな。俺もう食べれるようになったよって。 #ご馳走 foodmagazine
