Первый профессиональный толчок я получил на мастер-классе Нины Тарасовой niksya . Это был мой первый МК. Было сделано так много невероятных (сейчас это понимаю) десертов, каждый был по-своему интересен! Нина просто раскрыла мне глаза на вещи, за которые раньше мне было страшно взяться. И уже после обучения я начал реально творить. Отрабатывал десерты, не боялся их переделывать. Ведь мастер класс это не значит что вы должны заплатить кучу денег, придти в замкнутое помещение и начать готовить как роботы. НЕТ. Для меня в первую очередь это было вдохновение, куча желания и большой заряд эмоций) от «преподавателя» реально зависит очень многое.
