I find cardio more mentally difficult then physically... my body will do whatever my mind tells it, but my mind always tries to find short cuts! “At the next light you can walk” or “cut it 5 mins short” ...well NO, brain shut up! . 2 weeks ago @sauski increased my macros and ever since I have: 🔹Been a lot more energetic 🔹Slept better (until this week as morning shifts aren't my thing🙃) 🔹Enjoyed my workouts even more than usual 🔹done a new chin-up PR🤭 🔹Went for a run and it was so lovely as it felt super light and easy 🔹NOT really gained any weight And that's why I got even more carbs to eat because my current goal is weight gain😆 All those good signs indicate that more food was/is needed and I'm feeling extremely motivated. It's safe to say that things are going in the right direction💪🏼

Day 30: Officially finished the 120 a day 30 day squat challenge 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️🕺🏽🕺🏽🕺🏽🕺🏽🕺🏽 Can’t believe how consistent and dedicated I have been 😬 Proud of myself and proud of who ever joined and made any effort at all well done 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 (obviously I have been having to crop a lot out of the videos and speed them up to fit into the 1 minute Insta videos as they are generally a rough 4 minutes long) Overall I have noticed changes 100% my legs and my glutes (my butt lol) are a lot stronger and I have definitely noticed a more toned shape.
