Sundays are my meal prep days. Do you guys meal prep? If you don't, you should try it out!! It is an easy way to stay on track with your diet to meet your fitness goals. Whether you're cutting or bulking, meal prepping helps you with consuming the right amount of your daily calories and macronutrients because you know what you're eating and how much. Instead of having to cook every single day and measure and weigh every single meal, why not do it all at once so for the week you won't have to worry! All of my meals are divided into three parts: A carb source, a protein source (which is meat in my case), and a green fibrous vegetable. I also like to keep variety with my meals so I never get bored and I love what I eat! START SMALL! My current fitness journey literally started with cutting back from 4 sugars in my coffee to 3 and then 3 to two and down to none. Then decaf coffee, then no coffee. Little by little I cut down and cut out the foods and activities that had any type of addictive influence on my mind and body. It was a SLOW process but I made consistent, steady progress. Make the steps achievable. Avoid the fly and die mentality.
