I’ve been struggling with my weight lately , I look at my body and I can see the weight I put on. I love stress eating and eating greasy food. I guess there comes a time when you decide when your really ready to make a change. I’m trying. Well I be successful this time , I don’t know but I know I need to get health. I’m in the city for a few nights for my son so I brought my work out clothing with me. Spent 30 mins on the elliptical and did some other exercises. For supper I had a steak and a salad. After my work out I toke my son to the vender machine , and I was looking and was thinking hmm what to get and I was like all ready to get cheesys then I was like what am I doing.... Winter is almost here and it’s crazy how you can see the leaves progressively fall off the trees day by day 🍃These are some photos I took on one of my runs a couple of weeks ago. I find running through the forest to be way more therapeutic rather than running on pavement, you get to sink into all of what nature has to offer when your fully immersed by trees. On top of that, running on uneven surfaces such as the forest floor/ trails challenges your biomechanics in a way that running on pavement doesn’t.
