No tbt here!!!! Well there it is 15 weeks hard craft... lots of calories.. No tracking at weekends.. lots of heavy weights moved.. lots of pbs hit..I have had lots of fun.. lots of sleep .. lots of recovery tine... No dieting...No stressing ... 🤔 It's about time to plan a return trip to the Bandit Rock, high on Mt. Hood. It fell down from the summit block about 15 years ago, it's massive. It's about .6 miles above the Timberline Trail as you approach the Newton Clark glacier canyon from the East. It sits close to 8,000' asl. Our happy group last time had so much fun! Amazing session at the gym today! Up on all my lifts with either weight or reps 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 First video 130kg rack pulls, last time I struggled to get 4 reps with 120kg, 2nd video is 140kg for 3 reps 💪🏻💪🏻 3rd video is barbell shoulder press with 40kg, this was my second set and I managed 5 reps on both sets, last week I could only manage 3 reps! 💪🏻 My last set I only managed 4 reps. Then lying bench press, 22.5kg a side for 5, then upped it to 25kg a side, last time I tried these I struggled with 20kg a side 👍🏻👍🏻Did some lat pull downs (not filmed) 55kg for 5 reps then 61kg for 3 reps. Finished off with wide grip pull ups using the red band only managed 4 reps but I used the black band last time 👍🏻💪🏻. Why I don't see a progres? I train so much!! Usual question every trainer gets. Sometimes (and actually many times) the problem is not how much you train. Though it is important. The problem might be that you push yourself too much and don't rest enough. That's what I used to do a lot!
