Pasta cremosa con verduras sin gluten y sin lácteos 🧡Pasta de lentejas y de garbanzos 💚brócoli, shiitake y batata 💙bebida de coco y tahini . Esta vez ha faltado el toque mágico de dátiles y/o ciruelas que queda tan rico 🤤 Tampoco he puesto la base con cebolla porque no estoy en condiciones 😅 . La receta es súper fácil!! No pongo cantidades porque depende de tolerancia, gustos y número de comensales. Los tiempos dependen del ingrediente y el tamaño del corte. •Por un lado cocer la pasta o arroz siguiendo las instrucciones, yo he usado dos variedades de pasta sin gluten que encontré en herbolarionavarro y están muy ricas la verdad 😋 os dejo la foto por si queréis detalles! •Por otro lado corta todos las verduras 👉la batata en daditos muy pequeños para que se haga más rápido . •Si se usa cebolla, pochar en una cacerola con AOVE junto con la batata y los dátiles y/o ciruelas también si los vas a usar •Dejar 5 minutos o hasta que esté hecha la batata •Añadir las setas y dos cucharadas de tahin o sésamo triturado (yo uso una de cada) •Cubrir con leche de coco y dejar a fuego lento que se reduzca a la mitad •Añadir el brócoli y dejar 3 minutos más y listo!! 🍲 Cuidado que quema! . 🧂Se le puede dar un toque de jengibre y cúrcuma perfectos para dieta antiinflamatoria . 🌶 También se puede añadir curry si lo toleras, es lo que llevaría la receta original 😜 . 👉Si se te pega y no quieres usar mucho aceite, haz una emulsión mitad aceite mitad agua agitado bien para que se mezclen lo mejor posible . 👉También puedes añadir más leche de coco si te quedas sin líquido y aún no está lista la verdura 😉

Separer les blancs et les jeunes d'œufs. Ajouter les jaunes à la citrouille et laisser poser les blancs d'oeufs au frigo. Dans le mélange citrouille-œuf,envoyer tous les ingrédients secs pour la pâte et bien mélanger. Battre les blancs d'oeufs avec une pincée de sel jusqu'à l'obtention de la mousse et mélanger délicatement dans la pâte. Graisser le moule avec une goutte d'huile et versez-y la pâte. Mettre le moule au four préchauffé à 180 degrés pendant 25-30 minutes (A vérifier avec un cure-dent). Lorsque le gâteau est refroidi, retirez soigneusement les côtés du moule et découpez-le en deux fines tranches. . .Mélanger les ingrédients pour la crème avec un batteur et ensuite décorer le gâteau. Olive salad/ marinated olive Even though olives has its own charm its always used as a side dish but let’s see how to make it a star recipe just with a few ingredients. Ingredients • 250 Gms pitted olive • 2tbs virgin olive oil • 2 tbs lemon juice • 1/2 lemon thinly sliced • 2 cloves of garlic chopped • 1 tsp black peppercon • 1 tsp redchili flakes • 1 tsp dried oregano • 1/2 tsp dried mint • 1/2 tsp basil • Sea salt 1 tsp Method • In a mortar place all the dry ingredients (pepper cones, dry chili flakes .oregano, mint,sea salt, basil) and with the help of a pestal make a coarse powder. • In a mixing bowl place the olives, garlic, and sliced lemon. • Heat the olive oil in a tempering pan and pour it over the olive followed by lemon juice. • Mix gently. • Sprinkle the spice powder and toss it. • Store it in a clean jar and refrigerate. • Keep it overnight and you can use it the next day. With the cold and rainy weather outside and a busy day ahead I was in need of a hearty breakfast with some brain fuel 😍 . For my 'oats' I have a big glass jar of equal amounts of quinoa flakes, millet flakes and buckwheat flakes all mixed together. I use 40g of the mixture with 180g of almond milk and simmer on a low-medium heat in a small sauce pan (or small non stick frying pan) until thickened. This will take between 6-9 minutes. I also add a large handful of frozen cherries so that they defrost as the 'oats' are cooking. Stir when it starts to bubble to prevent sticking, with a spatula or wooden spoon. After the mix has finished cooking, add 1/2 tsp of stevia, 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp cloves, and stir in. Transfer to a bowl and top with your choice of toppings. I've topped with original sweetfreedomuk choc shot, cacao nibs, chia seeds, activated almonds and hulled hemp hearts. C H R I S T M A S 🎄 I D E A 👉🏼swipe I made this Christmas tree cheese and bacon pull-apart for a Christmas party last weekend and it was a total hit! . To make the yodo I started with the same weight of yoghurt (chobaniau greek yoghurt) and orgranfoods self raising flour and then added extra flour as required to get the texture I wanted. Before it was completely perfect texture I added the cheese and bacon (& parsley). I have no idea how much I added of each but I did it until it looked about right. Then I added whatever flour I needed to make it the perfect texture. Roll into the same sized balls and place in whatever shape you like! I baked it in the oven until it was smelling and looking delicious... in case you haven’t noticed I’m more of a ‘make it up as you go’ Baker which for some people is not easy 😂 So I apologise if you want an exact recipe because I don’t have one. . Next time, I would take it to the venue and then bake it, because being gluten free it doesn’t stay soft and fluffy forever! . Are you going to make a version of this for Christmas?! VEGAN BOUNTY BARS 🥥🌴 With Christmas right around the corner, it means I have to be on my A game in the healthy dessert department. I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen (watchthisspace) so I can perfect my recipes before the big day!👩🏽‍🍳 I too want to enjoy my sweets over Christmas so rather than feel miserable about not getting to devour the dessert table at Xmas lunch/dinner, I’m making my own healthy alternatives so I don’t have to miss out! By now, I think everyone knows that 90% of my desserts contain coconut and coconut feels very festive for me so I present you with my Vegan Bounty Bars! Check out my recipe below and get these on your table this Christmas! 🎅🏽🎄 Ps. They are keto, paleo fodmap, and gluten free friendly too! They can be made nut free too! ✅ - For the Coconut Centre: 2 cups mckenziesfoods shredded coconut 2 tbsp queenfinefoods sugar free original maple syrup 2 tbsp natvialiving stevia 1-2 tsp queenfinefoods vanilla extract 1/3 cup naturalrawc coconut oil, melted - For the Choc Topping: 1/4 cup loving_earth raw cacao powder 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 2 tbsp stevia powder 1 tsp vanilla essence ¼ cup almondbreezeaus chocolate almond milk (omit if allergic to nuts) - Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside. To make the coconut centre, add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a sticky mixture forms. Form the blended mixture into logs, if the mixture isn’t sicking; add more coconut oil and/or maple syrup to the mixture and blend again. Once the coconut logs have all be formed, place in the freezer until firm. In the meantime, to make the choc topping, add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until smooth. Using tongs, dip each log into the chocolate mixture until fully coated and repeat until all logs are coated. Place back in the freezer for the chocolate to set. Remove Vegan Bounty Bars from the freezer a few minutes before serving! Keep leftovers stored in the freezer – enjoy! 😋

Photographing a new, but old recipe this morning using caoliveranch ! ⁣ ⁣ I used to make this sun dried tomato spread and I had forgotten about it until I ate a turkey sandwich yesterday. I felt like the sandwich was a bit bland and all I wanted was to slather some of this spread on it. So thank the bland sandwich gods for getting me re-inspired to create. ⁣ ⁣ I also highly recommend topping any toast or meal with a splash of olive oil! After I cooked the shrimp I tossed them in a little lemon juice and olive oil. ROLL UPS: boil 4 lasagna noodles for about 6 minutes. It is less than 2 years apart between these two photos and lot has changed since the first photograph was taken. I learned the meaning to life. The beauty of becoming a mother, a new found love unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before only possible through the blessing of child birth. I’ve experienced a pain, the second most painful thing a human can go through right after being burned alive; the pain of giving birth to a child. I learned the meaning to life. Returning home after 11 years to bury my younger brother, the first and only time my daughter got to be under the same roof as him. I lived through the agonizing pain, the last act of love; grief. I learned that birth begins a lifetime and a relationship and that death ends a lifetime but not a relationship. I learned the meaning to life, and that is that life has no meaning. CHICKPEA OMELETTE WITH LEFTOVERS This recipe is perfect for those times you need something easy, nutritious and delicious - besides helping you to use the leftovers in a creative way. INGREDIENTS - 1/2 cup* chickpea flour - 1 tbsp tapioca flour or cornstarch - 1 tsp turmeric - 1/2 tsp Kala namak/Himalayan black salt (or replace it with other salt you have, but it does make a difference) - 1/4 tsp cumin powder - Black pepper to taste - 3/4 cup water - Parsley and/or spring onions to taste - 8 cherry tomatoes, cut into wedges - Your leftovers! This time I used 1/2 cup of bulgur and about 1/3 cup of peas, but I also tried with brown rice, mushrooms and some veggies... it always works *1 cup = 250 ml . . . DIRECTIONS 1. Mix all dry ingredients 2. Add the water and stir with a fouet or fork to obtain a homogeneous mixture, without any lumps 3. Add your herbs, tomatoes and leftovers, mixing to combine. 4. Pop the mixture into a preheated, non-stick pan with a little oil. 5. Cover and cook over medium heat until you see that the top has dried up, then flip the dough with the help of a plate and cook the other side over low heat, covering again, for about 5 minutes.
