This recipe takes Kulfi to the next level. with just five simple ingridients. #HappyCookingToYou Written Recipe: http://bit.ly/2IZxOKb Matka Kulfi Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Bread slice 1 -Doodh (Milk) 750 ml -Doodh (Milk) 750 ml -Cheeni (Sugar) 3/4 Cup or to taste -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp -Dry nuts crushed ½ Cup Directions: -In grinder,add bread slice,grind well & set aside. -In wok,add milk and bring it to boil. -Add grinded bread slice,mix well and cook on medium flame until thickens (approx. 10-15 minutes) and keep stirring in between,take out in a jug & set aside for later use. -In the same wok,add milk,sugar,cardamom powder,dry nuts,mix well and bring it to boil,cook for 6-8 minutes and keep mixing in between. -Turn off the flame,add prepared thick milk mixture,mix until well combined & set aside. -Dip clay molds in water for 1-2 hours. -Place clay pots directly on the flame,pour cooked kulfi mixture and bring it to boil then take out in a bowl. -Repeat the same procedure. -Pour the kulfi mixture into clay molds (makes 9-10) and let it cool. -Cover with aluminum foil and freeze for 8-9 hours to overnight.

I ordered this wrap from johnny and jugnu named as tortilla wrap. I think this is the best wrap i have ever had. This is so spicy and so juicy that I can’t even explain . The vegetables are so fresh that you can feel the crunch . I chose corn and jalapeños from add-ons and sauces that I like the most are atomic and chipotle. You can make it a meal by adding fries and drink . To be very honest it’s good but their menu is so limited and i think they should add beef burgers too . Rasanya ringan gak eneg, gak berat, berasa makan kapas😆😆 Banyak yg nanya sebelumnya, bikin donat enak tapi modal kecil bisa?? Bisa.. Bikin donat enak buat alergi telur dan alergi susu bisa?? Bisa.. Gak percaya?? Di coba aja sendiri, asal takaran dan perkiraan adonannya pas. Karena sesimpel apapun resep juga butuh latihan beberapa kali biar hasil maksimal. Di coba dulu, gagal coba lagi.. 😆😁 Sy coba share resepnya, semoga bermanfaat😊 Eggless non dairy doughnut: 🍩 Bahan: 500gr tepung pro tinggi (me: cakra) 4-5tbsp gula pasir (di tambah boleh, sesuai selera) 1tsp saf instan (atau fermipan) 400-450ml air hangat (hangat sedikit panas, jgn terlalu dingin) Air sesuaikan dgn kondisi tepung, jgn terlalu lembek jgn terlalu kaku agar donat tidak keras. 80gr margarin royal palmia (kalau tdk alergi susu boleh pakai mentega/butter) 1/2tsp garam. 🍩 Cara: Campur semua bahan kering kecuali garam, tuang air hangat sedikit demi sedikit, sampai adonan di rasa pas. (Tdk terlalu lembek dan tdk terlalu kaku) Uleni hingga rata dan kalis tidak lengket. Masukkan margarin+garam, uleni kembali hingga kalis. (Dlm tahap ini jika sudah benar cara dan takarannya, adonan akan kalis dan elastis tanpa harus di uleni lama.) Diamkan dlm wadah dan di tutup lap lembab ±10menit. Cek adonan akan elastis, uleni sebentar dan proffing ±1jam. Bagi adonan, besar kecil sesuai kebutuhan masing2, lalu lubangi tengahnya, proofing kembali ± 30-50menit. Panaskan minyak panas yg cukup banyak, goreng donat dgn api sedang cenderung kecil. Setelah satu sisi matang, balik donat (1x balik) agar tidak menyerap banyak minyak. Di jamin whitering akan muncul, dan donat akan sangat lembut saat dingin. Untuk alergi dairy produk, bisa toping gula halus, atau yg tidak alergi mau di toping apapun sesui selera. Thadal Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 & ½ tbs -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 20-25 -Kharbozay ka beej (Melon seeds) 3 tbs -Sunflower seeds 2 tbs -Garma ka beej (Cantaloupe seeds) 3 tbs -Rose petal dried 1/4 Cup -Badam (Almonds) ½ Cup -Kashkhash (Poppy seeds) 3 tbs -Pani (Water) -Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required -Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs or as required -Pani (Water) 1 & ½ litre or as required -Pani (Water) if required -Cheeni (Sugar) 700 gms -Thadal 1/4 Cup or to taste -Pani (Water) 1 Cup -Ice cubes Directions: -In bowl,place strainer,add fennel seeds,black peppercorns,green cardamom,melon seeds,sunflower seeds,cantaloupe seeds,rose petal dried,almonds and poppy seeds. -Gradually add water and wash thoroughly. -In bowl,add washed nuts mixture,water and soak for 3-4 hours. -In grinder,add soaked nuts mixture,water and grind to make a paste & take out in a bowl. -In wok,add water,grinded paste,mix well and bring it to boil,cook on medium low flame for 6-8 minutes and keep mixing in between. -Let it cool down. -On bowl,place strainer,muslin cloth and strain the whole mixture properly. -If required,add water and strain again. -In wok,add strained mixture,sugar,mix well and bring it to boil. -Cook on medium low flame for 10-12 minutes or until thickens & color changes. -Let it cool down. -Can be stored in refrigerator for 1 week (yields approx. 1.5 litres). -Shake well before use. -In serving glass,add thadal,water and mix well. -Add ice cubes & serve!

Make this cool and refreshing Saunf ka sharbat and keep cool this summer. #HappyCookingToYou Written Recipe: http://bit.ly/2XjZp1I Saunf ka Sharbat Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 Cup -Pani (Water) 1 Cup -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 20-25 -Pani (Water) ½ Cup -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 8-10 -Pani (Water) 2 & ½ Cups or as required -Pani (Water) 2 Cups or as required -Cheeni (Sugar) 550 gms -Lemon juice 1 tsp -Prepared sharbat 2 tbs or to taste -Pani (Water) chilled -Ice cubes Directions: -In bowl,add fennel seeds and water,mix and soak for 4-5 hours. -In bowl,add green cardamom and water,mix and soak for 4-5 hours. -In grinder,add soaked fennel seeds,green cardamom,black peppercorns,water and grind well then strain well with the help of the strainer. -In grinder,add remaining fennel seeds residues,water and grind well and strain again. -In wok,add strained fennel seeds water,sugar and mix well,bring it to boil and cook on medium flame for 15-20 minutes and keep mixing in between. -If there is any scum on the surface and spoon it off. -Add lemon juice and mix well. -Let it cool down. -Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 month (yields approx. 600 ml). -In serving glass,add prepared fennel seeds sharbat,water and stir. -Add ice cubes & serve!

So day before yesterday we went to meikong for my cousin’s pre birthday celebration. We ordered hot and sour soup , chicken wings , chicken handi , chicken malai boti , shashlik , egg fried rice , chicken chowmin , salad and fresh lime . Everything was so delicious their chicken handi is my all time favourite , and malai boti was so appetizing that I still can feel it’s taste on my tongue.
