Spatchcock Chicken: -Wash and pat dry whole chicken.Cut tips of the wings. -Upside down chicken and pat dry again. -Cut whole chicken with kitchen scissor,cut the back bone of the chicken and break breast bone with knife & flatten it. -Transfer chicken in a dish,add green marinade and spread evenly,marinate for 4 hours. -Heat griddle,add butter,oil and marinated chicken,place aluminum foil and put a heavy pan on chicken and cook on low flame for 20 minutes. -Remove weight,apply marinade and turn the chicken,again apply marinade. -Turn the chicken and cook for another 20 minutes or until chicken is done (total cooking time: approx.45-50 minutes). -Give a coal smoke for 1-2 minutes. Authentic beef kabuli pulao ❤😋😋 beef kabuli pulao receip Ingredients 1-Beef 1kg 2-Sella rice 750gram(soak in warm water for atleast 2hours) 3-onion 250gram 4-oil 1cup 5-black cardamom 6 6-green cardamom 14 7-shahi zeera or kaala zeera (caraway seeds) 8-regular zeera 3tsp 9-carrot 1kg(julienne cutting) Raisins 2 cup(prefer black raisins as they look so pominent. Wash and soak in water for 15min and then stain them) 10-boiling water 6-8cup 11-Salt: 3tsp or to taste 12-Sugar 3tsp 13-black pepper 3tsp (optional.sometime i add sometime i dont.) Method: Grind the ingredients no.5,6,7,8 all together and make a fine powder.no need to remove the cardamom pods.grind them also. Heat oil, fry carrots for 2mins. Then Add sugar inthe carrots while frying.fry for 4min more. Remove the carrots now and same oil fry the raisins for 2mins and remove them also. In same oil put cut onions and saute them. Just wait until they wil become tender, add ur beef and mix them well on high flame until meat changes the color. Lower down flame now.add salt and 3tsp grinded mixture(leave the rest to use at the end). Put boiling water and cover until beef wil become tender. Now remove the beef and ull put rice and cover it again. Remember the water wil b less when ull remove the beef. If u see that water mixture is so low u can add one more cup. Remove lid check rice if they r almost cook then spread the remaining grinded mixture on the rice and the beef u removed before.( NOTE: WHILE ADDING ALL OF THESE THINGS AT THE END MAKE SURE THE RICE STILL HAVE ALMOST 20% WATER). Change the side of rice gently as to mix the spices and beef. Put raisins and carrots on the top . Cover it now and put on lowest flame for steam(around 10-15min.it depends how much rice was cooked when u put everything at the end). HappyCookingToYou Written Recipe: http://bit.ly/2LztZxY Parsi Mutton Kabab Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 2 medium -Pani (Water) 1 & ½ Cup -Mutton qeema (Mince) 350 gms -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic pate) 1 tbs -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Pyaz (Onion) fried 3-4 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 4 -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped ½ Cup -Anday (Eggs) beaten 2 -Breadcrumbs grinded 1 Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -In saucepan,add potatoes,water and bring it to boil,cover and boil until tender (approx. 15-20 minutes) then strain. -In bowl,add boiled potatoes and mash well. -Add mutton mince,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chili powder,cumin powder,salt,fried onion,green chili,fresh coriander,mint leave and mix well until combined. -Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make kababs of equal sizes (makes 12-13) and refrigerate for 30 minutes. -Dip into beaten eggs then coat in breadcrumbs. -In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry kabab from both sides until golden brown.

latepost Bubur Sum Sum ❤️ Resep : 100gr tepungberasputih(sy pke merk rosebrand) 1sdm tepung sagutani 300ml santan kental 700ml air matang 1lmbr daun pandan 1sdt garam Cara memasak : Siapkan panci..masukan air 500ml dan santan kental masak dengan api kecil . Dimangkok lain masukan 200ml air dan 100gr gepungberas dan sagu aduk sampai tidak bergerindil supaya bubur mulus.. Lalu masukan ke adonan santan tadi beri garam lalu masak sampai matang sambil terus diaduk supaya lembut dan mulus hasilnya. Masak sekitar 15menit sampai meletup letup. Matikan api.. Saus gula merah Gula merag 200gr Air 400ml Daun pandan 1lmbr Garam Masak semua bahan sampai gula cair lalu saring..
