Algo bom ,nutritivo e rápido... Cogumelos Portobello Recheados com Atum & Ovo de Codorniz Retirei os pés aos cogumelos e reservei... Lavou-se os cogumelos e o chapéu deles coloquei num tabuleiro e levei ao forno por 10 minutos... Nesses minutos, abri 1 lata de atum,piquei 1/4 de cebola, 6 tomates cherry, 2 minis pimentos vermelho, espinafres, queijo da ilha, azeitonas e os pés dos cogumelos... Temperei com sal, açafrão ,pimenta preta e um punhado de orégãos... Misturei e reservei este recheio... Tirei os chapéus dos cogumelos do forno e recheei com o atum e legumes picados... Por cima, juntei um ovo de Codorniz... Levei ao forno,180 graus por 30minutos. Acompanhei por chips de berinjela, betarraba e batata doce feita pelo o Mestre Cucas no forno, com spray de azeite ev,temperadas com pimenta preta, sal e orégãos... Mais salada... Blackened Trout, adobo shrimp, green beans & mashed sweet potatoes! 😍🤤 🍠 RECIPE: ▪️Skin 3 large sweet potatoes ▪️Add in a pot full of water and boil for 30 minutes ▪️Drain water, mash potatoes together and add 2 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup of almond milk, and brown sugar to your liking. ▪️Mix all together and if you love cinnamon add some of that too then serve! Green Bean RECIPE: ▪️Boil fresh or frozen green beans ▪️Drain water then add green beans to a skillet ▪️In skillet: pour olive oil, teaspoon of minced garlic, 21 seasoning salute, pepper, and salt ▪️Cover and sauté on low for 5 mins ▪️Remove from heat then squirt lemon on top and serve

Baked over low heat to protect the health properties of the olive oil and the taste of the leaves. . . If you are anything like me when I first heard you could eat cauliflower leaves two things went through my head; one being “Really?” and the second was “What; wait cauliflowers have leaves??” If you only shop in a conventional grocery store and don’t grow food then you may not even know how big, beautiful and delicious (and nutritious) the leaves are since typically they are cut off before they get to the store. . When I started growing cauliflower I was so excited to get my first full size head but when I cut it I had all these large dark green leaves which posed the question “What do I do with these?” I love learning and this community that helps to spur conversations about health and growth. . . When you bake them you can cut out the center ridge or be like me and leave it then simply pull the softer parts off when eating it. . . Have you ever heard of a shrub cocktail? We made this vinegar based beverage into a tasty and tangy mocktail 🍹 • Whenever I go to Whole Foods, I just can’t get out of there without grabbing a bottle of my favorite pineapple ginger ACV shot. Finally that light bulb switched on and I realized I could make it into a beverage 💡 • Pinapple Ginger Shrub Mocktail 1-1/2 cups pineapple juice 2 inch piece fresh ginger 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 2 cups seltzer • Blend pineapple juice with ginger and then strain into a pitcher. Discard ginger pulp. Add ACV and seltzer. Stir and serve! 🍍

Are you a sweet or savory breakfast kind of person? Most days I choose savory, but recently I have been pretty burnt out on eggs so I am trying to switch things up by incorporating some tofu as a protein source at breakfast. This got me thinking about the importance of having a variety of foods in your diet. Eating different foods from day to day not only keeps you from getting stuck in a food rut, but also ensures you are getting adequate amounts of all you vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytochemicals. So try switching things up a bit, it doesn’t have to be trying a whole new recipe, it could just be substituting a couple ingredients in one of your staples! In this breakfast sandwich I switched out my usual eggs for a couple slices of pan seared @traderjoes high protein tofu (my favorite) dusted in @primalkitchenfoods breakfast blend seasoning.

Mango sunshine chia pudding bowl. The sunshine comes not only from the bright gorgeous colour of the mango but also from how happy the ingredients make me! I am a big believer in the gut brain connection and that what you feed your body feeds your brain. Mousse de Limão & Abacate 500 gr de quark 2 abacates maduros Raspa e sumo de 2 limões 3 colheres de sopa de mel (optei por não por) 3 folhas de gelatina hidratadas em água Misturei tudo no liquidificador, excepto a raspa de limão... Verti a massa em tacinhas individuais... Usei a raspa de limão para polvilhar e decorei com folhas de hortelã... Uma hora no frigorífico e 😋😜nham nham!🥳🍮

BROWNIE BATTER NICE CREAM ⭐️ Made this for a healthy alternative for Father’s Day and it was so yummy & easy !! Swipe to see how I made it ➡️ You’ll need: •frozen bananas (I used 4 full ones) •1 cup unsweetened almond milk •1/4 Cup cacao powder •date syrup (honey or maple syrup works too) •3 dates •cacao nibs •almond butter (optional) Directions: 1. Blend frozen bananas, 1 Cup almond milk, 1/4 Cup cacao powder, and date syrup 2. Once fully blended add in 3 dates to blend (I add them later so they don’t fully blend and there’s pieces of dates in the nice cream) 3. After blending stir in cacao nibs 4. Transfer to a pan, add some cacao nibs and almond butter on top and stick in the freezer or eat right away :) This took me probably 10 minutes to make and it was a hit with my fam and boyfriend!! Refined sugar free, dairy free, but honestly I’d prefer this over ice cream it’s so good! Enjoy 💛
