🍽 😋Jantar super prático, nutritivo e delicioso! 🥕LEGUMES ASSADOS 🥦 Para os legumes assados você vai precisar de: (casasantaluzia é o lugar que mais gosto de comprar legumes, sempre tem muita variedade) - Batatas-bolinhas - Brócolis - Cenoura - Cebola - Sal e pimenta - Azeite - Ervas ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🥦 💧Higienize bem os ingredientes e cozinhe todos até estarem "al dente", como vamos levar ao forno o ideal é deixá-los um pouco mais firmes. Então os coloque em uma assadeira com sal, azeite, pimenta e ervas leve ao forno até que estejam dourados. As batatinhas eu acho uma delícia “ao murro”, fica uma casquinha crocante bem gostosa. Usamos esses legumes que tinham já na geladeira, mas você pode colocar os seus favoritos, mas vale lembrar que cada legume tem seu tempo de cocção. 🐟 TILÁPIA ASSADA: - Filé de tilápia (usamos a da @_korin_ ) - Cúrcuma - Pimenta Caiena - Ervas - Sal - Azeite Coloque os filés de tilápia em uma assadeira com papel manteiga (fica mais fácil de limpar depois, não gruda e precisa de menos azeite- uma ótima dica!), então coloque a cúrcuma, pimenta caiena, ervas, sal e azeite. Chocolate Nana chia🍫🍌 × Love chia pud? Don't always have time to make it everyday for brekkie, lunch or even as after dinner pud? SO.... Why not bulk it up❓ × When I'm super busy I make a big batch that will last me up to 2-3 days and it stays absolutely fantastic! All you need is 5 minutes one day and you are set! 😍 × Bulk chia : -3 tbls chia -1/2 cup water -1/2 cup milk -2 tbls cocoa powder -2 bananas -2 tbls coconut maple syrup -1/2 cup Greek yogi × -Blend all ingredients together except chia and yoghurt. -Once blended stir in chia and yoghurt. -Place in an air tight container and dish as wanted. × I topped my chia with my home made chocolate granola, freeze dried & crushed Strawberries and some yummy Nana. 🍓🍌 × ENJOY!

You just need 20 - 25 minutes for making Softer, lighter and easier "Dahi Baray"‼️💯 Typical Pakistani Dahi Baray Recipe is here for you all‼️ Recipe for Dahi Baray: ⬇️ Ingredient: 1. White Lentils (Daal Mash) 200 grams. 2. Ginger 1/2 inch (piece) 3. Crushed Red pepper 1 tea spoon 4. Baking powder 1 tea spoon 5. Salt 1 tsp 6. White Cumin 1 tsp 7. Oil for frying Baray 8. Yogurt 1KG 9. Water 1/4 cup 10. Chilli powder 1 tsp 11. Caster Sugar 5 tbsp 12. Corainder leaves 2 tbsp 13. Chat Masala 1 tsp 14. Cumin Whole 1 tsp 15. Sweet Chutney as required. 16. Green Chutney if you want to add. Method: 1. Soak Daal in water for 5-6 hours, if you want to make Dahi Baray so it will be easy for you, when Daal is soaked perfectly in Water. 2. Blend Daal, Crushed red pepper, salt, white cumin and Baking powder in the Blender. 3. Add water as much required for blending. 4. Drop this mixture in preheated oil with spoon. 5. Fry for 8 - 10 minutes. 6. Pour yogurt in serving Bowl. 7. Add pinch of salt and Caster Sugar in the yogurt and mix well. 8. Squeeze out water from the Baray by pressing them between hands. 9. Place Baray on the yogurt. 10. And then again pour some Yogurt on baray. 11. INGREDIENTES . . Base . 140 gr de almendras. 120 gr de nueces. 170 gr de dátiles remojados en agua caliente y deshuesados. 1 chorro de agua. . Helado . 120 gr de preparado de helado proteico sabor chocolate. 60 gr de preparado de helado proteico sabor mango. 210 ml de agua. . Relleno . 50 gr de mantequilla de cacahuete. 75 gr de dátiles. 1 cucharada de aceite de coco. . Cobertura . 80 gr de peanutella. . . PREPARACION . . Yo he utilizado un molde cuadrado de 20 x 20. . Pones todos los ingredientes de la base en el procesador de alimentos y picas hasta que se integre bien. Echas la masa en el molde y repartes por toda la base y nivelas. . Preparas el relleno mezclando en el mismo procesados los ingredientes del mismo. Con la masa resultante vas haciendo bolitas de tamaño pequeño hasta que se te acaben y reservas. . Ahora hacemos el helado. Por un lado bates el helado de choco con 140 ml de agua y por otro lado bates el helado de mango con el agua restante. Echas el helado de chocolate sobre la base en el molde que teníamos y luego echas el helado de mango a hilo para que se distribuya el sabor a mango por todo el helado. Ahora vamos introduciendo nuestras bolitas de cacahuete distribuyéndolas bien. . Metemos en el congelador unos 30 minutos para que se empiece a solidificar el helado y por último echamos la capa de cobertura con nuestra peanutella.
