Buongiorno ☀️ Oggi inizio la giornata con questo gustosissimo pancake al cioccolato. Ingredienti: 20 gr di farina d’avena 100 gr albume e due cubetti di cioccolato fondente. Procedimento: scaldo una padella antiaderente con un goccio di olio e verso albume e farina mescolati. Cuocio a fuoco lento con coperchio e giro quando vedo che il pancake si stacca, per farlo cucinare dall’altra parte. Una volta pronto metto i due cubetti di cioccolato dentro, chiudo il pancake e li faccio sciogliere😍 Una bontà immensaaaaa. 🇬🇧 long time no see but here I am, again. The last few months have been quite busy and I barely have had time to breathe. While I was away, my relationship with food hasn’t changed much and tbh I’m still struggling. I’ve had a period of restriction due to a gain weight that I didn’t handle well enough (bare in mind that I was already weight restored) but - at last - I’m back to the path of an healthy living, kinda of... Anyway I’m currently not going to gym due to some health problems (not food related) that put me off for a while and I don’t even know whether I’ll be able to come back. Overall I’m fine and I think I might need to spend some time on here (again) to feel as if I’m being accountable to you all and to myself. I won’t post religiously but I’ll do it whenever I’ll feel like posting.
