A gorgeous pot of oats, all ready to soak and go to work overnight, whilst I have an early night! 🌾 I have an early train trip to work in London tomorrow morning, so I will be settling into my reserved seat to enjoy this pot of loveliness. I believe that if health is convenient we’ll be more inclined to make it our first choice. Mixed berries, 1/2 cups of rolled oats, 1 tbsp of oats blended to add thickness, 1 drop of vanilla extract, your fav nuts and seeds( I used pistachios and pumpkin seeds), leave a little bit extra raspberries for making sauce,almond milk, 🥥 flakes and cacao chocolate. I know that there are a handful of different ways to cook scrambled eggs and it might be hard to know which recipe produces the best result. To add milk or not to add milk? To crack the eggs into the pan or not? 🧐 It usually depends on personal preference, but if you hate 🙅🏻‍♀️ dry scrambled eggs and love fluffy ones 🙋🏻‍♀️ – I have some tips for you! 1. When you pour the egg mixture into the frying pan, start to stir them immediately and continue to do so until they’re done ( if your pan’s hot enough they really shouldn’t take long)! I don’t know what it is (maybe the air being incorporated when stirring?) but doing this helps make them fluffy, not flat. 2. Remove from heat and begin to plate your eggs when they still appear slightly wet. They continue to cook as we’re moving the pan off the heat and taking time to transfer the eggs to our plate.
