Y’all, I never used to notice this kind of stuff (I blame headphones) but honestly I’m sick of having to think about what I wear to avoid unwarranted stares. Seriously, I have a nice butt and I want to show her off! Don’t ask me why I didn’t go for my usual but this morning i was determined to break the mold for breakfast. Pour le goûter , un café et une briochette express ultra moelleuse dont voici la recette : Mélanger 30 gr de purée d'amandes avec 1 cc de vinaigre de cidre, 90 gr de compote de pommes SSA, 80 gr de farine complète,1 cc de levure, 1 pincée de sel , 1 cc de Sugarly. Séparer la pâte en 2 et former 2 boules en y ajoutant 1cc de pepitesde chocolat dans chacune. Les déposer sur la plaque du four préchauffé à 200 degrés et faire cuire 15 mn . Aprendamos a ver los procesos de cambio a largo plazo, yo me di un año, por si un mes es lo que tienes para convertirte en tu mejor versión, muy probablemente no llegues, nos han enseñado a pensar en la recompensa inmediata, pero eso no existe, la vida y la creación es un proceso largo que una ves que domines puede llegar a ser más simple, no de inicio... Es como cuando les explico en clase a mis alumnas que quieren cambiar el chip de la carencia a la abundancia en 1 mes, y hacen sus ejercicios, sus decretos, sus meditaciones, trabajan en eso.... pero no va a ser al mes que vean resultados cuando llevan 40 años reafirmando la red neuronal del programa que quieren cambiar, un mes contra 40 años es mucho... Si aprendemos a trabajar a largo plazo los resultados si o si llegan, es un plan de acción largo y conciso. Preparation Time: 5 mins Cooking Time: 20 mins Total Time: 25 mins Makes 10 rotis For The Oats Roti 1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) 1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies salt to taste 6 tsp peanut oil whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) for rolling Method For the oats roti To make oats roti, combine the wheat flour, oats, onions, green chillies, coriander, salt and 1 tsp of peanut oil and knead into a soft dough using a little water. Cover with a lid and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and roll each portion into 125 mm. (5") diameter round using a little wheat flour for rolling. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each roti, using ½ tsp of peanut oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Adding a “sauce” to any meal is so transforming in my opinion. Without this aioli, my breakfast would have been so boring, don’t you think? I’m allergic to yokes so that’s why I always eat egg whites instead, so I always feel like I need to add a little something extra so make up for it 😉 So this morning, I sautéed up some spinach and then added the egg whites with some garlic powder and that’s it! Added my homemade spicy aoli (I love spice if you haven’t noticed) and then added some sides. Whole30 compliant bacon and a half an avocado with some Everything but the bagel seasoning. Voilà! It’s just a few simple wholesome ingredients that make a great breakfast or lunch. Months progress here! The first pic is about 7 weeks out from my C-section. The middle picture is about 3.5 months out from my C-section. Today is a little over 10 months since Mollie was born. 🤱 To get it off and keep it off, takes time. I got here one day at a time. I did this without depriving or dieting. Most days my workouts were only 20-30 minutes. I give my body what it needs, but I have treats too! I am still nursing Mollie which I have to say I am pretty proud of as I only made it 8 weeks nursing with Cooper.
