Fat shaming - temat, który ostatnio wzbudza wiele kontrowersji, także w kontekście body positivity. Ale najpierw - czym w ogóle jest to zjawisko? By cutting out the pasta, you’re also cutting calories. And by suddenly embarking on a low carb plan, you’ll also reduce muscle glycogen storage and the accompanying water that goes with it 💦 . Chiapudding med chokladcreme och nötter blev min lunch. Eftersom jag inte ville vänta med att testa detta. När en idé dyker upp får man snabbt göra slag i saken. 😀😀 Chiapudding med chokladcreme 1 portion ~ 600 kcal (Det är nötterna som står för 50% av kalorierna så om man vill kan man ju dra ned på mängden😁) chiapudding 1 dl mandelmjölk 1,5 chiafrö 1 msk vaniljpulver 1 msk kakao 2 msk kvarg vanilj (lindahlskvarg) Topping och mellanlager 1 dl cashewnötter, hackade 6 Blåbär 3 Hallon 1 msk kakaonibs Chokladcreme 1 fryst banan (hellre övermorgen än omogen) 1/2 dl mandelmjölk 1 dl vaniljkvarg 3 msk kakao 1 msk agavesirap Blanda ihop ingredienserna till chiapuddingen och låt stå i kylskåp i ett par timmar, gärna över natten. Lägg sedan ett lager med hackade cashewnötter, spara lite till topping. Låt bananerna tina några minuter och mixa sedan ihop ingredienserna och häll ovanpå nötterna. Toppa med hallon, blåbär, resterande nötter och kakaonibs.
